Ive been working with Zach Young and the TR team for a while now and cant speak highly enough about how great they are! While looking for gift ideas for my wife, they took the time out to get to know her and her interests and really helped me nail down what pieces of jewelry my wife would really respond to. Zach is great, and helped me find the perfect wedding band! I cant recommend this place enough. I came in thinking I had already found a great wedding band, and thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. My engagement ring was my great-grandmothers engagement ring from 1930, so it has a very antique look and I was worried about finding something that would pair well with it but that would also be something I could wear on its own and would be somewhat unique. We dont buy a lot of jewelry, but whenever we need something special, we go to Turgeon-Raine. They have done custom work that is so over-the-top, the pieces bring compliments wherever we are. When my wedding ring just wore out because it was pretty fragile, they made a whole new (much more solid, but still elegant) one that looks just like the original. I/we bought a gorgeous and unique ring for my wedding band in 2003. I have never seen anything so unique and receive many compliments. I have since developed bad arthritis and the jeweler has gladly deep cleaned, refurbished and most recently was able to upsize with out disturbing the beautiful circumferential design at an affordable added cost. My husbands wedding band is equally unique and without any issues. TR has provided wonderful service including shipping to my home many states away. I found a picture of a ring on Pinterest. I already had a diamond picked out, but Turgeon Raine has the setting I wanted to use. I called and spoke to Zach quite a few times, before sending it in, because I was very reluctant to send in a stone through the mail. I am from Pa. He assured me they he will take care of everything and delivered on his word. Zach kept me up to date on the process from receiving the diamond to shipping it to the lab to have it GIA certified, and the process for having the ring made. They get the finest out there, their design expertise and eye for the best makes them invaluable. My son and his family now shop there and I’ve referred many friends over the years. And they’re just such nice, nice — genuine— people. I have a stunning pair of citrine earrings Jerry designed for me. Among other things. They are lovely people to work with in a gorgeous store. I shopped at Turgeon-Raine for wedding bands and the service was wonderful. Although we did not end up buying through them, I came back to have my rings soldered. Richard helped us and their jeweler did a beautiful job of soldering my engagement ring and two bands together. It was also done incredibly fast, I dropped my ring off on a Saturday and it was ready to be picked up earlier than I had originally been told on the following Tuesday. All of their employees are very friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable and they have a huge selection of beautiful jewelry. They invited me back to have my ring cleaned any time which was very kind considering the only thing I had them do was the soldering. I had shopped at another well-known jewelry store downtown and the service we received as well as the knowledge of the staff at Turgeon-Raine was vastly superior. I would definitely shop with them in the future and would trust them with any future repairs as well.

When I called Turgeon-Raine Jewellers, I had no idea what to expect... only that there were positive reviews indicating they would be honest and fair. It was a leap of faith to order a wedding ring sight unseen.Cindy was more than fair and honest. She was patient. She followed through. She kept every promise. She displayed genuine excitement when our wedding ring was finished with its customization.I had the ring independently appraised after we received it and it met our expectations. However, the GIA certified appraiser went on to point out a level of quality not often seen from many retaiiers. The girdle was faceted which is often overlooked. We were told it was an excellent diamond and well displayed in its setting. We chose platinum over 18k gold and it was confirmed to be a wise decision.We couldnt be happier...Thank you Cindy!
