I would have to say this is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a store in my life . Bought a comforter from them that started pilling after only a week of having it. Reached out to them they said bring it back in to receive refund. So I dropped it off then they called me back an hour later saying that I had to come back and get it I was not getting a refund because they think I washed it. Which was not true at all why would I wash a King sized comfort that cost $450 in a wash machine are you crazy. Definitely don’t trust the quality of their products and will not be back . Will stick with Bed Bath and Beyond have had a comforter from there for 2 years now that looks brand new !!!
I recently ordered a TV stand and had nothing but hassle. There was no option to have it delivered fully assembled. Once I received the piece, there werent any nuts and bolts to assemble. Customer service said it would take 2-6 weeks to ship 20 nuts and bolts. We assembled as much as we could without putting the legs on or securing the top and found that the bottom shelves were slanted. They are held in place by predrilled holes (made at the manufacturer) and dowels. Customer service replied with the following: you can return the piece however that piece is not in stock and will not be until March 2022, you can pick another piece, or we can credit your account for 15% of the purchase price. My husband ended up fixing the bottom shelving by drilling a new hole and placing finish nails in the proper position. He also went to Menards and picked up new nuts and bolts to secure the whole piece together. I would be very cautious when buying anything from this business that you have to assemble yourself. If you have problems, be prepared to wait for months to get it resolved. Not a happy customer.
I had the best experience ordering furniture online with Sara Rieder! She was very patient and responsive. I know we went back and forth between emails and phone calls at least 12 times and she continued to be patient and responsive. It seems that is becoming more and more difficult to find good customer service, but this experience has been great. I hope everything goes well with delivery, but the ordering process has been fabulous.
We were in the market for some new furniture for our new home being built and were referred to the Furniture Mart. We were treated with sincere kindness and the service was unmatched. Given our situation, they were exceptionally accommodating and provided us with options to finance and store our items until moving day. Keith was absolutely wonderful; incredibly professional, while friendly and relatable. This place is packed with many quality, affordable options and we will definitely be back in the near future. The purchasing process was quick and painless and we are so excited for our pieces to be delivered!
Ordered a power recliner before Christmas 2020. We were told early June as a delivery. “Power” recliner was delivered today….. but missing all the power cords. More so, the back of the recliner was about 1” off on fitting to the seat on both sides AND had no power cords for the headrest or lumbar. Called the store, said to get a replacement would be September at the earliest! Now we are stuck with a broken, non functional recliner for a week or so until they can come pick it up!
Love my new furniture and it came in and was delivered in3 days. Tyler was a very good sales man.
When we went looking for a new Twin XL mattress for my daughters room, we werent sure what type would be best. Jerry Smith asked us all the important questions to help us determine the best type and brand, and his recommendation was a perfect fit for a good nights sleep. My daughter loves the mattress, and now we are actually looking to get a new one for our room!

HORRIBLE FURNITURE!! I bought what I thought was a REAL LEATHER sectional 4 years ago for over $4000 and it is completely peeling all over. You sit on it and when you come up you have leather pieces stuck all over you. Ive been talking to multiple people about this issue and the last gentleman I spoke with said maybe I could call guardian and see if they will refund my protection plan since I paid $390 for it. So today I called furniture mart to get the phone number for guardian and spoke with Lisa who was the most rude woman I have ever spoke with. I simply was trying to tell her what the issue was first and she kept cutting me off telling me to contact guardian. I called guardian and they said I have to wait until 5 years is up to try and request credit for protection plan. Of course the protection plan doesnt cover this problem. What a joke! I also have a table from there that the wood is bubbling up. Dont buy anything from here!

Kasey has been an absolute rockstar throughout this home remodel process. He is so knowledgeable and on top of everything. Even though things are taking longer right now, he is always keeping me informed of what pieces are coming next. We had one piece show up with some scratches and he got that replaced! Things are taking longer for EVERY single industry, so be patient, put a smile on your face and be understanding. WOW! First time I was in this store and its huge, beautiful and has what anyone is looking for. I was greeted right away and taken to what I was looking for, a counter chair. There were so many great options. I only needed one chair, which I was able to locate and it was just the chair I was looking for. I was also given an additional savings for my purchase. This is my place from now on to get furniture. Got 2 of their recliners super good quality and nice blue color, they recline back nice.

I’ve called three times today, 4.9.2021. Whoever answers the phone cannot tell me when my furniture will be delivered. I’ve been waiting for over a month. I called about two weeks ago and come to find out that the time frame for when the couch is supposed to arrive at the warehouse was delayed. Had i not called, i wouldn’t have known! Super frustrating that 1. It got delayed. 2.can’t get anyone to tell me when my couch will be at my house.
Ive recently seen numerous bad reviews and just had to respond. Weve bought furniture for living room, dining room and extra pieces for not a small amount of money I might add. I bought leather, REAL leather, from your store and I had enough sense to be sure it was real as I did not want any cheaper versions because I wanted longevity and durability. I asked and was shown the differences so chose my LEATHER furniture accordingly. I want to point out that this particular leather furniture in my living room is still there being used by a multitude of family and friends. This real leather furniture was bought at your store...some 17 YEARS ago! No service calls, no repairs needed and it is lasting the way I expected and was told real leather would. During the same time frame, I also bought wood coffee table and end tables, two bookshelves, a large corner TV shelf, sofa table and dining room table, chairs and a two piece hutch. Still in great shape and weve had enough family living here over the 17 yrs to have replaced our washer and dryer THREE times so there was plenty of wear and tear on this furniture! The point is that people should do their research on what they want to be sure that is what they get in the end. The other thing is that we had a wonderful sales lady in Anne Jellema that listened to what I wanted and why. She steered me clear of things other than those and she did not disappoint. Over the years I have recommended her to numerous friends and family and they were just as happy as we were. I know she is retired now but having salespeople that listen, guide, explain fully and definitely stay in touch with customers is always a productive thing and hopefully may avoid most of the worst kind of customer complaints. Anne did that for us. Customers need to contact the right people for any problems so maybe they will have less customer service issues. Thankfully, with all of our purchases, we had none!! We will be going back to your store soon when we are ready to either replace things and to add to our furniture!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. When my couch needed all new wiring due to a pet, I called in mid April to get it fixed. A person was out and then told me they would call me to confirm the parts to be ordered. I waited three weeks when I had to call again. They had said parts were never ordered and they would get on that. Months go by without hearing anything. I was giving more time due to Covid. I call again. The woman had never actually ordered what I needed. I was told parts were on their way and I could install. From there I never hear back for a month so I call to check in AGAIN because they do not ever call you. Parts were supposedly in and would be arriving with a service tech. The poor tech comes out and had been told I had the parts, and he didn’t have them, I had been told they had arrived in the shop when I called. I then had to call THREE more times to get more information about how all of the sudden they were lost and they could “find something or order more” after I already bought parts 6 weeks prior at this point. NO ONE seems to know anything that’s going on and it’s not the poor service tech or customer service agents. It’s the people who don’t provide them with proper training on their system. I am supposed to have someone out AGAIN to my home to install the parts tomorrow. We will see if it actually happens OR if I’ll have to call again to get my $1,000 couch fixed. So disappointing.

Recently went in to purchase a swivel recliner chair, they have four on the showroom floor. Advertising 35% off. Wanted to purchase one! Even if just the floor model. Was told I would have to order with a percentage down. Sad, took the time to go into your establishment to purchase and take home today! Why advertise like that? Don’t worry, will NOT be back..., please don’t use Covid as a excuse. Money in the bank beats a customer no longer...
Customer service and repair is a JOKE! Needed very simple repair to fix couch. Tech out 2 times and didnt have parts. Said they would order them. Its been 5 months! I called in a month ago to see what bs id get this time and they said part came in but they lost it and would reorder it!!! Will never buy anything there again.! I can not believe how poor and incompetent the communication is. I might just start my own furniture repair company and service all the people they have left hanging!!!
I was in the market for new bedroom set, once I got to the store I described what theme I was into and the sales person Sherrilyn, knew exactly what to show me . She made my overwhelming experience of choosing furniture extremely fun and had no issues looking up 10 different bedroom sets for me to compare the prices ...Now I just can’t wait for my furniture to arrive so I can enjoy it .
I have made multiple purchases at this store for a reason. Customer service is top notch. No pushy sales tactics. Just good people helping out. Selection and quality is good. When shortages slowed down deliverables Eric was great to work with to make sure we got what we needed on our schedule.
Have bought many items from this location. Doc was our salesperson this last time and he dealt with us on the MANY occasions we came in to look at couches. He was so kind and patient.
Furniture mart was suppose to deliver my mattress on the 1-21-2021 and and I also had some items that I was suppose to receive from unclaimed freight furniture. Later on during the day, I got my sofa and tv stand from unclaimed freight furniture and then called furniture mart to ask where my mattress was and they said I should have gotten it with the sofa. I was so confused cause no one at furniture mart call to let me know that the two companies are the same and that my item will be combined. However, when the driver came they only delivered the items I ordered from unclaimed freight furniture. They made me sign a paper that I didn’t have time to read. The things is I didn’t check the items on the list because everything I was expecting from unclaimed freight furniture Was right In front of me. Now I’m being told that I also sign for the mattress which I didn’t receive. I’m still here waiting for someone to call me and tell me where they put my mattress.

Local staff is great. We purchased a Darcy Mocha Sofa from this location to be delivered. The delivery came for free, right to our front door. Not only did the Darcy Mocha Sofa live up to expectations, the salesperson(Aaron P), kept in contact via email to keep us updated. Aaron P. exceeded exceptionalism and due to his attentiveness, our family felt comfortable enough to purchase a Darcy Mocha Oversize Chair.Very pleased with the Darcy living furniture, and even more pleased with Aaron P and the rest of the team at Furniture Mart. This location is impressive and I strongly recommend purchasing furniture here.

Just wanted to say I received exceptional service from Eric from start to finish. Very helpful when I was browsing for a new living room set. My order took longer then expected because of Covid, but he kept me in the loop with what was going on. When the contracted delivery guys were too impatient to try and figure out how to get my couch into my house and gave up in 15 mins, Eric resolved the problem and got my couch redelivered the following week with an expert, in-house delivery crew who had no issues. We always receive the best service. Will be coming back when we need something else!

Its just OK they dont have a lot in stock and everything I was wanting seems to be on back order for months. They also seemed to be very offended by me saying that it was a want and not a need for new furniture, so if you didnt have what WE wanted, WE dont want a different one that you like..
We had shopped here several times with salespeople that were just fine, but the last time we were there, Kathy helped us out and she was just great. She could really visualize the space with my wife and really helped us find what we would like, not what was the highest priced. She did a great job with color matching and really being attentive to our wants. We will look for her anytime we come in from now on.
Bridgette was great while shopping for a sofa... after that all the customer service was terrible from her and especially Mary. Multiple unanswered phone calls and texts and 0 updates when our sofa would be delivered, although when buying the sofa we had a date. Blame shifted to the supplier and COVID, but after 8 weeks with 0 updates or checking in, it was clear it was Furniture Mart to blame. Bridgette again was awesome when I requested a refund, but Mary should probably never answer the phone again. Not only was the introduction she gave short: “Furniture Mart, this is Mary” when I explained who I was/what I was seeking/who I already spoke with... the line was silent for 1:33 EXCEPT I could faintly hear her talking about how “Lori isn’t in” and snapping to someone. I waited, only to have her raise her voice at me and talk to me like a child. I just kept trying to be pleasant, but finally just had to hang up after the conversation kept going in circles and the multiple loud “OKAY WELL...” I was receiving.Good luck everyone else, but I wouldn’t waste the energy shopping here if you’re looking for customer service.EDIT: bridgette: great! Mary and Furniture Mart customer service in general: be better.
Such a great store to go furniture shopping at, they hit all levels of a budget! We came in looking for a smaller sectional and Bridgit was super sweet and great to work with! She showed us a few different directions we could go in and what areas had customizable furniture and which areas didnt. She continued to check in with us and admired our 1yr year son we had with. Once we finally found the one, she let us know right away it would be around 3 months until it was delivered which we were expecting it would be a while anyways with COVID. She gave me her personal cell number to so we can ask any questions we had for accent furniture and that she will keep us updated with delivery.
I am giving 5 stars as I couldnt have been more pleased with my purchase recently thanks to steve aka ole he was great and made things so easy and simple he helped my folks few years ago with their sectional than helped me and needless to say I am not disapointed he became part of the family which is why I will happily give 5 stars it is people like steve that keep a true buisness going!
I bought a leather reclining couch (Sophia, Cheers model) in late January. When it was delivered, one of the back sections didnt fit straight, which I pointed out to the delivery person. He told me it would settle in. After he left, I discovered one of the arms was also scratched. I called the store, where the woman on the phone assured me that backs dont settle in, but that I would be able to keep that couch until the store could deliver a replacement--in three or four weeks. It was more like five weeks, but the couch they delivered appeared to be okay, until the right end stopped reclining in mid-April. I then had to wait four days for a technician to arrive and tell me that the entire motor had somehow shorted out and would need to be replaced--and that it would take three or four weeks for the correct part to arrive. When I called the store after he left, I had to wait on hold for customer service and was then told they couldnt deal with my complaint until they saw the technicians report but would call me back--in two or three days. To say that I have run out of my patience at this point is an understatement. Nor am I at all reassured by the comments from store employees, such as that model has a great frame or nine out of ten times, we never have a problem with this model. You couldnt tell any of that by my experience with the sofa. Or with the store. I wont be returning any time soon unless this problem is fixed to my satisfaction--nor will I be recommending the store to anyone else as it was recommended to me.
The mattress had issues from day one. Motor would start running when folded and when taken out the motor stopped working 10 days in. We contacted your store and told they were back logged due to covid and someone would get back to us. No one did, we called back a week later and told someone would call back and instead we recieved an email. I want a call not an email. I havent even had a chance to explain what is going on.Next we have called back multiple times to be told we would get called right away and nothing. Now we stay on hold with no one answering. THIS MATTRESS IS INFLATED IN MY LIVING ROOM. I CANT EVEN USE MY LIVING ROOM. THIS HAS BEEN A MONTH. WE HAVENY EVEN MADE A FIRST PAYMENT. THE MATTRESS IS STILL IN PLASTIC. BRING ME A NEW MATTRESS. AND EXCHANGE IT BUT FIX IT NOW . yes I am upset because I have been given a run around and I want my home back. I AM HOME ALL DAY. Get it done today or I file a bbb complaint. Ive been patient and nice and all Ive gotten is the runaround and lies. Get this done TODAY.DEDE

I ordered a desk in April, 2020. It was delivered without the drawer. It took many calls and emails before I could get an answer when I would receive the drawer. It finally came today July 7, 2020. It has no knob on it. The sliders on the drawer came out and are now in the desk with the other side of the sliders. And to top it off, the drawer does not fit well. I’m calling them tomorrow when they open to come and get the whole mess. AND I can’t get my cash back. I have to settle for a store credit. Now what would I want to get at Furniture Mart after this whole fiasco???

We had a great experience, Heather helped us find exactly what we wanted within our budget and fit our needs. She was very friendly and helped us acknowledge the furniture we were comfortable in versus the stuff we wanted to be comfortable in but couldnt.
Be careful if you lease something. Progressive Leasing said they sent an email reminding us our buyout due by Oct. 25th. No email received. We now owe a pile more. Trusted the business. It wont happen again.
Great purchasing and shopping experience but delivery and rescheduling was disappointing. We were given a four hour window on when the couch would be delivered to us, we missed the call and when we tried calling back we got no answer. When we called to have the delivery rescheduled we are told we cant reschedule it today, despite speaking with the people that reschedule, and would have to call back 10am Monday morning. When I asked why I couldnt just reschedule it now for monday since i was on the phone with them already i was told its because the drivers are still out delivering. So because they are still doing their route, we cant reschedule even though it has been established there is no chance theyd bring the couch back to us today. Really doesnt make sense to call to reschedule and be told that we cant pick a time/day for them to deliver the furniture until Monday. Doesnt seem like a difficult task to just put a person down for a new delivery time but what do I know right? We wont be shopping here again.Edit: about 10 minutes after posting the review we got a call back saying they would be delivering the couch. The delivery went well and the men bringing in the couch were very nice. Im still not impressed with the customer service we received over the phone but everyone else was helpful.
A decent selection of incredibly high priced furniture. Sometimes it feels like you are being led on a tour of debt options. I feel like a glass of wine would go nicely with it but given the furniture prices the wine should be included.

Our experience was awesome. We were just moving into a house and found some unique chairs in the store we liked. Trent assisted us matching the chairs to a table. He was able to locate all the pieces to have shipped from other stores to be delivered to our home. It ties our dining room together and we have enjoyed entertaining our family there! The service was great!
Went shopping for a couch and finally found the perfect one here. Paid for it and the delivery fee and finally once it was delivered the delivery guys were incredibly rude and refused to try and get it into my house and argued with me. When it most definitely was gonna fit. And finally I had them take it back and I struggled to get my refund and the people at the store didnt even bother to fix the problem just threw the refund money back at me. Which I struggled to even get that. Will never be going back here!

Bought a sofa just over 2 years ago. Got the extra protection plan for it, and Im very glad I did! Couch broke, protection plan tried to fix it and couldnt, so they gave us a store credit back to Furniture Mart to go get a new sofa. Going into the store for a new sofa, the sales staff was very helpful without being pushy, gave us plenty of space to look for ourselves. And the big plus? He made sure that the new sofa we picked fit right in with the amount of the credit!Overall, its been one of the best furniture buying experiences Ive had.
I had the worst experience buying a bed set through furniture mart. The sales rep, customer service, the warehouse, and delivery crew all gave me different stories and made promises to me that they could not fulfill, and later changed wording on what they originally promised me! They installed it wrong when I paid for them to install it and then they fixed it wrong two different times!! (My feet were a foot higher than my head when laying in bed) When I got an “exchange” on my bed set they tried to charge me again to get it installed by them. They installed my new bed incorrectly without all of the pieces! The new dresser and night stand were damaged and the drawers didn’t work and I had to wait 2 more weeks for a new one. My clothes were in baskets for that remaining time. This has been ongoing since August and I still don’t have my complete bed set! And I even spent twice as much money on a new bed set!! I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BUY from them ever again!
We worked with Claudia to find furniture sets for both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces in preparation for our move. She had great suggestions, feedback, patience and made sure we got the best price. Not to mention, she brings a great sense of humor to the experience. Will work with her again in the future!!

We are so thankful for Furniture Mart and their staff! We had almost given up for the day- and then we came to furniture mart. We were met at the door by our salesman and he gave us a run down of what the store had to offer. He pointed us in the direction of the items we were looking for- our favorite part is- he did not hover or push anything on us. He simply gave us our options and was completely honest about the quality of the furniture and price. We will definitely be back! I cant wait to get our furniture delivered!!

I was feeling very indecisive because it was a big purchase and I wanted to make sure I found a set that would last us for many years and be in our budget range. Keith was very patient and helped price out SEVERAL options (probably half of the store) until we finally found one that we loved. Ann Jellema was our Home Furnishing Consultant today. I was helping my mother-in-law shop for a new recliner. What we liked after visiting three of the big furniture stores in town was the selection SD Furniture Mart had the fact that Ann catered to every need! When we said that we were shopping around she didnt try to get us to stay, she didnt bad mouth or put down other stores, she was gracious and kind. We were so happy when we walked back in and were able to finish the sale process with her. Never have had a shopping experience like that where it wasnt high pressure! Thank you Ann!
I came in today looking for a new bed. I have never shopped for a bed before and was completely lost on what to search for! I got help right away thanks to Dustin Johnson! He helped me understand what to look for as for comfort, durability, and close to my price range! I ended up finding my bed within minutes and nothing could get me to stray away! I am definitely happy with my purchase today and look forward to my new bed!!

We bought a complete set of furniture for our living room. Sofa, recliners, end tables etc. When they were delivered we indicated that the end table was scratched in several places. The delivery people took pictures and said they would have a different table delivered and then they would pick up the damaged table. After waiting two weeks we called and were told that we bought the furniture as is. We were never told that at anytime while we were picking out furniture. If that were the case we wouldve picked out end tables without scratches and brought them home ourselves. The sales lady never mentioned that this was an as is sale, and then sent a scratched table to get it off the showroom floor. We will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Furniture Mart!!
I had a great experience shopping for furniture. The salesman, Russell, listened to what my room looked like, gave me some ideas and then helped me measure every piece to make sure it would fit. I stepped out of my comfort zone in regards to the colors and went with his experience and he was spot on. The room pops with different colors and is not bland. Great job to Russell and thank you for the experience!
My husband and I worked with Joe shopping for 2 sets of living room furniture, as well as a dining table/chairs. We had originally been told the table was going to take a 2 months to arrive so we said we weren’t interested in it then. Joe said he’d “double check” and miraculously when he came back he told us the table would in fact be there mid December! So we bought it. It is now nearing the end of February and we still don’t have our table.As for our furniture delivery of the couches that we purchased, the delivery men failed to take precautions while bringing it into our NEW home and scratched our walls/doors/and trim.When we called to complain, they sent out a service man who was very pleasant (the only part of our experience that has been pleasant), who assessed our damages and patched up our walls.Now we continue to wait on phone calls from management about how they plan to compensate us on our experience with them (Which has also proven to be a task to talk to anyone who can assist with our problems).Overall, the furniture we purchased - the ones we have received-seem to be of good quality. The operations- lies, customer service, delivery- has all proved to be very poor. Because of this, I will not be taking my business to this facility in the future.
I went into the store with my mom looking for a new couch and we work d with Dustin, whom my parents had worked with before. Dustin was kind, cuteous and honest. This was the second store I had looked at and he was open with us about the pros and cons of each piece of furniture. Dustin also made the purchasing process easy. I am looking forward to receiving my new couch and will definitely look for Dustin whenever Im in the store! Thanks for a great experience!
A great experience- greatly appreciated that I didnt feel stalked while shopping, or pressured to buy. Appreciated having multiple stores nearby to see items in person, rather than going by what you see online. Tony was personable and didnt seem to mind my millions of questions. Havent received order items yet, but have high expectations that delivery process will be as smooth as the purchasing process.
I picked a couch that did not fit. Eric went above ans beyond to get us set up! The furniture looks amazing. The pricing was great. Would recommend to everyone.

I will never purchase anything from this store or any of its affiliated stores. My husband and I purchased a 3 set of sofas and a dining table with chairs. Not even 2 months into our purchase one of the sofas broke from the back the cushions are just so slouched that they look as if weve had them for years. 2 of the chairs legs broke off while sitting which caused me a severe concussion and the second time I hurt my coccyx. Keep in mind Im only 115 lbs 5ft tall. So it had nothing to do with weight. One of the sides of the table literally became lose and it had to be replaced. We spent about 6 thousand in just those two purchases and the quality is just terrible. I feel like walmarts furniture is higher quality than what they sell here.
Trent E was excellent to work with! I needed a couch for my elderly father and he showed me multiple options in different price ranges and colors! He was also very honest about the quality of each piece. The delivery men were also very courtious and punctual! I will be back again!

I hate, no despise buying anything from salespeople. I went to furniture mart in Sioux Falls SD to price mattresses. Eric was professional and knowledgeable about the products. The prices were so good not only did my budget for a new mattress get me the best one I wanted, but allowed me enough to buy a complete bed. (Mattress, head board, rails and foot board) It was a hassle free, pitch free experience that took minutes not hours. I would recommend them to close friends and family. Going to be a repeat customer, for sure.
Love Furnature Mart! We have bought almost all the furniture in our previous house as well as our current house from Furniture Mart. So nice to have one place you can go and trust you are getting the best deal possible for the best quality. They make the whole process so hassle free from the first decision to the delivery and set up. I also love the relationships we have built with the staff. We will keep going to Furniture Mart for everything we need.

Went there looking for a chair for my wife. I dressed comfortable because I thought I would have to lift something. The lady looked at us like we were street trash. She had no idea that I had over 4000$ cash on hand, and I make over 6 figures a year. Long story short I had plenty of money to buy anything from the store. She was prejudice, so we left. I guess to go to this store you have to look like your rich enough to buy a 1500$ chair that is going to break in a year. Thats why you have to get the most expensive insurance possible. 🤔

My fiancé and I love the SD Furniture Mart, we have had many great experiences there working with Kasey and Keith. They are super friendly and helpful. We really like that they look for exactly what we want, and they dont push us towards anything we dont like. We will continue to go here to do all our furniture shopping! I would recommend this to everyone who is looking to buy furniture for their home!

My wife and I were looking for new furniture for a couple rooms and Kasey and Keith helped us with ideas and even moved some items around the store so we could see what they would look like with other pieces. The furniture I picked out is fine. The pillows that came with them are not fully sewed and are defective. Went to the store expecting to just have them swapped out. Nope have to call some other outlet to do that. Just bad customer service. Won’t be wasting my money here againAfter going they the hoops I got a replacement pillow.

I love looking around this store but I wish theyd let you get inside the store a ways before they are right in your face. They are helpful when needed and it is nice to see that there is someone around to help.

Worked with Alex Griffith twice in the past couple years. He went through the entire store with us more times than I want to remember because we were undecided. Gave us honest information and even told us to stay away from one item a customer had a poor experience with the manufacturer. It was as painless as furniture shopping can be.
Trent was very helpful, he knew what he was talking about and got me exactly what I wanted. He also helped my parents find the perfect couch and end tables, now Ive recommended him to my cousin and her husband for their new place. If you need help, or arent sure of what you want, Trent is the person to ask for!
They may have good furniture - I dont know as Ive never bought anything from them. I do know they have lousy customer service. I visited the store on three different occasions, and was not greeted or approached by a salesperson on any of them. There were people standing around, but they did not even make eye contact. I will not be back.
I have had an amazing experience not only with Furniture Mark as a whole but most specifically with the Sales Specialist I worked with - Ann J.. She was so patient with me as I tediously went through the process of attempting to select the perfect pieces for my home. She goes above and beyond and is sincere with her fantastic customer service. She has a customer for life!

A couple of months,ago, when shopping for a new couch, we stopped into Furniture Mart. Jerry Smith was very knowledgeable and helpful in our selection while never being pushy or trying to steer toward any particular item. We have now been enjoying our new couches for almost a month and are happy with both the service we received and the product.
