My mail is reliably received. I am informed when packages arrive via phone call. They have an updated website and will promptly reply via email regarding package status. There are now greeting cards on sale for procrastinating mailers, thankfully. This has always been a low key mom and pop shop and the new owners continue to get the necessities of a mailing center done.

I needed some mailing labels created and called about 4 on a weekday. By the time I got there after 5:30 they were ready. These two guys have been contributing their service to West Seattle for many years. My total cost for this convenient service was $1.57. thanks guys! Great service

Tall thin woman who was working there called me Pathetic because I didnt have cash. Giving two stars instead of one because I think English was her second language and that she was having a bad day.

Good location. Larry and Lee are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would much rather go here than to the usps office in the junction. Typically there is no wait, many mailing options and a smile to make your mailing experience quite pleasant. Best stop here for mailing rather than the post office!

After several recent visits, had to add the 5th star. I love being able to pop in and out quickly to print or copy documents, or stay a bit and use the internet. If you just have a few copies to make, or some other inexpensive errands, bring cash. 5$ minimum for debit cards. I find this to be reasonable since merchants are charged a fee for each card used. Good prices and good service. The two guys who own the shop crack me up on occasion as well.

Awful service! I brought my prepaid FedEx package down. I asked to use the packing tape. I was told it would be 25 cents. O took my debit card out of my wallet. He said You arent going to be using a card for it. I said yeah. He grabbed my card and attempted to charge me a dollar without my consent. I reached for my card back, so I could go to my car and get a quarter. He put hands on me and tried to take the packing tape out of my hand. Never again!!!!

Ive been a customer for years, they know me, they know my wife. The guy at the counter has always been super nice - the boss, generally OK, but has his moments. Today I go in to for my signature notarized on a Trust. The boss refuses based on the legality of my document, which was drafted by and sent by, my lawyer. The previous time I was in there, was to get two cards laminated; the boss is by himself and overwhelmed with one other customer and tells me to come back later?

The owners are very friendly and helpful. They have been in the Admiral District for many years and offer a number of mailing services. So much more pleasant than the post office.

Kind people who work there. Services are rendered quickly. Only street parking available but theres always a couple spots available even during busy day hours.

I was turned AWAY! DO NOT GO HERE!I had hoped for their assistance shipping a few small items to the UK. Instead I was made to feel extremely stupid when my attempts to described the items fell short of their judgement. Ruined my day. NEVER AGAIN.

Went here twice to mail something and every time I was met with rude comments and passive aggresive attitudes from the owners. I will never go back here as long as I live due to their rude and impolite attitudes .
