The customer service at this location is outstanding. I’d love to give five stars based on the employees alone. It’s still a Sephora inside JCP, though, which means product availability is hit or miss.

Theres nobody to help you out. Very rude people. They need people in the bras dept. all the time. Or someone knows what they are doing. Someone to help what size you really are, one day at least.

Don’t buy make up but the place looks nice. When you walk in JCPenney you can’t miss it there it is. It reminds me of a Manhattan high-end store front.

I was disappointed with the lack of hair tools kept in the store. It is a very small store and their employees need to be more attentive and knowledgeable about their products.

Service was amazing cleaned my jewelry and Great customer service with a smile.
