Quick, friendly service if you know what you want. Or help with selections if you dont. Sample pick up and drop off is easy and Covid safe. Not to mention the lovely tiles and slabs!

Gals in the front were super helpful and patient. This place is loaded with choices so definitely plan to come prepared with good ideas of what you want before getting lost in here. They have many, sizes, colors and styles to choose from.

Daltile is great. I dont think the folks that gave a bad review realized that the showroom is not a retail store. I bring clients in and assist in tile choices. The staff is there to assist in getting samples and checking on specifics. The tiles must be purchased by a tile installer or fabricator.

The two ladies in front were of no help, a colleague of mine recommended Daltile for an upcoming project. I asked one of the ladies for a specific tile and said they dont have it and walked away. I understand if the specific tile I want is not available but why not suggest me other tiles, similar tiles instead of walking away from the customer. I asked the other lady if there was anything similar she just shook her head and did not want to help me.

Lots of nice product choices but poor customer service. Was there with my Dad whos in his 70s and has hearing deficit. He also wasnt sure exactly what he wanted, had some questions, wanted some advice, etc. Of the two women in outer showroom area, one ended up being the unfortunate object of our questions. To be fair she did try to answer but at one point actually told us she was very busy, couldnt help us etc. Other woman was just this side of rude, giving my Dad very curt answer pointing in direction of another room where some samples were. Also looking in back warehouse area, had trouble finding anyone to answer questions, although finally found one guy who seemed pretty ok about helping us. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants/needs any help making decisions, getting helpful advice, etc. I do not want to do business with a place that treats me in such an off-hand manner, like they dont give a rip if they get your business or not.

Gals upfront in the showroom were nice. But the guys at the order desk not so much.

Update your Google Maps ad folks! I just drove an hour and a half out of my way to pick up some tile, but you close a half hour before advertised. Pretty lame
