Pricing could be a little better. Everything is priced like its all limited edition. But friendly staff acceptable knowledge base.

This place has the most bland generic anime merch selection Ive ever seen. Its also very expensive. Just buy this stuff on Amazon for half the price, or find better stuff elsewhere.

Nice FYE location inside of Viewmont Mall that had a nice selection of shirts, collectibles, movies and music. FYE prices though can be on the high side

I like this store but deals are hard to find. Plenty of products to choose from and have never been dissappointed by a purchase. Kpop, horror, Marvel, novelties, toys, movies, music, and much more. Very good selection of Dvds with some deals to be had, so if your a movie buff...not bad. Music selections are ok and could be better. Overall this is a pretty decent store.

An overpriced record store that barely sells any records. Its mostly pop culture merchandise.

F.y.e. was closing and they let us in to get my popin cookin very nice of them. But they should have more hours so everyone can get a chance of getting their stuff.

Very friendly people! The selection seems scattered with movie genres seeminglu overlapping, but there are still LOTS of shirts, toys, and novelties to find. Very clean too!

Cashier offered coupons, did not inform me I would be signing up to get billed every month. Worst customer service when trying to cancel and the store is very over priced for what it is. I suggest amazon.

Ive gotten so many Funko Pop things here. Definitely one of the best selections of Funko Pop items in our area.

Staff is absolutely horrible especially the girl with purple hair who I believe is the manager.. she definitely needs to be fired, she was cursing at customers and just overall very very bad attitude.

Im pretty sure the cashier hit the button to set the alarm off on me when I was leaving with my son. We didnt purchase anything so I dont know why it would go off. When we walked up to the counter he said, sorry I thought you had bags from other stores. Very embarrassing.

Love this place for anything pop culture, vintage-esqe, etc. Posters, records, Funko Pop, etc.

Lots of music, movies and electronics. New and used CDs DVDs. Also a good variety of vinyl. Goodies and pop culture stuff to go with the music.

Sales guy was awesome knowledgeable and funny, was an easy quick experience love this location all.the staff us great an makes you want to shop there

The employee in this FYE attempted to scam me by giving me a free trial to get 10% off my order without asking for my permission. He was going to sign me up through my card and have me charged automatically after the first month knowing their was a renew fee.

Decent DVDs. Good warrantee on movies. CD burners. Ive had few issues in the past with disks. Some scratched or cracked. But i found this seldom on most purchases i made. High prices on some movies and box sets but alot of good prices on newer stuff too. They need to remove some souvenirs and shelves. Not much walking space. Staff are very kind and somewhat social

Store was very unappealing to people on the floor the music blasting Employees on their cellphones with 7 customers in the store not helpful at all I approached the 2 employees they said they were busy Busy doing what playing on your cell After the gentleman had walked out of the store with the merchandice that was not payed for a guy came up to the register an goes how can I help you I paid for 3 DVDs and then he said do you wanna subscribe for an FYE subscription and magazine I declined he stated then Im not processing your order your business is not welcome to hear to now find out that I was scammed into a magazine subscription service that you cant even talk to anybody to get canceled they were so busy playing on their cellphones on a gentleman that was in front of me in line got so agitated and walked out of the store with the merchandice And here they still standing there on their phones i was in fye for 45 minute And no one would help sad this place needs to be shut down

The music they play over the speakers for the holidays is pretty awful and everything is outrageously priced. I get it, its branded and therefore its gonna be more, but $30 for a t-shirt is insane.

DONT GO HERE! Not unless you want to unwillingly sign up for their rewards program where the staff steals your credit card information, signs you up for the rewards program without your permission and then FYE Steals $15/month from your bank without your permission! I am livid! Its made worse by the fact that I purchased something for my boyfriend so there is no account that exists with my information! They made up an account!

NEVER EVER EVER Sign up for their VIP thing. What they dont tell you is that all the magazines they say will be cancelled when you cancel the vip youll still be charged for them which takes around 10 mins per magazine to cancel... Store built on scams...

Expensive but cool things, they dont give you money back on returned electronics if opened so if its broken and you open it you are only getting store credit

Had the worst experience today ever in this store...staff threatens to call police after we opened a speaker box to see if everything was good with it before buying and after deciding within a few minutes it wasnt a good speaker and putting it back on the shelf in its box neatly, staff threatened us and said we were stealing because we opened it up...will never go here again and will tell everyone else not to either...
