Signed up for two candy box subscriptions for our kids, they received the first box snd our account was debited monthly for three months after that but no shipments were received. Despite numerous emails and messages left, no one reroute calls or messages when we attempted to follow up and then to cancel. Would not recommend them. Very poor customer service. They’ve still never contacted us.
Horrible experience. Two months paid for and unfulfilled, no response to numerous emails. Filing a charge back today. They also wont let you take a screenshot of your order history from your phone for security reasons, which may be required for the charge back. Do not use this company.
