My experience was awesome I will and have referred people already. The staff is awesome. I was in a time of need and took my jewelry there more then once to pawn and the made sure I got the most they could give they work with u. I also had a hard time getting it out and they made sure I didn’t lose my stuff. I will definitely be going back if I ever fell into hard times again. Or if I need to purchase jewelry they have a excellent selection .

They are AWESOME . Every staff member treat u with respect . They don’t treat u or look at u different because u need to pawn or sell something . Very professional ! Great customer service ;) ! I took my Android AD430bkbu (this is not a smart watch) in for a battery change. It worked for about two hours and stopped keeping time. I took it back as he was closing believing the battery battery he sold me was dead already. He said he was closing so I brought it home and figured I would just change the battery myself. When I opened it up I see the battery latch down floating in the compartment. It also appeared bent out of shape. The water seal was also broken. I cant determine how the battery latch down is supposed to be in there and so now I will have to pay a watch repair shop to fix it. I am so disappointed. Really nice guy but I certainly would not take any sort of specialty watch there again.
