I shop here because of the good service. Clerks actually ask if I need help. They routinely check inventory, nearby stores and offer to order items online, to be delivered free to the store. Today I could not find an item I wanted for a gift but, wow, how could I not be happy to return! I did find a substitute for my gift choice, and I am going to return again.

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond and shop this particular store very frequently. However I had a terrible experience while trying to buy a gift online. I ordered a Cuisinart Air Fryer online for curbside pick up. I authorized my payment to BB&B. I got an email and text 4 hours after I ordered that said Sorry your order has been cancelled. I contacted management/customer service who was great from the start but quickly turned into quick lies which were easy to sniff out. The 1st lie was your money wont be taken out of your account, which is was. The 2nd was Your money will be released by the end of the night, which it wasnt. The 3rd Our store has been out of that item for days, then why is it still listed as In stock online and WHY is money being taken out of my account if you KNOW its out of stock? Management was useless. Money STILL isnt in my account. Contacted my bank who said its the retailers responsibility to credit the money back, and when I called BB&B they said it was my bank who was delaying it. In short, I got a run around for nothing and ended up going to a competitor who had the airfryer I wanted in stock for a better deal... I guess Ill take my shopping over there where games arent played!

Its a small for a Bed Bath and Beyond store. Staff is great. Selection very limited.

The best part about this place is that their hardcopy coupons DONT expire! I made a purchase with a 20% off coupon and saved 40% off the closest price on Amazon. They have a decent selection of products also.

Great shopping, usually spend more than I should.

The range is decent but not great, and while the checkout clerk was friendly and helpful, it turned out they didnt know the details of the promotion that was going on, so I had to spend a lot of time with their call centre to get the advertised discount.

If u ask for help with items, they may just put them in a cart. Had to load mine with bad arm.

I have been going here for 10+ years. U am never treated respectfully. The employees are so unprofessional and very rude especially when you have a general question about coupons or sales. Beyond disgusted with this location and I think today broke the camels back I will not be coming here anymore. I will drive to Warwick ri for a better shopping experience .

This is a dangerous store. I would love to have thousands of dollars & go to that store! Went there for a bedding set. Saw one I liked for $100 for 8 piece bedding set. Love it. But also ended up leaving with other items we couldnt leave without! The girl was very friendly at the register.

They are always so very helpful & friendly. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience! I love wandering through all the nooks & crannies of the store seeing whats around the next corner. I REALLY love that they accept your coupons even when they are already expired! Sometimes VERY expired. LolI would definitely recommend here to other people!

Ordered online paid online. Order was ready within 20mins.. I arrived I called inside they came outside, I showed my license and they gave me my bag and I was out of there within minutes. I am satisfied with my curbside experience!

The Seekonk store staff are always so welcoming and very helpful. Even in this crazy time they still went out of their way to be sure we found what we needed and that our questions were answered.

I love BBB there is a great selection of items fitting into many categories, there are always coupons and always a busy store. The items are a bit pricey but the quality is excellent. I have never had any major issues returning items or purchasing online.

Very clean and organized store one of my favorite places to get kitchen gadgets fair prices great quality of products oxo kitchen mate etc. But in my opinion very under staffed trying to find help is very difficult and they need to get wheel chairs or motorized carts people like me who a very limited in how fair they can walk could use i believe they are one of very few franchises not to so it limits how long I shop and thats a shame because I love shopping there I could bring my own but thats a hassle for o in e store

Store was disorganized prices werent on a lot of items was told I couldnt use my coupon on in store clearance but online I was so I left my cart there with my stuff and bought the one item I went in for online with coupon.

If I could give it more stars I would, I pulled my back and was struggling to move. When I told the manager they offered curbside device before store hours opened.It’s the details.

A lot of the things they actually had on the floor, I noticed were returns. Come on,at least tape the boxes a little better. Then some of the floor models were falling apart which makes you second guess the product and maybe the store all together if my next turn there is someone standing there making coffee trying to sell a coffee pot instead of fixing broken floor models..idk. call me crazy

Employees are very help. Better deal on Keurig than Amazon by using 20% off coupon. You can even use expired coupons so I always save them.

I found that the lady helped me out to be very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and most importantly very professional.

My fiancee & I registered for our wedding here, both times we came to fill out our registry both employees who helped us were top notch!

MA Tax Holiday weekend and certain inventories were very low on Saturday at 9 AM. Especially the area with organizers and hangers. This store also has no personal care products.

The Warwick RI store is much better.
