Customer service personnel was helpful, but limited by company availability.

Really wish my situation had been handled with more professionalism, this is something i had reached out to their employee about before but was never apologized to. I bought a washer and dryer set at the end of June and when the dryer turned out to be the wrong kind i wasn’t reached out to about ordering the right one for almost three months, i was paying for a dryer that i didn’t even have, i tried calling multiple times to handle the situation and each time i called an employee wasn’t up to speed with the dilemma the employee that was up to speed didn’t handle it very timely. I ended up returning the non existent Dryer and taking my money and time elsewhere, hope the communication in this store can be improved for future customers.

The hours on the maps is wrong, wasted an hour drive. There are many locations closing and the ones available are closed. Very difficult to find and not enough parking.

Ordered a washer online and went to pick it up. The woman working there was probably not having a good day because she was giving me attitude while asking me for a sales check number. I never got an email with the number she was asking for. I kept telling her and showing her the only 3 emails I received with my order number. She kept telling me that wasn’t the number she was asking me for. You could clearly see her frustration and decides to finally ask me for my i.d. which I had no problem doing. Should’ve just done that since the beginning. As a paying customer I expect to receive good customer service and not an ugly attitude from an employee.

We went in to ask questions about a Samsung washer and dryer and found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Tony was able to answer all of our questions seamlessly and seems to know exactly what we were talking about. Just give them a try.

Had an employee go out of her way to help me find an affordable freezer. And they helped me load it in my truck. Great place

The store is always clean and neat. Tony and Gloria are so helpful. They always have the best prices on appliances.

SO I WALKED IN ONE DAY AND SAID I HAVE A WASHER AND ITS MAKING ALLOT OF NOISE, PLEASE HELP ME STOP IT!!!! TONY AND GLORIA WERE NOT ONLY ABLE TO WALK ME THREW WHAT WAS WRONG, BUT THE PART I NEEDED TO FIX IT AND HOW TO DO THE REPAIRS MYSELF. IN THE END I SAVED ALLOT OF MONEY AND MY WIFE IS HAPPY. THANKS GUYS

The customer service here and priceas are awesome! Just bought a washer yesterday and I am very happy. The guy that brought and installed my new washer was also very nice and helpful. Great experience all the way around!
