It is a miracle this place is still in business. The people on the phone are super nice but I rented a bed and a side table and nothing they said came true. The equipment was great, the delivery fellow kind, and everyone I talked to very nice but I have made over a dozen calls to them and still they havent picked up the equipment. Everyone promises things but it doesnt happen. I called Friday and was told that it would be picked up on Saturday and if not Monday. It is now Tuesday and no pick up in sight. Try to call over there to return a call and you will never get to the right person. They say they will call with a two hour window for delivery and pick up and it just doesnt happen. It shouldnt have to be this hard. Certainly they have to pay for each phone call. Their dispatch system is antiquated and from the 1950s, they say each time they have hospice patients which I suppose is a blanket who can dispute that excuse? Well, I cant wait around day after day, they act as if June Cleaver is in the kitchen all day waiting for the doorbell to ring. GO somewhere else!

They presented the best options for my situation and were extremely caring and accommodating.After calling to arrange a wheelchair, it was delivered the next day. All the precautions were take to ensure that there was no close contact with the person who delivered it.They definitely have the best prices in Seattle. They made it so easy for me. They are caring and help walk you through all the options you might need. We were able to get an oxygen machine for my dad same day and then a wheelchair same day. Local, super caring and considerate and have tons of options! Would absolutely go here again (instead of waiting for Amazon to deliver or lose my dads wherlchair as they did).

Affordable, easy rental. The staff was amazing both when I called in and was in store. They took time to fully explain options, offer recommendations, and make sure we had all the information and supplies needed. They even helped us out arranging transportation back to our hotel after picking up equipment. Highly recommend!

Shannon, the manager, really makes the experience. Every time I walk out of there, I feel like I’m leaving a friend. She’s super helpful, a great communicator, and friendly as well. They’ve got a great selection of equipment which I’ve personally needed, from ankle and wrist splints to knee scooters, but they have a lot more than that.P.S. thanks for the tip Shannon, watching Spider-Man finally tonight! ☺️
Excellent Product. I came into the Seattle store on crutches and left on an amazing Knee Scooter!!! Shannon was nothing but helpful. There was an issue with billing, but a phone call resolved it.
Abhorrent customer service. I went to look for my first wheelchair and the two girls behind the desk could not be bothered to help me. One girl never even stopped dinking around on her cell phone. I asked to see an ultralight chair and she said they didnt have one, but their rehab department did, but I couldnt see them. I asked what other customers liked on their chairs and she didnt know. I am not sure what these two girls jobs were, but it obviously was not customer service. I will not be shopping here again.
I have been very impressed with Bellevue Medical Supply. They have a good range of equipment to buy and rent and they have been very helpful for our familys needs getting my elderly Dad set up with his changing needs. I would highly recommend them. We have bought a wonderful reclining chair from them, rented wheelchairs, beds and bought many different accessories. I have found them to be very professional and given us good advice.
Shannon was wonderful. She helped me navigate insurance and Dr prescriptions. We all know this isnt easy. She was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I shopped for my Dad here 3 years ago, and they were wonderful then too. This time they helped me with canes for my husband after foot surgery.Parking isnt easy, but worth the trouble

“Let me take a minute, just sit right there, while I tell you why I’m in love with some Bellevue Healthcare..”Bellevue Healthcare has made two very impactful impressions on me this year, and I want to strongly recommend them to others. They handled my dad’s hospice needs this last winter. They were there only hours after nurses placed orders. The guys unloaded and set up all the equipment and were so kind during every interaction. They showed the same Jonny on the spot action when they came to pick up the equipment.Today, my son was referred to them for a pediatric wheel chair. He broke his ankle and is supposed to start school tomorrow. My son has apple heath insurance through CHP. We were told they are the only apple program that requires pre authorization that can take up to a couple weeks to achieve. Shannon, the manager, was amazingly helpful. I explained my son is delayed and I was concerned he would miss up to a couple weeks of school because of the public healthcare policy. She agreed to push through getting me the wheel chair for my son so he wouldn’t miss school. That is small business putting my family ‘s needs ahead of policy and that act will not be forgotten and deserves recognition. Thank you Shannon! Thank you for caring about my sons first day of school, and not getting left behind. Thank you for giving a single mother’s back a break from having to carry a 50lb child around with a broken leg. Thank you for your heart felt urgency to what our family truest needs to power through!Free healthcare doesn’t necessarily mean “the best” heath care policy. Stay away. Ive been jerked around for months just trying to buy CPAP supplies. I moved to Seattle and my former supplier will not ship to this state. First they told me they could provide them, all I needed was a prescription for supplies from my primary care. I accomplished that. Then called to order the filters. I was then told that they needed the sleep study. I set up an account and gave them my insurance information. Told them my machine specifics and supplies I was looking for. They had them available and could provide them once they had the sleep study information. Contacted the doctor who did the sleep study in 2014. Paid $50 for the records to be sent here and an additional cost to fax them to Bellevue. Once a phone call confirmed that Bellevue had received the faxed pile of pages, I again placed an order. I was told that they could not provide any supplies unless I bought the CPAP from them. I wasted months and a lot of time on the phone. Stay far far away from these people.
Loved the owner that helped my mom and I and was very knowledgable and friendly!! I give this store was referred by a friend and will only shop there from now on and will recommend to anyone who needs this help!!!!
