Had a wonderful experience with an amazing salesman there that knew we werent buying just exploring our options on the tiny houses and he was absolutely amazing! I havent seen customer service or hospitality like that in a very long time. It was very much appreciated and when I do make a decision I will be making sure I do buisness with him!

STAY AWAY! Tim is as corrupt as it comes. Thousands of false promises. Processed my good faith check before I was even approved. Came to him with a unique situation and he made it seem like he would be my savior. This greedy, dimwit was attempting to get me to commit bank fraud. The reason he doesnt stay at a location is because is as maniacal as it comes. Stay away from him all costs!!!!

We started our search for tiny living undecided to build or buy. After a lot of research, we decided to buy. We started at Tim’s Tiny Homes in Seguin about a year ago, went to almost every tiny home lot in central and north Texas but wound back up at Tim’s! The price, customer service, quality (Athens) and the most awesomest delivery and set up team was the best! Our tiny home was ordered and completed in about 6 weeks. A prep team was sent ahead to check for obstacles that might be in the way of delivery so our home would not be damaged. We had so much rain before, during and after it was ready to be delivered that our delivery material was delayed and pad wasn’t ready. Tim said no problem, we will keep it at our lot in Seguin until you’re ready for it! No calls to rush to move out of their way. Their awesome delivery team kept in contact with us to make sure we weren’t waiting on them! I can’t say enough about Tim’s Tiny Homes and crew! We are buying a 2nd tiny home in the future from Tim!!

Theres no doubt that Tiny Tim Homes are paying Palm Harbor Homes to utilized their space, so you would think that Palm would be more accommodating to their paying business partner... before our 2-hr drive, we called to make sure theyd be open on the day before Thanksgiving, and they confirmed theyd stay open till 5pm for us. We get there at 2:36pm, and the front door is locked, but someone is clearly inside ignoring our loud knocking. So we decided to just squeeze through the fence to see the home we drove 2 hours to see. The bearded young sales rep stopped us in our tracks. He was upset that we hopped the fence, but told him we tried knocking on the front door, but he said he ignored answering the door cuz they closed at 3pm. First off, they said they were open till 5pm, and second, if they did close at 3pm, and we were there at 2:36pm, why did he lock the front door so early? We asked him if we could still see the home, but he said no cuz they were closed, but it wasnt even 3pm yet, so he was contradicting himself, but really it was cuz he was being lazy and didnt want to be bothered cuz none of his managers were around to teach him a lesson on salesmanship or even plain customer service, so he thought he could get away with his lack of professionalism. I am attaching a photo that proves we were there well before 3pm and shouldve been treated with some politeness and decency (its in military time, 14:44 or 2:44pm)! Just because you hate your job, doesnt mean you should take it out on your companys customers, especially when they are the ones signing your paychecks! Your company pays a lot of money in marketing just to get people out to see your homes, only to be turned away? Not cool.
