Says it’s open, but it never is. Don’t waste your time.

I stored my luggage here with the app Bounce. Staff were very helpful and everything went smoothly. Very convenient after a flight when I want to explore downtown but cant check into the airbnb until the late afternoon.

Looks like its closed! With the windows boarded up! You get cliser & find out it has cute designs on it!🙂 VERY narrow entrance, so i dont know if a wheelchair could make it through & the entrance is separate (from the main bldg), on the side facing 1st Ave.

For the UPS store in the Colman building, at 815 1st Ave in Seattle, WA- online hours of operation are listed until 700pm, 1900! Store hours posted on the door said 500pm and they weren’t nice about it!! After I already paid for parking- which is difficult to find around this location. Educate your staff on the polite way to talk and treat someone!

Went on a Saturday and it was closed despite hours saying open. May be permanently closed.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at this UPS location in Seattle. I almost avoided it because of the traffic in the area but I had a client nearby so it was well worth it. Im glad I got lazy and went to the closest location. They are super-duper helpful and friendly, keep up the good work UPS Store!

I really enjoyed working with Chris, by phone and e-mail. He helped me with a very precious auction item that weighed nearly 100 pounds. Very. fast courier pick up from the auction house, strong communication updates and expert packing. Everything arrived perfectly intact due to the teams knowledge of materials, weights and dimensions. Not all UPS stores are equal. Thank you Store 4869!

Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Hardly ever I like going to places like this, but this one I do.

Showed up first to spend 130 on shipping and had staff allow others in front of me, had to repeat the same information to the clerk multiple times and after 25 minutes and being asked the same information a 4th time I left and had my package shipped in less than 5 minutes from FedEx. Just avoid.

Gotta keep the good reviews coming. This place was fast, efficient and helpful. All I had was what I needed to send and a pre paid label. They packaged and sent it all for $8.11. Had it just been packaged and labeled, they werent charging me for a drop off fee. :)They were pretty pleased with being told they had the best ratings for UPS in downtown Seattle, so I think they take pride in their job. Make sure you go here. There are parking garages around as well. Convenience.

DO NOT SHOP HERETHEY ARE ACTIVELY TRYING TO RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERSI made a purchase for under the 3 dollars, the machine had a sign saying it would be a 50 cent fee for any transaction under 3 dollars, which I was fine with.What I was not fine with is they kept adding the 50 cent until my transaction was over 3 dollars. I brought this to there attention and they proceeded to tell me that is store policy and that the machine wouldnt run a transaction if it was under 3 dollars.

Horrible experience here. I called several times only to hear the package isnt around and they are unable to track them. She was very rude, and constantly reminded me she had other customers she was handling. I said I dont mind waiting on hold, she just said Im Trying to do 3 things at onceWhen I told her I already tried using the UPS website as well as the 1800 number she replied well then you probably didnt do it right do it againSo my wife drove across town to another location that 1800UPS said it was at. They didnt have the package but printed up the itinerary showing it SIGNED at this womans UPS 4 hours ago.So my wife called back, the woman here gave the same awful attitude and that she didnt see any package. My wife explained again that she has the itinerary with her signature. The woman then looked again and said oh here it isUnbelievable

Waited for over 15 minutes being ignored while 1 clerk was on the phone and 1 clerk was with another customer... not even a be right with you nod from the girl on the phone... only to be told the notary was the clerk with the other customer and he would be at least another 30 minutes working on a difficult problem. Walked up the street to the one on 5th Street (that she didnt even know existed) and was helped by a very pleasant and friendly clerk, whom I shall give an excellent review to.

I wouldnt go anywhere else! The guys at this shop make me feel so taken care of. They go above and beyond to give me the best rates and to get packages to my customers on time! When I dont have the materials to wrap my own shipments they do a great job wrapping art and following my instructions. When the UPS driver refused to honor the stores walk-in cut-off time, the clerk called dispatch and arranged a second pick up.

Helpful, friendly staff assisted me in a reasonable amount of time. My new go-to location!Mostly writing this review to say THANK YOU to this location for NOT charging a drop off fee for a pre-paid UPS package! (...unlike another UPS Store near by that charges upwards of $7 for a pre-paid drop off...not cool).

Google says the UPS Store is open at 10:30am on Sunday. Its Closed!!! :(

The team in this store is very professional and respectful every time I have stopped in. There are not a lot of options in the Seattle store for UPS stores, but this is a good one.
