Just went into this store and was on FaceTime with my best friend and the lady was so rude. Came over and said you can’t be taking pictures of everything, which I wasn’t. I was showing my best friend. Super rude as soon as I walked in and just because I look younger than I am doesn’t mean you get to treat me like a child. I have a pair of diamond earrings I bought there and was looking at diamond rings because my boyfriend told me to and that’s how you treat your customers? Definitely won’t be going back in their for a diamond ring. Get a grip. It’s 2021.

I’d like to specifically acknowledge store employee Tammy. She helped my husband and I five years ago pick out my dream engagement and wedding band set and a gorgeous diamond to bring it all together. I’ve loved seeing her smiling face all of these years when I take my rings for inspection. At my last inspection, we got to talking about how I have always wanted an additional band for the other side of my engagement ring. I confided in her that I was very meticulous about what I would want, which was an exact replica of my wedding band. My wedding and engagement rings were sold as a set and I was told by other Kay’s employees in different locations that it would be impossible to find. Well, Tammy made the impossible happen and now I have the 3rd piece to my set that I’ve been dreaming of! She had it shipped in for their jeweler event, sized, and wrapped so gorgeously. She made the entire process so seamless and easy for us, and that’s something to be said during the current pandemic. Tammy, we can’t thank you enough for all of your help! Can’t wait to see you at my next inspection!

I went into Kay Jewlers to get my brand new ring sized and the lady told me 2 week but the promise date was 16 days. She also marked it as worn and in okay condition when It was brand new. Telling me after wearing it you can see scratches and such. Even tho I didnt even wear it. I have called 3 times they say its not back or they dont know where it is. Then following I call today 19 days later and they say theyre not sure and theyll check around for it. She comes back and says she found the ring. Just a bunch of run around to get my ring back that Ive been without for almost 3 weeks. Hoping the ring is in the condition I left it and sized correctly.

I will say the store in Dickson City, Pa is ok but the bank you finance with is sorry. I mailed my payment check 8 days before due date and it arrived two days after date no fault of mine all knows mail service has issues. You would think the sorry bank Commenity would understand and waive the 30 dollar penalty but no. I told them I am so thru with Kay Jewelers and Commenity Bank. I have never had late fee assessed but it’s ok they will no longer get any business from us. Very poor customer service.The lady I spoke with could care less, pathetic bank, don’t use them.

I took a long time making up my mind .They were patient and gave me time to really look around answering any quetions .

Okay so theres this guy who works there with eyes prettier than any gem in the store. Seriously, he was so inviting and charming. I believe his name was Travis. I want Travis to handle all my valuables if you know what i mean. Id give it 6 stars if they made him work shirtless lol.

This place is awful. The workers are so rude and snotty. I did a return to exchange for something else and boy did she hate me. After returning it and looking for jewelry I liked better the ones I saw were 70 bucks and I asked to put them on and she said I couldnt get a few small priced items like last time because I returned smaller priced items that day so Id have to get a expensive item. Its my credit card and can use to buy whatever amount of money the jewelry is. Cheap or not. Never going back here

Super busy, but that is expected around Christmas. If they had more than 3 registers going or had the ability to print from their tablets they use now, they would be able to get transactions done faster and not have to sit for 15 minutes or more to complete the transaction.

They sell junk. We had to bring back a ring 4 times for repairs. The one sales lady with dark hair foreign accent is completely rude.

Well, when I was in this establish,I was there to pick out a mothers day gift with my family for my mom . I had my 2 children with me . There was 5 employees working and 2 other customers in the store. No one greeted us the first time we went in so we left and went to zales, On the way out we decided to try again. We went back the same 5 employees working now one other customer in the store..A woman approached us about 5 minutes later and we went about our business. I purchased a ring . While my children were sitting in the seats by the watches with their father. The one person behind the counter then approached him when my husband stated to the woman that we were together before he could finish sentence the woman scuffed at him and huffed away. Like they were bothering her by sitting there. So then apparently my children who didnt bother the glass apparently offended her again because when her manager asked her to wipe down the display glass she rolled her eyes at the manager and was huffy at them again. Any person who has children and whom shops knows children get antsy it happens . But this woman made us feel absolutely unwelcomed and I dont plan on going back to this store. However the woman who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. For that I thank her for her paitences and her willingness to help me pick a perfect ring.

After going to 6 different jewelery stores, Kay was simply the best. I got genuine honesty and superior service, especially from Latchmi. I came in one day to get an appraisal on trade for diamonds I already had, the manager wasnt in. I came in the next day, the same woman remembered my name and introduced me to the manager who already knew who I was. This wasnt an appointment. They were sympathetic to my budget, didnt pressure me into buying and helped me settle on an engagement ring that will now, hopefully make my better half a very happy woman. Thank you so much Kay and thank you Latchmi. I will be coming back

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to the mall to buy clothes and these two women at kay told us that if we answer some questions we could get a free gift. We said sure and then out of the blue they ask for our social security number. I was nervous but because they are reputable business I gave it to them. Then they tell me I now have a Kay Jewelers credit card. My boyfriend and I are livid. Not once did they say we would be signing up for a card we didnt want. Oh and the free gift for your credit card you didnt want? A tiny hand sanitizer and two lollipops. WILL NEVER SHOP AT A KAYS EVER AGAIN.

I went in looking for a wedding band to match my wifes engagement ring and have them soldered together. They were not very helpful finding a nice match. I found one I liked, and they said it would take two weeks to be soldered, which wasnt a problem, my annaversary was in just over two weeks. Well, my annaversary comes and goes and its still not ready. They called me three weeks to the day later and said it was done, charged me more than they quoted me because they said the engagement ring needed bigger stems to hold the diamend in because they have to put a six month warranty on it. Then, six months and two weeks later, the solder broke from normal wear and I take it back and they say theres nothing they can do, I have to pay to get it resoldered. No thank you, from start to finish, a bad experience. Bad quality, decent customer service but nothing special, and they dont stand behind their product. Will not return.

I made the mistake of purchasing an engagement ring here and 17 repairs in 2 years later just sold the diamond back to them and got a different ring. Incompetent jewelers to say the least. I regret ever dealing with key jewelers

Was there maybe 10 mins with maybe 3 customers not one person offered to assist us. So we went to Zales and made a purchase instead!
