I went there yesterday and I didnt catch the man who was working yesterday but he was wonderful helping me pick a new mascara to try. I watched him help at least three people. He was absolutely wonderful.

Living in a prominently white town has been a cultural shock for me. Im used to being able to run to Walmart or the dollar store if the beauty supply was closed. So usually I stock up on supplies when I go home. However, Ive been pleasantly surprised by the growing section of black products, the friendly and knowledgeable staff and the overall experience at my local Ulta Beauty. They knock Sallys out the park.

I walked into ultra beauty store for the first time .. allot of popular name brands to choose, good reasonable prices also...pleasant, polite, employees there and very helpful. I needed some help looking for a certain items Caleb, and Mergan were very helpful, polite in pointing out the items to my satisfaction. ty, well be coming back there.. in the future.

Great people to work with! Highly suggest using them for all of your gravel needs.

Dont go here to get your eyebrows done. My eyebrows are different sizes and they werent cleaned up correctly. I feel worse leaving here than when I came.Two stars because the employees are nice, and the store itself is fine. Just dont go to the salon if you want to be happy with the results.Also Im generally not one to leave reviews at all and had to make an account to leave this one.

I am that person who always gives good reviews. Went in Wednesday for a hair cut. Told her I like right above my shoulders. I have natural curl. She gave me a Bob. Cant do anything with it. I wondered why she was using a flat iron??? Worst hair cut ever. She didnt listen to a word I said.

I’m not a mean or picky person, but I went to get my eyebrows done, and now half of my right eyebrow is gone. Worst birthday ever.

The clerk was very, very helpful. Not sure if her name was Lena or Leah or ??, couldnt quite see the name tag but she was super helpful in about every section we were in. In the hair care, she went and got the products from the salon so we could see them. Made it so much easier to figure out what we wanted. 10 stars 🌟🌟

Neatly organized, the place smelt amazing, not to overpowering. Spoke to Ritchie, gave me a general overview of the store, which was nice. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Wandering around, felt very mesmerizing.

Went to this store today, and the front doors were so dirty you didnt want to touch them but then the manager was rude and demanded we leave or put on a mask. We left! Filthy place! How am I supposed to try makeup samples with a mask on?!?!?! Ridiculous

Always spend way to much money but that’s because the make-up is amazing and I just gotta have it. People are always helping us find exactly what we are looking for.

My 75 year old mother went in to get her hair darkened. They made her blonde! When she told them afterward that she had asked for brown, they told her that she had brown. It was very blonde. She was upset and embarrassed to go out in public .I called to ask what could be done. The lady on the phone was nice and said her manager would call and she could come back it and get it fixed. They never called! My mother is on a fixed income and now has had to go to another place and pay more money because this place would not fix their mistake. Terrible service!

I’m not sure if this was the way to go to brag about an employee that helped me but I just wanted to say that Dakota at the Searcy location was AMAZING with helping me today. She helped me find the right foundation shade that I desperately needed after a horrible shade match at Sephora. She also helped me find an amazing setting spray as well! She was so sweet and kind and so helpful! Thank you so much!

I’ve been to several Ulta stores and every one of them had nicer staff than this one. Super rude. I no longer live in searcy but I was there visiting and asked several of my friends what they thought and they all said the same thing. If I ever move back I’ll just make the trip to NLR or order online.

Reasonably Priced, Better Selection than WM...

Only been here twice. The first time I went I carried my newborn baby around with me in his car seat (since they dont have carts) and I felt like the employees were staring me down and following me around the store. I was looking for a particular item and asked one of the workers where it was and she lead me to the wrong part of the store, saying it was there but it was in a different area. I went to check out and the cashier asked to see my drivers license which I thought was strange, but I guess it was in case I tried to smuggle something in my babys carseat? Ive never been to an Ulta that does that. Made me feel like a criminal.The second time I went by myself and the staff was very friendly. I just got the impression they didnt like me bringing my child in there, but he goes wherever I go. Moms wear makeup too you know.
