The shelves were not well stocked despite the abundance of staff. The employees were helpful.The produce section was disgusting. I observed mold on multiple types of fruit such as strawberries, blackberries and peaches.The oranges were covered in mold as well.There was a large display for corn on the cob but only 1 ear of corn was available.I go to this Walmart because of the stock and variety that it offers normally but l will think twice next time .
No longer price matches their website. Even if it is sold and shipped directly from Walmart. I worked with 2 ladies at customer service were extremely rude yesterday 10/18/21. The price tag was $5 less then the $20 product I wanted to buy. Your website also matched the price tag. Instead of honoring this, the employee said the location no longer matches the website. Even though it was sold by Walmart and not a individual. I was told I would have to do a store pickup instead of customer service taking down $5 off the price. Both of the employees had a bad attitude and were not willing to even listen and acknowledge what I was saying. She immediately disregarded and was disrespectful. I know staffing is tough but you can’t just keep bad employees with bad attitudes.
I went to the womens clothing section tonight and that team works hard! In my opinion, this is the cleanest and most well organized Walmart in the area. The fitting room attendants were really nice too.
Worst Walmart for pickup ever. Sat in my car for 25 minutes waiting before anyone even acknowledged I was there, consistently slow with order pickup. Do not recommend.
The customer service at this location is EXCELLENT! My friend had to return some paper goods and I went with because we were shopping together today and the two ladies behind the returns counter (October 2, 1:30PM) were kind, patient, and friendly. This was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had - unbelievable for a Wal-Mart! I will definitely be coming back to this location for my shopping because of the treatment my friend experienced by these two employees.

Big! Definitely big! Went for pet food and looked in the area we generally were used to only to find out it was in an area opposite to our expectations. Got some exercise and some food. Be nice if the entrances had a location map to view for those of us are new to that particular store.

I was hesitant to go to this location due to reading some reviews. I was satisfied with my experience and the friendliness of the staff working. I was in and out for my oil change with 2 people in front of me within an hour.
The curbside pickup is easy and the customer service from Tonya was great. She was friendly, knowledge, and she loaded my car in a way that made sense vs just throwing them in there like the younger generation does. There were a few items out of stock, but Tonya made me aware that shelves arent stocked until 7am and due to my early pick up time my order was filled at 4am. Therefore, Ill select later pick up times in the future.

This Walmart is so much nicer than the one in my neighborhood. I believe its larger with a more diverse product selection. The store also seems to be kept cleaner. I wish the GM from this store would come fix the Walmart in Russett MD. Our local Walmart could be so much better. The only thing that I found concerning at this store is the parking lot lights are turned off in the sections that the doors are no longer open at during the night which makes for a really dark parking lot. I would even go as far as to say thats a risk to have a dark parking lot that you cant see clearly whats going on in the lot.
Took a friend to pick up something. Over all prices were good and no wait line in check, which is plus. Most stores now dont want cashiers they want you to scan and bag your own groceries. If I am spending my hard earned money to shop in your store then your going to provide me a cashier. I have personally seen some elders who struggle with self check out and I always tell a manager to open a register to help them it makes my blood boil that they wont offer to open one but will stand and watch them struggle. At this Walmart the cashier was polite and professional which is another plus.

Great customer service!! I came in for a window air conditioner that was on sale. Picked up the wrong one. As we were waiting in line, a young woman Associate saw our cart and asked if we were buying the sale unit. She took us to the floor display, unloaded the one from our cart and loaded the right one!! Wish I had got her name!! She was awesome. Way to go above and beyond!!!
This used to be my favorite Walmart even though I live right near the Washington blvd (which is awful) Walmart. In the last 6 months its gotten as bad as the one near me so I only go when its an absolute must.

I love that this is our one stop shop for our needs. The prices are generally lower than other stores and items are usually available. The only downside is if youre ordering grocery pick-up there arent many slots for 2-hour availability or same day pick-up

The store isnt the cleanest but they try... Rude customers who throw produce around or leave unwanted items everywhere are a big problem. The associates are always helpful when asked and most shelves are usually sufficiently stocked. Of course, prices are always competitive. The parking lot is fairly clean and I usually see at least one employee out there taking care of the carts/lot.
Its always entertaining just to walk around and see new products. The store is usually pretty well organized too

We went on Sunday afternoon. The store had many people working in the check out lanes. This made our trip to the store a very happy one.
This Walmart is in constant disorder. It has pallets everywhere blocking your path. The stockers dont care if they are in your way while you do your shopping. The front of the store is a mess. There are 20 check out lanes unmanned, but there are two self checkout kiosks on both ends with huge lines also blocking the pharmacy and the produce section. Self checkout always requires assistance and with only one person working ten checkout stations it is also time consuming and holds the line up more. Walmart only gets two stars because Im a shareholder and their exploitation of the customer and their employees is putting a bit of money in my pocket, but I would gladly take 0 if they could just fix their store.
Great big store whole lot of items but customer service is very poor they take in so much money but give out so little service never wanting to keep registers open long long lines shells are there any empty stacks of pallets sitting in the floor waiting to get on the shelves maybe if they pay more they can get more they say when you knew better you do better

Self checkout only accepts cards, no cash. The line(s), 2 open, are slow but over all the store is stocked and clean. They need more cash lanes.
Nothing aggravates me more then a Walmart that claims to be a Super Center that has next to NOTHING that you need actually stocked! 3 different sections I was in today, for stuff that I needed, were just barely even stocked! So MANY empty shelves! From HBA to pet supplies, to kitchen storage containers. I dont understand this at all! They make announcements that they close for sanitizing to keep everyone save, I would just figure they would also stock too! I was in there around 5pm. Shelves shouldnt have been that empty. I can completely understand some items being out of stock on the shelves but 3 completely different sections for 3 different items! No sorry just not acceptable. I have never cared for any Walmart, but for whatever reason I still keep giving them a chance! This time it took me over 2 months to go back. Well I wont be making that mistake again! I cant even remember one store Ive been in that was even slightly organized or even clean! This store was NO different! Such a shame!
Absolutely Horrible!!!!!! Not a clean store at ALL. Maybe 5 to 6 registers open. Lines were 8 to 10 people deep. Employees were stocking shelves but a lot of product missing. I hate the fact that I have to come to this one and do my shopping because its close to my family.

Notified order was ready at 8:02 arrived around 8:12 called and no one came for over an hour. In fact I had to go inside to let them know I was there and several other people were there all of which received notices their orders were ready. We understand that they closed at 8:00 but why would you send a notice that our order was ready to come pick it up they told us to order was running late and then we received the notice to come pick it up thinking that they were going to stay to complete their orders. I believe the only reason we got our groceries is because I went inside and spoke to the manager and stayed there and tell our groceries were available. Very bad experience.

I was extremely appauled at the service I received here today It was recommended for me to shop at this quarterfield Walmart instead of arundel Walmart and boy was I flabbergasted by the service I received customer service was initially supposed to help with returns or swapping out and item however they sent me to electronics and then I get to electronics and they escort me back to customer service this went on for about 30 min over returning a game that was accidentally purchased for my kids Xbox s series game not knowing that it had games online for free thats digital what an experience I will not return anything here again Ill make sure what I purchase i will keep and not intend to return period electronics were more cooperative than customer service like serious? Wow never again.
Nice clean organized store in comparison to the 3 Walmarts in the area this is the castle ! Also they have a general automotive service department! You can just walk in and get four 🆕 tires 🙂 at a great price while you shop ! No appointment nessisary, price is unbelievable new tires great brands new tires for used tire prices ! Also offer many other car 🚗 maintenance services! Keep up the great work!
The store isnt that clean or organized even though they try to keep up, the employees are mostly nice and helpful and my favorite part its the only walmart where were not in self checkout more than 5 minutes the lines move fast they run out of some things sometimes but try to keep it pretty stocked.

This place is busy but I think has gotten a lot better. A year ago I would have given it a 2 star rating.
Being able to pick up my groceries vs going into Walmart (or any store) has been the greatest thing for me... the program and operational aspects are phenomenal, the food choices and variety are great! I have been using the Walmart brands (Great Value) and those products are equal to or in most examples better than the higher priced name brand stuff. Walmart Rocks!!

Went to buy wings 3 for 3 and was told they no longer did that. Went to manager and he went to the deli counter and low and behold they still do 3 for 3. So I got my wings that were pretty good. Store was well stocked and had a quick check out.
Had a return 2nd person in line had to wait 20 minutes for them to find someone bought t shirts for men had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to unlock the case went to self checkout couldnt pay with cash only charge card went to the only cashier open I was # 12 in line waited 20 minutes in line moved up 2 spots I left without buying anything & they lock up the mens but not the womens I think thats discrimination thats the 3rd time in 2 weeks I left without buying anything I would like someone to call me at 768 4442 thanks Craig from Glen burnie

Parking is horrible here but once youre in...you can quickly get everything you need and get out of there promptly. Love the self check out...makes life much easier for small purchases.
Today I waiting 35 minutes... actually here now waiting 6:41 pm. ONLY 2 lanes open... my milk is now room temperature the cashier is going to receive that as a gift. Shelfs are still 40% stocked. Any other shopping organization is better then here. I have been coming here foe over 10 years. Today will be my last.
Like that its a supercenter. I just wish I could figure out the best time to go grocery shopping... when the shelves arent so empty:) The check out staff are always helpful!

This Walmart is always out of Martinellis apple juice as well as it seems like they are never stocked up enough on vegetables, etc. On Sunday dont bother going there for the normal stuff because honestly the shelves are empty. Outside of this issue, Walmart is my favorite place to shop.

I come in to get some underwear, theyre in lockup. Walmart is the only store that does this anywhere near here, so while standing in the aisle, I ordered them from Amazon. If you have to lock up underwater, just dont sell them.It doesnt matter what hour you come, the registers are always backed up.
I like this store and the fact that its a super Wal-Mart is nice too, and the clearance aisle is amazing, and these pictures are from a bedroom idea I had that I figured I would share as inspo because they do have very nice stuff for bedrooms and organization. There is also a car place in this super Wal-Mart to get tires and some other stuff done on your vehicle but it does take a long time to get things done and for my experience it took me two days until the manager was able to fix things but other than that it was great and it came with a warranty.
My neighborhood WalmartLike all Walmarts.. always rowdy, packed and sometimes chaotic.. if u know what you are looking for and which aisle it is then u are good to go.. otherwise good luck finding some helpOne thing I like about this location is that they have a MD speedy tag service… a little pricey then the MVA but the service is quick and no lines at all.. talk about a lifesaver especially in pandemic times when it is hard to get an appointment at the MVA.. Got tags,registration in less than a 15 min visit.. can’t beat that

In general good customer service. The restocking on popular items and vegan friendly items are always a gamble here! Even what is said to be online via the app isnt up to date or always accurate. Most employees are helpful to try to help you find these things.
Horrific experience! Do not go here for ANYTHING. Would give 0 stars if I could. I was looking for ace bandage wrap after getting discharged from the hospital. Asked two separate people where they were located and neither of them looked me in the eye while they were restocking shelves. If anything I was a nuisance to them as they glared at me and either pointed to the wrong aisle or told me to go check with the pharmacy. When you see someone with gauze wrapped around their leg, the humane thing to do is walk them over to the aisle and find the product for them rather than have the customer run around looking for stuff in such a massive store. Absolutely terrible service, such rudeness and lack of empathy should never be tolerated. Needless to say I left and found what I was looking for at Walgreens instead.
Thoroughly stocked, clean and convenient. My only pet peeve is that the cosmetic section is very small and almost everything is under lock and key or theft protected which is kinda sad…other than that a great super Walmart!

This is a great store. The associates are friendly and helpful. I have issues with walking, so I use the motorized carts. They were readily available and fully charged. The only downfall is some of the isles on the non-food side are a bit narrow but its Holiday shopping time so there are more items displayed. All in all this is a nice place to shop. Easy to find

I love using curbside pickup but the last two times Ive picked up even though I checked in I still had to wait. Today I checked in on my way and when I got there and even spoke to someone when I first parked and still had to wait over 30 minutes for my groceries. People that arrived after me received their order before I did. The gentleman was very nice and apologized for the delay but it seems like it happens often even though they werent that busy today.

This is my favorite Walmart to go to I have a Walmart that is 5 minutes from my home but I refuse to go to it I will drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this Walmart. They always have up-to-date items there always stock their shelves. The only issue I have is that they lock up their laundry detergent tablets which I understand because people steal them however when you go to try to get it no one can come back there and help you it says go to the register we went to the register and they are saying no they dont have a key so my husband and I waited 25 minutes to try to get tide pod only to be told that no one had a key that is my only issue with this place other than that I highly recommend this Walmart
Always been a Walmart fan. Typically have always had a large variety of different types of items including clothing, pet care, beauty products, health and hygiene, homegoods, electronics, etc.Biggest issues are the lack of check out registers open and the under stocking of shelves. Even before the pandemic hit, these issues existed too often. This store is always busy and crowded, which means that cashier operated registers/checkouts should be accommodating. Having self check outs and a couple (2-3) registers open isnt enough. Staff the store better and more efficiently. That also means keeping the shelves stocked, in all departments, as best as possible. Whether it is an item that is constantly being purchased or items that move slower...Should not make a difference. Corporate Walmart needs to remember how they started because that is what made them what they are. The company has definitely lost a ton of their original values and polices, which is not a good thing. People spend more money, more often at places that they enjoy going in. No one likes having a stressful, frustrating shopping experience...
It Walmart pretty typical except for this one has self checkout which is so much better then waiting on cashiers to do the same thing were doing and they get paid but they dont care its not like they get extra if they get so many customers through their line but thats a good idea too give them incentive to actually work

Absolutely my most favorite Walmart store of all, take it from someone who has supported the technology at all Walmart locations in the Baltimore area. This Walmart has demonstrated as being the best managed which then coincides to its employees dedication to the customer. The shopping experience here at this location is second to none. Any Walmart trip can be overwhelming however the thought of visiting this particular Walmart always leaves me most excited.
Every time I go to that Walmart its a wonderful experience. I always find what I need and alot of what I want.
We tend to go here allot because it is close to home and convenient. Always crowded and the lines take forever.
