Thrill shopping in the Scranton area is limited. So, against my better judgment, I find myself back here. Never again. The owner refused to facilitate an in-store credit under the false claim that I damaged the item. She said it is against her policy, to me, it is a simple COURTESY. I am always alone in the store, can’t imagine business is booming. The perfect store to be set on Biden Street!

Anytime someone asks me “where did you get that???” my answer is Freedlove without fail (and I lived and shopped in nyc for 5 years). Absolute gem of a store and the staff is so helpful when you need to pick a present out for someone.

This is my favorite place in Scranton. I drive 30 minutes to shop here over anywhere else in the valley. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the stock theyve curated is always gorgeous. Just has a great vibe and a great story. Thank you Freedlove!

Freedlove is the perfect shop in downtown Scranton! The staff cares about the shop and the customers tremendously. It has everything from casual wear to formal! I can always find something for any occasion and the fit is never shy from perfect. What makes it even better is the cute updated posts on instagram to drag me back into the store! Not to mention, the store carries items beyond clothing. From scarves to sunglasses, jewelry to phone cases, mugs, cups, and more, one can always find the perfect gift for a friend or family member. Highly Recommend!!

Nice local shop, BUT major upset to find out all sale items are non-returnable. I was denied store credit even after being swayed to purchase a dress while in the fitting room. Those who suffer buyers remorse beware.

I have gotten cute clothes at freedlove, but their staff is so awkward, cold, & a bit rude that I feel SO uncomfortable shopping there. I completely understand that people have bad days or just may not be very outgoing, but Ive been here multiple, multiple times and its always the same removed, judgemental attitude. Totally ruins the entire experience and makes it not worth going here. You can get the same clothes at other local stores with friendlier staff who want to help you and ensure you enjoy your shopping experience.

Very pretty shop and layout but theres next to nothing in terms of clothing if youre not a size 6. Even my naturally slim friends are buying medium and large sizes.
