Sorry Paul!!Our family has used the Shakopee Slumberland location numerous times!! Now sending my son and his wife back for a great recliner we spotted.

Back in August I purchased a bed from Slumberland in Shakopee. When the company delivered the bed they damaged my new driveway which had just been poured 6 weeks earlier. I contacted the store immediately after it happened and multiple times since. It has now been two months and they have yet to even acknowledge the damage. Ive sent pictures and talked to several department. No response!!!!

Purchased a mattress and bed frame. Great experience...no high pressure sales, just free to look around and see what we wanted to see. The sales staff was available to answer any questions we had...but did not put pressure on us.

Liked that the sales person approached us and asked us if we needed help or wanted to be left alone to shop. Ended up purchasing a new bed. Hopefully the turn around will be quick as promised 2-4 weeks.

Walked in told the employee what I was looking for she was very helpful to point me at the things that fit what I was looking for. And then she was so kind to let us have our space to make her decision. I bought an oversized recliner that will be delivered next week. We visited the store in Shakopee twice. I forgot to measure the space the first time. The assistant manager helped us both times. He was very helpful and courteous. We rang the transaction quickly the second time and answered all my questions. Ive used Slumberland for many years and will keep returning to them. Cant wait until I get my furniture!

We even called back after leaving the store with a possible color change which is sort of a frustrating thing for a customer to do, he still have us the same attention, patience and friendliness. I already had done my research online and decided the three sofas I wanted to see. Quickly eliminated two. After the salesman answered questions, I ordered. The sofa will be delivered after I move.

After shopping at a more luxury store and a discount store, Slumberland was like the Goldilocks of stores. The luxury store had ridiculous pricing, the discount store had awful customer service and the quality was not great. Slumberland had excellent customer service, great quality pieces at a fair price. We were not expecting to buy our couch right away, but we did because of the selection, pricing, sale, and customer service.

The staff here is incredibly helpful. I came in, kids in tow, in order to look at a coffee table that we were planning to purchase after seeing it for sale several places online. We wanted to be sure the quality and color were as good as it appeared in photos. Our sales associate took us right to the item, answered our questions, and the purchase was easy. I was just a bit disappointed the store wasn’t bigger for browsing, but it kept me from spending way more money!

I was in need of a new bed frame. I called Shakopee Slumberland and the sales person reserved one for pickup that same day. When I paid for it I received a $50.00 coupon and saved quite a bit. I drove to the back pickup area and the sales person was already waiting for me. He loaded it and thanked me for making the purchase. I will return to buy the mattress and box spring in a few weeks for sure!

We went to other stores first, save yourself some time. The furniture is good quality and the prices were reasonable. The sales people were great, answered questions and just let us look around.

Whoo the one salesperson who helped me gave me about 20 minutes. I layed on several dirty floor models reluctantly, but wanted a new mattress. I was adamant about NO memory foam. According to this salesperson none didnt have memory foam of some kind. Didnt take me long to figure out they werent going to have a bed for me. I then wanted to see some leather furniture, but she didnt have time, because there were other customers. Im thinking what? Walked around in my own quickly realizing this wasnt the store for me. Need to go to OMF or somewhere that carries Sealy I guess and 100% leather furniture.

Manager Adam Trisko was very professional. My girlfriend and I were looming for a new bed with no idea what we wanted and Adam greeted us within 5 minutes. He kept his 6ft at all time and had his mask on. He asked our price range which was $600 and had plenty to choose from and not the cheap cheap ones that no one wants. He was able to answer all of my questions while at the same time letting me do all the looking and him not pushing me towards the $$ ones. I then asked him to humor me and show me the 4k beds just to see if he was going to push me for a larger sale. He did what he did with every bed, he walked away and gave my girlfriend and I the space we needed until I had a question then he was right there ready to help. 10/10 for professionalism, 10/10 for store appearance, 10/10 for making me feel like the decision was ours not what he wanted me to buy. I recommend Slumberland in Shakopee to anyone! wanting the old way of buying a bed. Every bed is on sale so take your pic. He even got me to grt the bed protection sheet, but for a 10 year warranty, unlimited cleaning if protector doesnt work, free unlimited replacement for protection sheet if any rips or tears. Total cost $722 after tax so not too far off from target and it comes with a free box spring. Good job!

The layout is circular which is great since most stores are linear. We came in on labor day weekend to pickup a bunk bed, the employee was very nice and got us out the door within 5 minutes. Here is where I gave it 3 stars only, after finding a more affordable bunk bed else where, the customer service representative we called stated we had to find the original employee in order to process the refund. We had to take the extra step and head back to the store and process, fortunately we did not have to find the original sales representative.

I had a great experience! I bought the perfect dining set for a great price.

Sales process was good but very disappointed in the delivery process. First, they tried to leave the headboard of the bed unattached when a new frame had been installed because they did not have the bracket. This would have left the bed in an unsafe state where the headboard could fall on someone. Then we were told that they would haul away the old, but they said they could not and if we needed that it was $20 per piece extra.

We had shopped multiple places for a new mattress. Bre was knowledgeable and answered our questions while also allowing us to shop on our own which is very appreciated. She was the reason way ended up purchasing from Slumberland!

We were looking for a duel reclining sofa and wandered in to Slumberland. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great selection! We wanted one that didnt look big and bulky, like most recliners. Had a great experience, had my mind set on the Holker 3 piece set which if you’re looking for comfort I HIGHLY recommend :) They ordered it, told us when it arrived, called 3x to make sure I knew (it was the week before Xmas so it was a hectic work week) and even helped load it up on our trailer!
