I just recently moved to this area and I must say that customer service is amazing. They serviced my car in a timely fashion and the staff were friendly. You can also pass your time by with the Starbucks right next to this place. Will definitely be returning.

My tire had a slow leak and I happened to be in the area when I noticed the Tire Guys. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to seal my tire in just a few minutes. They were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Would recommend anyone to go to Tire Guys, Rich and the staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful! I’ve gotten my oil changed here for the past few years and have always been treated with respect. Location is great, there is a Starbucks right next door where you can wait for you car to be done.

The service rep a young guy with beard working there Friday around 11am on October 1st needs to learn some basic customer service skills and manners. As soon as I walked in the door he opened up on me for parking in a space where the adjacent spaces also had cars. He said why I didnt park in any of the spaces up front. I asked him what was wrong with the space where I parked and he acted like nobody would be able to get in or out of those cars. I was parked pretty evenly between the lines so that was just nonsense. Then when I came back to collect the car, I paid up and he said stay out of trouble and laughed like I was his buddy or something.

I bought my tires a few years ago from Tire Guys and had an excellent experience working with Glenn. Recently, I noticed that my front tires were wearing down more that the rears which was my fault for not rotating. I called tire guys and asked about 2 new tires. Unfortunately, the ones I have arent available at this time but they offered to rotate my tires. Rich even mentioned an issue I have on the rear of my truck that I will fix this weekend (very happy he mentioned it because I wouldnt have noticed it unless I was under the truck). RICH and JAY were SOOOO helpful with assisting to find comparable tires to what I currently have so I can get them changed in the near future.The staff are so nice and personable. I highly recommend!! Its often hard to find a great local place that not only does tires but have techs that actually know what they are doing when you need other work done. They arent just a tire shop. They can do almost anything I need for my truck. Great people, great place, great prices... very happy!

Great “can do” attitudes here!! Got me in and out, accommodated me despite having a full scheduled and me being a walk in. Really appreciated their service and could tell they knew their customers be the interactions I observed.

I came here for an oil change. They tell you one price then charge another. Very rude & disrespectful to me, and I felt like they had a racial bias towards me. Will not come back and do not recommend.

Conveniently located between Centereach and Selden Mavis. Got in the door in no time and was immediately helped. I had a flat tire when I left my house. Glenn initially greeted me and helped me with determining how much the replacement and installation was. The prices were fair and he was honest about what to watch out for on my other tires. I’ll definitely be returning when it comes time to replace the others.

Sounds strange to say about a tire place, but they have a fun and jocular air. They seemed like guys youd want to hang out with, and they charged me notably less for the same tire then the last shop I went to.

Fixed my tire balance issues and bent rim that were botched at a chain tire store down down the road, and the Tire Guys completed their work in under 60 minutes. The car was saved!The long story: I had been going to a certain other discount tire store to the east for some years. Recently, I had a slow leak on a tire and was told it needed replaced because of a puncture was on the sidewall. Ok fine. I get the new tire, and now all of a sudden, the car vibrates at highway speeds. I take it back and say they didnt balance the tire right. They rebalance it and move it to the front. I take it the next day and begin to accelerate to highway speeds and immediately the entire car is shaking and Im fearing for my life. I put on hazards and go 40 mph and below to get back to the original store. I tell them they did something wrong and it is dangerous to drive. After 2 days of waiting, they call me back and say the rims are bent and its impossible to balance, and I need to go buy 4 new rims! On a car that was riding fine before.So I came to the Tire Guys for a second opinion. In 5 minutes, they have it on the lift and show me that yes, there is a bend rim on the front right wheel. But the others are in decent shape. The bend is so obvious I have no idea how it could have been missed the first time by the other people. They also showed me the other people put the lug nuts on backwards on this wheel. Unbelievable!In another 30-40 minutes, the Tire Guys fixed the bent rim, then even repaired a small bend on another wheel that was hardly noticeable, and rebalanced all 4 tires. The car is driving perfectly again. Amazing!I will be taking my cars here for all future maintenance.

I just had my tire checked out and plugged here along with getting an inspection. The service they provided was so amazing that I couldnt even wait to give them a review. A big shout-out to the Tire Guys and the Manager, Rich. They did a great job. See, I’m used to getting my car serviced at the big chains, such as Pep Boys and Firestone, and whether it’s the long waiting times or the high prices, I’m always left feeling like I’ve been hoodwinked. I looked up “car inspection stations” and the Tire Guys popped up in my search. I figured why not give them a shot? Best decision ever! They inspected my car and replaced my worn-out front tires for cheap and not only that, Rich threw in a free oil change, which was awesome! And I did all this during my lunch break, no leaving my car overnight, which is what I almost always had to do at the big automotive chains. Tire Guys made the experience of getting my car inspected and serviced a painless one, and lastly, it’s nice to not have to worry about an oil change for a few months. Great service! I’ll be back for sure.

Poor customer service! Nobody in there is wearing a mask like covid-19 isnt still a thing! Plus they tried to over charge me to fix a rim and possibly replace a tire. Im not sure why this place even have more than 1 star

What a NICE group of guys to do business with. I come from a family of auto mechanics and these “guys” felt no different to work with than my family! I walked in at my appointment time and they were ready and willing to take care of my car. Service was quick, but I didn’t feel rushed or worry that mycar wasn’t being taken care of. They were honest and their waiting area was clean and comfortable. The manager, Richie, listened to my concerns and even personally took my car out for a test drive to insure the work was done to their standards. Forget the big chain stores and go with “the guys...!!”

What an amazing shop!! Mike is the man!! Great guys hey let’s face it we all work hard for our money and no one wants to spend money of car repairs but this was a great place and my one and only mechanic at this point. I have a 2010 Mini Cooper and needed 4 new tires and rear shocks and struts my other mechanic quoted me $1680 after being told by Mia sited what a great place tire guys is I figured I’d try and they only charged me $800 for the same work!! Never like to spend money but loves saving $900 if you go anywhere else you’re crazy!!!

I was extremely disappointed after reading the reviews and visiting this place. Couple weeks ago i went to this place to get a flat tire fixed for my car. And when i walked in, the gentleman behind the desk was so high off drugs it was insane. The guy looked like he was possessed. He was sweating and the way he was mumbling was scary. His hands were swollen and bleeding. It was disgusting!!!!!!!! He couldn’t even hold a pen to write me a receipt. Unfortunately i had no choice but to stay cuz my tire was flat. The mechanics in the shop are very nice. There was a heavy set gentleman that fixed my tire. And he took care of my vehicle. He was extremely nice. I paid and left there as soon as possible. Will never visit that place again!! Place was great but the person behind the desk was horrible!!

Amazing service. Upfront and honest. Second time now using them. This time I dealt with Jamie. Both times were great. First time Bought tires, and had an issue. Ended up being a defective tire. They replaced all 4 with no hassles. This time I needed my tires rotated. Found some issues that came from the dealer. They were willing to take care of it but insisted I take it to the dealer first to be fixed since the vehicle was bought that way. Thank you guys.

My mom hit a drain and blew out the passenger front and rear tires and bent the rim . The car was towed to the dealer and the gave me a the 1st price of 768.00 for 2 tires and a new rim. Went down to 550.00 after i complained . Had the car towed to Tire Guy and got 2 tires (sane as the 550 quote ) and a rim for 275. There service is above all but there honestly is the best. This is my second time using them and will not be my last

Amazing experience at Tire Guys Auto Repair, I called this morning for a quote on getting 4 new tires plus installation and balance, told me the price over the phone (which happened to be the best one Ive gotten from several facilities), went right after work and they did it all within an hour. Highly recommended, Mike was a friendly straight forward guy.

Excellent Customer service! I have been shopping around for 2 tires on my truck for weeks. Mavis, Walmart, BJs were all way too expensive. I spoke with the owner Glenn and he was able to get me the tires at half the price of everyone else. I didnt even need an appointment, and unlike everyone else, they had the tires in stock. Avoid this place if you care about your car, I would give 0 stars if I could.I went in to have 4 tires mounted and left with one of the wheels seated improperly as they had TWO hub centric rings on that corner (which means one ring was missing from another corner). The wheel was not flush so the lug nuts were not properly installed and resulted in cross threading which destroyed one of the studs and the lug nut. In addition all four wheels were scratched from mounting the tires and carelessly reinstalling the lug nuts. Terrible experience and now need to replace the wheel studs and lug nuts.

First time went to replace my wife’s car tires, amazing costumer service, i decided to come back to have my tires replaced in my truck... you want a true opinion as costumer, this is rhe place to get your car repair or tires replaced..... owner and staff works hard to have the costumer happy....
