Act like nice people never call you back trailer has never been right and they claim to fix my ac but never will figure it out. I have been tortured for 2 years now. I would never buy anything from these people again.

When we first went there we were impressed. We were assured that Oak Creek can work as fast as we need them to. Which we were in a hurry to buy so hopping it would go fast. When we left we were told one price, we only had one improvement which shouldnt cost too much. Then when we get the final version it is $3000 more. Regarding how fast they can move we would call, not hear back for a few days. Once everything was done. We were told everything was submitted to the bank for approval, 3 days later it still hasnt been submitted.

WOW what an incredible day!! I called ahead to meet the voice/text person on our quest for gathering info on our possible future home. Maria from Seguin Tx Oak Creek office. We had a lot of questions and desired the most information we could get. I spent 22 years as a Construction Project Manager so details was everything I needed. We first went over wants and needs. Had a great experience here looking at homes, learning about why their homes are above the rest and why their services will be top notch. Maria was extremely informative and spent loads of time making sure we thought about all the finite details that are usually overlooked. We were able to find a home that checked all the boxes, and then upgrade it from there. I cant say enough about this place, 100% would recommend and would do business with again. WORTH THE DRIVE!

We went to Maria after over 5 months with another company that was just messing around with us. She was able to get us an even better home than that other place and did it in a month! We are so glad that we found her! She did an amazing job at helping us and was able to get us just want we needed.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST. They make false promises, the people they send out to put the mobile homes together are terrible, also extremely rude. There’s a whole bunch of defects on a BRAND NEW trailer that WE PAID FOR TO GET MADE. The contractors excuse is that “he’s been working for 7 year in the field no mobile home is going to be perfect.” They try to get you to sign off on paperwork that has fine print to screw you over if you don’t read it. Save your money and go elsewhere with people who are WILLINGLY TO HELP.

This place is nice. Great homes. But my boyfriend and I found a new home to buy from another company and we still have yet to get our 500 deposit back. Giving us the runaround. And weve been trying to get it back for 3 to 4 weeks now. One time, we were told their waiting for the bank to send it back. I was lied to. Then, he was told that they write their refund checks every Friday, we still have yet to get the money back. And its been over a week. This needs to get fixed before we have to go the extra mile to get our money back. If only negative stars were a thing.

Our salesperson Maria was beyond amazing, she helped with every single step there was. Not once were we ever in the dark about something. She went way out of her way to help us find what we wanted. Over all we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a easy, trouble free way to get a new home. Oak creek homes was the best out of all the other businesses that we encountered, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I dealt with Lonnie. He was really a great guy. Not pushy, answered questions and was very patient with us as we mulled things over. He offered to help in other areas and gave us contact info for several folks who were indeed very helpful while we searched. Ultimately we chose to go another route, but we would definitely have stuck with Lonnie if wed have gone that direction. Ask for him. Hell do right by you!
