Jules is an astounding customer service representative. From the very beginning she was all smiles and thorough with my friend and I. She made sure we got what we needed and made us feel extremely welcome, even though auto parts are like a foreign language to us. Being in customer service myself, too often great customer service gets overlooked or unmentioned which is why I just had to leave a review for Jules because she really deserves to be recognized for the service she provided us with. Definitely will return in the future.

Today was the third time in this week to pick up one of the 4 hydraulic hoses I already paid for. Was told they would be ready and they were not. Beyond that, today I waited for 20 mins while they were looking for it or whatever they were doing. They didnt tell me what they were doing. I had to walk out again without the hose or any explanation.

Did you know if you had work done at midas and a part has a life time warranty and you go to a different shop to save money. napa or midas will not honor the life time warranty on the part. I am forced to buy a new part when I have a life time warranty on my current part.

I had them mix a quart of paint using the color code. The paint color wasnt even close! They refused to give me a refund or resolve the problem by giving my the correct color match.

Today is the last day that I will even call or go to this napa. They make you wait on the phone for a half hour or more every time you call. You go in there and it is no better. Today after waiting for almost a half hour i hung up. Called the parts place across the street. They helped me the second they picked the phone up.. The part that I needed was 50% Cheaper!. No auto parts available is what napa stands for. The worse costomer service out of any parts store I have been. I have been a Auto Technician for 30 years. If you need parts from napa I recommend going to napa in chaska or Burnsville...

It was ok, customer service was meh, prices were hardly competitive, will i come back, probably not, i was able to get what i needed but i had to order it.

I shop at Napa because I cannot afford to shop other places and its the only reason I shop at Napa. Every single time I have gone to Napa, they give me the wrong parts; Ive gotten brake job parts (rotors, pads, and calipers) mostly without coming in with the part numbers. Everything else that Ive gotten correctly had only been due to me coming in with the part number already. I just went again for a brake light and they cant even get that correct. Fair and cheap parts, but make sure you go in knowing the part number, it is by far ridiculous. The people who work the counter at auto parts places should be able to look up and grab proper parts given specific vehicle specifications (which they tend to not ask for all of anyways). I was disappointed when they KEPT giving us incorrect parts for a Jetta brake job, but I am sorely disappointed that they couldnt even give me the correct brake light for my corolla. I was going to find the part number myself before going to the counter, but I was approached and asked if I needed help and so I took it, I shouldnt have. My time was wasted in the end and its a good thing that I have common sense enough to know not to try to force something on, especially if it is glass, so once I could tell it was more difficult than it was supposed to be, I compared the part numbers on the bulbs to find they didnt match and I had to return to get the correct bulb.So, if you shop at Napa, be sure to know your part numbers or expect to get the incorrect parts, even something as simple as a brake light.

Jorge and Julio rock, came in an hour to close, they made my custom paint, Julio even called Jorge (paint guy) to make sure a question I had was answered about an electric sprayer. They rock!
