I have been going to Dr.Carl for over 20 years they have all been so good taking care of our eyes

The Office is clean & the Staff are very nice. The Dr takes his time and is very attentive, knowledgeable. Makes you feel important and when done you know exactly what’s going on with your eyes/vision.

Love this place!! Dr Carl is friendly and explains everything well. They have a great selection of glasses to pick from and the ladies helping you with them are amazing.

The are friendly and very busy but still take good care of everyone keep up the good work

I love Dr. Carl and the staff. Very courteous and professional. Only thing this time is it was overbooked. I was In the office from 8:30 my appointment time until 10:30. It usually only takes 1 hour or less.

My whole family goes to the eye clinic and have been for about 7 years now. We love the whole staff there. They are great at what they do! The glasses selection is always wonderful and there are options for everyone. They have a great coverage for multiple insurances, we personally have had two different ones and they have worked with them great!

I have been going to the Eye Clinic for 23 years, they are very professional and accurate doctors on their diagnosis and treatments. The only thing that doesnt work well for me, is that I spend so many hours on the day of my appointment. But although dont like it, doesnt stop me from continuing to go there.

I was in some serious pain, Metal in my eye, Called in at 8am Wednesday morning and they said to get there as soon as possible, we will get you in immediately. They got me back to see Dr. Carl Immediately. Dr Carl was on it. He was Gentle and quick, he numbed me up and got it out, (rust included) Thanks to him I am recovering quickly. He and his staff were very courteous and helpful, reassuring me they were there if I needed any further care.Dr carl and his staff are an amazing asset to our community!

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 30 years. I started seeing Dr. Kevin as an 11 year old in the clinic downtown, and have always appreciated his knowledge and care for my eyes. For the past few years, Dr. Desmon has been seeing me. He is equally as friendly and knowledgeable of his profession. As a woman in my mid-40s, he will be transitioning me into progressive lenses soon. I have had some eye health issues over the years,, and they take their time to ensure quality care. I do not live in Sedalia, but the drive is worth it. I would not trust my eyes with any other clinic.

I love Dr. Desmond and his staff! Always friendly and helpful and they explain everything to you and dont rush you through the process. I refer everyone I know to them!

These people are THE BEST for eye care....period! Both Dr Kevin and Dr Desmon are experts all the way. They treat everyone with respect and truly care about each patient. The staff are always friendly and seem never to be having a bad day. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Majority of the staff is wonderful! Especially the eye doctor. He’s a good time. It’s really a wonderful atmosphere but it starts and ends with the rude and sassy front desk lady. You can spot her right away. It’s one of those person who by looking at them you know is going to give you a hard time. She was rude and had me waiting several minutes before checking me out. She answered the phone twice and checked in someone who got in after I did. It’s really a shame that one person rottones the whole experience. I’m giving them (her) another chance next time I need a check up. I really liked the rest of the staff.

We have been stationed here for 12 years, I can honestly say, this clinic is one of the best we have ever used... The wait time is minimal, Dr. Carl was very friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff were very kind. We have tried 3 other offices, but this is our favorite! I highly recommend Dr. Carl and his staff.

Dr. Desmond has gone above and beyond with our daughter since she was 3, always making sure she had the right lenses. His patience and communication is exemplary.

Always prompt with patients! My family goes to The Eye Clinic (including our young children) and they are always very accommodating and provide and family friendly atmosphere and top notch care! I also love how clean and well kept the office is- I don’t cringe if my kiddos have to use the bathroom while we are there :)

The staff is very warm and friendly, I always feel my eyecare needs are important.

I would definitely consider other clinics first. Multiple errors were made, wrong contact lenses were dispensed, wrong written prescription for lenses were given 3 times, and slow follow up for all of this. It concerns me that Seniors or the elderly would wear incorrect prescriptions and no follow up would happen for this. The staff is very kind, but some require more training to prevent these errors. It’s taken over 3 months for this to be resolved.

I have 2 kids that go to this clinic but adopted 2 that they wont take on as patients because they have Medicaid. It would be nice to have one optometrist for the whole family.
