Great spot for a quick treat. The staff is always great and there is a good selection available. All of them are clearly marked. The name, type, and allergy information are clear on the ice cream. The additions arent as clear, but its very clear what each one is.

Fantastic! I had sea salt caramel pretzel and cookies and cream with cookie dough and crushed Oreo. It was awesome!! A little expensive as they charge by weight but well worth it!

The service was just not for me. I dont understand if a child accidently get the wrong cookie and then talk to them they say well there is nothing they can do, and then I know for sure that they have done it for others, but its ok I deliver food and saw with my own eyes, but my child cant make a mistake. For 12.00 and no cone but thats ok I just dont click with this place. So out will be my last time😒😒😒

Right as you enter you are expected to have a mask and wear a pair of provided gloves. I love it. Many delicious flavors. Lots of toppings. You can even scoop your own cookie dough!

They had one man working at 5 pm while it was rushed. The machines werent cold and they ran out of cups right as we came in so we left right away. There should probably be a minimum of 2 people working.

Lots of options for flavors as well as toppings. Good service too, somewhat pricy but you get what you pay for.

This is the best place for ice- cream in America. I can go there every day. They have so much different flavors ice-cream. It is crazy. I bring all of my friends there.It is not very expensive.My favorite flavor is cotton candy

I love this place I would eat there every day I would make it a law to eat here because it’s so good I hope they never go out of business but I do sometimes wish they had some newer flavors more often but I like what they have now

The Shakopee Cherry Berry has a nice atmosphere and is decorated pretty well. There is a wide range of flavors that are all pretty delicious, as well as many toppings to choose from. I removed one star only because they lacked the most basic flavor (and my/many of my friends favorite): original/tart, which was very disappointing.

Okay, it tastes good and the options are good. However with it being self serve and done by weight you have almost no idea what you are spending. Its a deal breaker for me.

Nice place for a treat with the kids. The layout of the strip mall kind of makes it hard to get in and out efficiently though. Clean restaurant, friendly staff.

Visited in August 2018 - Restaurant appeared clean and organized. Only saw one staff member during the visit (the cashier). Not sure if they have more than one working at a time. Restaurant was not very busy despite it being prime ice cream weather. Great selection of flavors and toppings. Disappointed due to lack of mochi as a topping.

The froyo is delicious. There are so many awesome toppings too. This is my kids favorite place to get ice cream.

Best place I know. I go there for dinner and get 17 oz at once. Sea Salt Caramel is my top favorite.

I get texts for deals and it is a fun bright colorful atmosphere which is great for families or teens or a date night. So many options there to choose from.

Me and two others got awful food poisoning from this place. We all came down with at the same time: three days later. I dont know how common this is with frozen yogurt, but something must be going wrong there cuz Im pretty sure we got salmonella. Otherwise it tasted great the atmosphere was nice

The fudge brownie batter tasted like cocoa beans

Its ok. I was not crazy over any of the flavor samples I tried..it ended up being way too hard to choose a flavor because none thrilled me, so I went with vanilla, then the toppings were all so unappetizing looking- looked old, stale ( I did not sample so I could be wrong, but visually did not look good) so I decided to just go for hot fudge, but there was none- the employee said it was in back - asked if I wanted her to bring it out, I said, sure, ..if you can ..when she brought out she tried stirring the big glob in middle that shed added in so its get warm. I then went to top it with nuts..i like toasted almonds, not peanuts on hot fudge. There was none. Just peanuts and something else that looked like a chopped nut mix that was mostly peanuts. Then they charge way too much. The kids loved it tho. But they love ice cream at McDonalds just as much and McDonalds is alot less expensive.
