The specialist was so rude, she forgot to run the insurance and when I told her this should be covered, she said she has to do it all over as she forgot to run the insurance. When I told her I am sure this is covered, she get mad at me and threw the medicine in mu face….. totally un acceptable behaviorWill never use any walmart pharmacy again. Especially walmart severn.

Why is only one entrance open due to COVID? You cant open the garden entrance instead of requiring customers to walk through the entire store from the only entrance that is open at the other end of the store 100 yards away??

DO Not utilize their services! I have yet to have prescription filled in time stated. The medication filled was done so incorrectly. Have had to argue with clerk or whatever title is, was medication actually submitted to the insurance-couldnt get a straight answer. Just had a similar problem, label instructions did not match what was ordered, therefore the quantity was not enough to satisfy the doctors order. Received run around again on this. It is extremely frustrating using their services. I have a background in medicine so I know what Im talking about.

I must say these folks are like family to me. Always great service. When I come in or call theres always a desire to help. I always say I love my med team. Well THANK YOU ALL for being a part of my team. I truly appreciate all that you do.

Couple minutes ago someone received my phone, she asked me, how can I help you. Then I requested about my needed, but she didn’t answer. Although, still I was holding her for 6 minutes. She didn’t comeback 🤗, so, now I’m 🚖.

Jessica, Ms. Nadene, Syed, and Michael go all out for me when it comes to a mix up with meds, Ins, Drs, etc, I have had some issues but overall, I make sure that I become friendly with the staff understanding how busy they are but they go above and beyond when they like us as well as when were understanding that mix ups/mistakes occur simply because were human.You never know what someone is going through nor who is making the mistake when Ive had my insurance company and Drs office staff who REFUSED to do her job giving the pharmacy ZERO Pre-auth, and who is pure Ignorance from head to toe leaving me SICK withdrawing from my psych meds that my Dr just prescribed then IGNORED my calls as well as the pharmacist so shes being reported! Moral is, you never know who is at fault!

Walmart just has a good PHARMACY.

DONT GO HERE. My DR. called in a prescription on Monday. I went up on Wednesday they said it will be ready Friday. So i came in on Friday and they said it would would be ready on Monday. So I come in on Monday and they tell me that they dont even carry the medicine and they will contact my doctor to see if there is another med they can proscribe instead. I ask them to print out the prescription so i can take it to another pharmacy, The man (Daniel) goes back to the computer and then I ask for ALL of my prescriptions so I can just have them filled somewhere else he says to go to the other pharmacy and we will transfer them over. I go to another pharmacy and have everything transferred over. When I went to pick up the meds they didnt have the 1 med I needed because Walmart didnt transfer it. So I come back to this Walmart and they say that they dont have it. So I asked to speak to Daniel and all of the sudden no one knows what Im talking about. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever seen. They have yet to fill any prescription on time. If you need a prescription filled by a certain time call it in 2 weeks ahead of time or go somewhere else. If i could give them 0 stars I would have.

Desk attendants were polite but having to wait over 2hrs to get a simple(no actual medication) prescription filled is unacceptable..

Called ahead they said one hour only filling 5 pills got there an hour later they said 30 minutes waited 30 minutes and still said ten minutes how long does it take to count to 5.
