The BEST customer service!!! They make you feel like you just stepped into a small town shop and you’ve known em for years. The flowers are beautiful, fresh and can be sent home in paper or arranged in a vase. A MUST visit!

Fantastic customer service. Jim (the owner) went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. He delivered our anniversary rose bouquet (a secret for my wife) to our taxi. We were on our way to the cruise terminal from the airport in a taxi and Jim delivered the flowers (nicely packaged to keep the surprise) by walking across a busy street in Seattle.

The owner, Jim, was very helpful when I called hoping for same day delivery to my 95 year old relative. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a bouquet and he absolutely made it happen. Thank you!

I called 4 days in advance and wanted to order the purple arrangement. I was told that they weren’t sure they wanted to send that because those flowers weren’t looking so fresh at the moment. They said they could send something very similar in white if I would trust them.

We showed up to get a bundle at closing and they were wonderful! The lady custom made a bu dke with my choose of colors and she was very nice and talkative 😊 which I enjoyed as well as my husband and little babygirl! Jim, the owner, is amazing! I wanted to order a bouquet for a friend who had been in the ICU (a part of the hospital where you cant actually deliver flowers). Jim took my order, noted what I wanted, and followed up diligently for weeks until my friend was moved to another part of the hospital where he was able to deliver a beautiful bouquet to her -- he was so on top of it that he found he she had been moved before I did! Jim took care of everything and created the perfect bouquet, which was freshly made and delivered weeks after I first spoke to him! I cant do enough to express my gratitude for his thoughtfulness and excellent level of service and customer care. Thank you, Jim!

The smell of all the flowers is intoxicating and so relaxing. This is the only flower shop I will ever go to. I was pleasantly surprised by such a great selection they had, my favorite was the Sun Flowers and Tulips which is very affordable. They have same day service which I appreciated so much.

He went the extra mile to get Beautiful Fresh Tulips delivered quickly to Swedish Hospital where my brother was recovering after surgery. He took time to really listen to me and help me decide on the perfect arrangement. I can’t say enough about Jim. I’ve worked in the floral business and it is intimidating to do business with some places if you aren’t familiar with how it all works. To really get what you want it is so important to speak directly with the florist to see what flowers they have available and what they recommend for the freshest Bokay. I felt so lucky to get someone like Jim on the phone. He made shopping from out of state so easy. The tulips were just as he described. They were Fresh and Lovely! Really impressed with the level of service!!! I didnt know I had the wrong address for the recipient. The owner, Jim, called me while trying to deliver the flowers. There was no house at the address I provided :(. Jim told me not to worry, he had a few more ideas to try to find the right location. Appreciate his perseverance and wanting to keep it a surprise for the recipient.

I had to call to make sure the address I had submitted for delivery online was correct. The owner was extremely personable, professional and helpful! The flowers were delivered the next day and were absolutely beautiful! I would most definitely recommend and will be back for future purchases.

I contacted pike place flowers to supply my wedding with beautiful flowers. The man I spoke to on the phone said to email him and then he’d get back to me with quotes and we would take it from there. So he never emailed me back so I emailed again - nothing back. So after a while I called him and he said he would respond to my email. He said “I keep remembering you but I forget about you” and asked me to send another email and Then never responded to me at all. He didn’t care about my business.So I contacted their competitors and she said she has heard so many complaints about them and has gotten a lot of business because of their lack of customer service.

This place was the only one that has answered to my prayers. I called everywhere today, but no one was able to deliver flowers on mothers day, due to high demand. The owner answered and he was very kind, friendly and helpful! So happy i found this place!! Thank you again for saving my day!!!!! 🙏🙏

After having a bad experince with one of the national flower delivery services I ended up talking to Jim, the owner of Pike Place Flowers and what a difference! By the time I had ordered my flowers I felt like we have become good friends, and the flowers he sent were gorgeous! I highly recommend this business :)

Called from my home in Florida, I’ve seen their shop at Pikes Market while visiting my daughter, and Shannon took care of me, put together an AMAZING floral arrangement and had it delivered to my daughters office by 11am. Ok, I have tried 6 times to start writing about our experience ordering flowers over the phone. I can not express the passion, care, and heart felt concern that Jim showed when he listened as we expressed what we were hoping for. Jim is amazing and I am still dumfounded by his amazing talent and then he delivered something so beautiful. He listened to our story and then created beauty. Our daughter turned 21 today and we live in Portland. In these scary times, we were not able to do what we envisioned but Jim made it feel as we gave her a diamond. He created a memory because he cared enough to listen and deliver.

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend on Valentines day and they arrived first thing in the morning. I called the shop that morning and they went out of their way to accommodate me and to make sure my delivery would be on time. They are truly lovely people and they run a wonderful business.

I went to Pike Place Flowers to order a corsage and a boutonnieres for prom. The total cost was 59 dollars! And instead of giving me a boutonnieres, they gave me two corsages. When I ask them what I was suppose to do with two corsages, they just told me to pin it. Without giving the pins of course. The corsages themselves were by far the worst designs I have ever seen. It was just three rose taped up together. No ribbon, no leaves, nothing decorative. It was not worth 59 dollars, and I hope none of you get trick by them.

Ive purchased flowers 10 minutes before closing many times. Today for some reason, they did not want to help me out. I wanted to buy flowers for my wife and just did not want to satisfy a friendly pleading customer today. Most flower shop owners that Ive met want to make a sale, but today I felt empowered to write a bad review enough to share my frustrated feelings.Another reason why I wouldnt give them more stars is because they have such a limited selection and another lost star for the attitude of what seems to be Just wanting to get home without telling me. Otherwise, they would 3 or 4 stars. Maybe if these people really cared about their business enough until the very end, they get more appreciative customers. Now, Id rather go to Safeway to get my roses!

This place is a rip off. I paid 75 dollars for 1/2 dozen peonies which you can buy in person for about 8 dollars.However, when these were delivered, they had dead flowers in the vase. This place is a joke and I hope they go bankrupt.
