The manager is absolutely rude and acts higher then everybody else even her employees ( I can sense the vibe ) knowing it’s just a title. knowing that I didn’t fit her job description she still called for a interview and I wasted my gas just to feel embarrassed and less of myself. it’s a beautiful store don’t get me wrong but I’d rather go someplace else where I don’t feel judged.

This is by far my favorite Club Monaco location. The layout is easy to navigate and well spread out. Alysha assisted me, she’s fantastic and very helpful. Her colleague (didn’t catch his name) was quick to find me sizes and also very nice. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. A+ team

The color palette throughout the shop is seamless and stunning! There are also really wonderful people that work here.

I absolutely love this store. I came here when I was back visiting Seattle from Boston. Compared to the one in Boston, the stylists here are more friendly and helpful!

The assistant manager in this store might be the most unhelpful person alive. It is as if he’s trying to make your life and shopping experience harder. Honestly I never do this but this man has provided me with the worst customer experience of my life.

Beautiful store with elegant clothes! There are also free beverages available for customers and a small nice and cozy seating area for those who are accompanying shoppers there while they browse. Highly recommended to tourists and anyone who is looking for an addition of elevated clothing.

Was a regular shopper when in Vegas, but felt a bit judged in this Seattle location for a company that sells most products Made in India . otherwise amazing collection and quality.

Surprisingly lovely store with interesting selection and great customer service (much more helpful than their NYC location). Prices are comparable with JCrew down the street but the style and experience are a lot better!
