Seattle Style Flooring did an amazing job getting new carpets installed in my recently purchased home. From our first appointment in the showroom with Scott through to the installation, the entire process was smooth and stress free.Scott is incredibly knowledgeable; a true expert. He was also very easy to work with, including making recommendations to help us stay within our budget and keeping us updated while our carpets were being manufactured and shipped. The installation team was amazing as well. They worked very quickly, carried away the old carpeting, and made the new carpets look amazing before they left. They were also extremely professional and personable.Were considering some additional work in the future (e.g., new flooring in our laundry room) and Seattle Style Flooring will be the first company we reach out to.

We were mislead by Scott who ensured us that his floor install is guaranteed (there is a 2 year install guarantee). The flooring we had installed in our house by Seattle Style Flooring was not done correctly and continues to gap and come apart. Scotts solution was to come out multiple times and glue it together. We had a second opinion done and the floor has actually been installed incorrectly. It will continue to come apart until we have it reinstalled. Scott refuses to do this. He has been rude, non committal and difficult to deal with. We are very unhappy.

This included great advice on the best flooring fir my needs, a precise time for a measure, assistance ordering samples for a carpet he didn’t have in stock, a narrow window of time for the install and fantastic installers. As a relatively new homeowner, I was a little anxious about kicking off my first big project. I picked two local shops to bid and they were both competitive. It came down to Scott being super responsive and his great low pressure sales approach, teaching me about all the pros and cons of every option. All of the great reviews that Seattle Style Flooring clinched it for me. Every step of the process was perfect. Harry and his team installed LVP in my master bedroom and bathrooms. I got carpet for the rest of the upstairs and the stairs. Harrys team also installed trim and door casings. The results are absolutely fantastic. The team was super professional and finished the whole project in two and a half days. Highly recommend.

She asked me to share the following:We went to several local carpet stores for estimates and ultimately chose Seattle Style Flooring because we thought they had the most experienced installers who could work with period detail in our 1921 craftsman home. We were not disappointed. Scott and the installation crew were extremely knowledgeable about how to replace the period trim and how to carpet the bullnose staircase. I would also add that they were easy to communicate with over phone and email, returned calls promptly and arrived at all appointments on time.

I worked with Scott at Seattle Style Flooring during a remodel of our Ballard home in August and September 2015. The carpet and pad he helped me select is beautiful and was priced competitively. His customer service was very thorough, and his responsiveness to questions and concerns was excellent.

We went to Linda for carpeting in our rental unit, and we were definitely working to a budget. She spent a good amount of time helping us find a good material at a price that fit.
