My brother recommended them to me but sadly, it was a poor choice on my part to switch over to them since I had been going to my regular dealership for anything car related. They did the work but the amount I heard over the phone was different, and when I tried asking them WHY they said that, instead they snapped at me. Im not a problem customer, it was my very first time getting serviced by them. Not saying the customer is always right, but the attitude I got over the phone wasnt necessary at all. I also noticed that I am not the first one they have spoken back to. If they do not like their jobs, why do they do it? Seems like a waste of a life to me. You have to be a real people-person for this type of job. It is customer service after all. And I wasnt like I was asking them to do it for free or anything.

In a world of sketchy mechanics these guys rise above the rest. It was very clear they werent trying to milk repairs for more money. They were also super helpful in regard to explaining what was going on with my car and ALL of my options. I highly recommend them.

Ive been going to them for about 15 years (with two cars for ten of those years.) There was only one time that the problem wasnt fully fixed and they honored their repair. Fixed at no charge.I got a new car a few years back and was covered under the warranty until last year. I went to a place that was slightly more convenient to go to and regretted it.Took it to Staria. In and out with no problem.Four stars because the waiting room aint so hot. Otherwise it would be five. I go out of my way to bring my car there now.

Went there to do photo inspection. Showed them insurance ID on my phone. They said they don’t accept electronic ID card. I called insurance company, customer service said se can fax the ID card. I ask their fax number. They told me they don’t have fax machine and they only accept physical ID. I changed another site which was 5 min away and finished photo inspection within 10 min. This is 2018, Staria Auto don’t accept electronic insurance ID and has no fax machine. Thank you for wasting my time!
