This was an amazing customer service experience! We drove from Puyallup to purchase a special welder for my husbands 60th birthday. We appreciated all the time Jake and Chris spent educating us on different models and brands that would best suit our specific needs so we wouldnt purchase something we werent going to use just to make a sale! They had everything we needed! Awesome experience!

Super helpful and honest staff

The folks at Central Welding Supply on 4th Ave South are great. Im learning how to weld, so its plainly obvious that Im not a pro. Ive stopped by this location a few times to pick up supplies, and on both occasions, the staff surprised me with how helpful and nice they were. They were proactive to ask if I had any questions, and were happy to help me make the right decision. Even as a newbie, they made me feel like a valued customer.

I go here to fill up propane, and these guys, especially the regular guy that fills up propane (Mark? Im not good with names....) are absolutely awesome. Holds a good conversation with you while hes filling up your tank and just a great positive person to be helped by. Prices are fair, its usually about $20 to fill an 8 gallon fork lift tank, sometimes a little more sometimes a little less. I have been going here for months and will contribute to do so.

Get a lot of my supplies for work here at Central. Great low prices and nice owner.
