Good place if you need some cheap tools, I mean they have a new brand of tool like sockets, rachets, wrenches, that arent cheap. Matter of fact, there kind of expensive. I couldnt rate their quality because Ive never used them. But they seem to be better than the standard Pittsburg tools that they sale. But they also have pretty nifty specialty tools.

Harbor Freight is one of them hit or miss as far as the quality of the products they carry. However, they have a huge selection of specialty tools at an incredibly reasonable price where as places like OReilly a and Autozone would have you pay double the price and they don’t have it stocked 90% of the time anyways. So thank you Harbor Freight for coming in clutch time and time again.

I love Harbor Freight! I can get most of my tools here at a much lower cost than anywhere else! The staff is relatively friendly. They are quick to help, when you are looking for something specific or when you are checking out.

One of my favorite stores. I always find exactly what I was looking for and even if I dont the employees who work at any Harbor Freight Ive ever visited have always been very helpful and courteous in the ways that mean the most to me; asking if theres anything they can help me find, offering me alternatives if they dont have exactly what I want. Today, for example; I walked in needing a box cutter and before I could even start looking at isle numbers and reading isle descriptions an employee at the register greeted me, asked what I was looking for, and even told me exactly which isle what I needed was at. Moreover, she even knew to tell me exactly where in the isle I could find it and which side it was on. I was impressed & relieved not to have to wander around guessing. Super quick, really easy, exactly the kind of visit I would like at every store.

I love this store.all the employees seem to be highly motivated they actually look you in the eye when you walk in with a smile and theyre happy to help you. Just keep in mind its Harbor Freight so youre going to get what you pay for but its a cool store to go kick around and kill some time buy some stuff that youll never understand how youve lived this long without it😁

Employees are friendly and helpful. They have some great prices on certain items when on sale or with coupons. While I generally will go to other stores and pay a bit more for higher quality tools that should last a lifetime, they do have some things at such ridiculously low prices that are still of good quality that will last quite a while (which is often necessary due to financial constraints). The online product reviews are helpful and will often sway my decision on items in looking to purchase. They also have many items that are rated either good, better or best which indicates both the quality and price of the items. Overall, I like Harbor Freight and they are worth checking out if you do a bit of research and have an idea of prices compared to the big box home improvement stores. 8

Good service and price

This store is right off the freeway. Easy on and off I-5. They have discounts all the time. If you just need the tool for the job and dont want to spend an arm and a leg this is your spot. Also there is a gas station across the street with surprisingly good food.

Horrible... Cheap products, people are not helpful courteous or kind. Corporate billshit, let em go out of business, dont spend your money here.

I love having this facility so close to home. I find the staff helpful and friendly, and I recognize that while their tools might not be top of line, they are sufficient and affordable. I typically spot an additional solution to a seperate project/problem as I search for my primary objective. The store is clean, bright, and well organized.

I am a certified automotive and diesel technician, for a long time I was buying my tools from snap-on until I experienced a number of failures with their tools and less than satisfactory service from their reps.I needed it to a right away to complete a job so I ended up going to harbor freight and I was very pleased with the quality of tool once I started using them and their return policy plus the customer service was second to none (easily surpass snap-on) and then I found out the guy that designing snap-on tools now works for harbor freight. And it shows in the quality of their tools plus the price cannot be beat so now I go to harbor freight for all my tools and snap-on only when I have to which is rare

Always a quiet shop with helpful employees. Although I felt like I was followed around the store a couple times and tightly watched sorta makes me wonder if there is a lot of theft at this store or Im just the judged type. seriously its not a very busy store, you wont be waiting in a long lines, and I like this store compared to other locations.

There are alot of tools that if you only use occasionally, you can save money here for sure. They dont have all of the building supplies but they do have the tools and the cheapest versions of things. Big store good selection. customer service was good, he directed me to the screw extractor set and then stopped himself short before he totally mansplained it to me, realizing that I didnt ask what it is for or how it works, only where it was.It is annoying when sometimes men try to help me too much or act surprised when I ask for something specific instead of a thingy or a description like something to cut with He realized I was just saying thank you, bye.

They didnt have the jack stands that I needed, but they had the jacks that I needed to work on my suv. I blame covid!

You can always find something you need and they are asking you if you need help.

Customer service has gone downhill big-time and the prices have gone up. Make sure you get only what you went for or your gonna end up spending too much money on low quality stuff. You can get anything they sell for a better price and quality with a hastle free return policy from amazon.

Great place. Love it. A DIY guys dream. Very inexpensive tools and machines for many applications. But keep in mind that you do get what you pay for. So if your looking for commercial grade equipment and tools that need to take a beating every day, this probably aint the place for you. Great place for light duty DIY craftsmen, mechanics, wood and metal workers tho. Enjoy!

I hope this company never goes under. What they provide is proof you dont need to spend hundreds of dollars more on tools simply because of the brand name. Bought a torque wrench that usually sells for 30-80 bucks, for $11 on sale. Funny thing is its MORE ACCURATE then the name brands!

Just what I need at the right price.

This is twice I have been to harbor freight tools and they have not had anything that Ive needed. and I am an ironworker. They do not have personal fall arrest systems or positioning hooks. They had one sleeved bar and no assortment of lineman pliers. Very disappointed

Their tools are good for the occasional use while their equipment are fairly reliable. If you need something reliable for everyday use them please consider investing in something of higher quality. Employee was very rude. Went in store to get masks. Had a package of masks in my hand and so did my partner. We where then told that we had to have a mask to be in store. If that is a requirement then harbor freight needs to provide them for customers. I will never shop at this store again. I am however going to stop at lowes and pick up a new miter saw which was the second item thaT I intended on purchasing. I normally spend $200 when I visit harbor freight. That will never happen at this particular store and not at any other harbor freight either for today. Store manager needs to train employees in customer relations. By the way. My partner was also planning on spending a couple of hundred. For a total loss of 4 to 5 hundred dollars becous of one rude cashier.

Its harbor freight theyre not the best tools but it is definitely the most tools. They have anything that you could need for your house boat RV car or anything that you could dream up to build weld cut fabricate grow you name it. Its a handy persons Dreamland with everything that you could want to finish that project. Much cheaper tools then say home Depot but if your only a weekend warrior they will probably be just fine.

Its harbor freight. Yes sometimes the tools are sketchy, but theyre SO CHEAP. Also the staff in this location is great. I go there all the time. Never have any issues - theyre all nice and helpful
