Love this book store. They carry a little bit of everything. Great planners, magazines, calendar. Its an awesome place to spend a couple of hours.

They cater more to the Christian reader and thier new age section is very minimal, but other than that I enjoy the bookstore and the service

It is a very good place to buy manga. Although due to the manga shortage, there isnt many volume 1s or 2s. But the selection is vast. Very large manga section. Great place.

Overwhelming vast amounts of books! By far the biggest book store I have ever been to. You can spend hours easily perusing each individual isles. Manga, young adult, horror, history, and plenty more are all here. They also offer a hefty amount of toys, games, and merchandise. Associates are extremly friendly and happy to help! Highly recommend this store if you are in the area!

I love this store. Always has great reading options for customers of all ages and has bargains on certain books. I personally like their language section and manga section.

Amazing Manga selection better than any barns and noble.

My hubby bought me a baby Alpaca. Her name is Lola.She means the world to me.My daughters each received books that they wanted. My son bought a Manga something?Everyone was happy overall.One downside: big sign for movies- couple of used dvds in barrels.??

I really like this store. I like to read Hardcover books and there are many OTHER items to choose from. I also like the Coffee shop. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there were several different times I was looking for a book and it was not in the store, only on line. I like to look around as this is a BIG store so I dont really want to shop on line. Other than that, great store to browse. You will always find something!

This was a really fun bookstore! I needed a new bookstore as I just moved into the area. I opened a new membership and the coupons and deals are crazy! They also sell Joe Muggs coffee which pairs perfectly with reading. They sell calendars, Manga, anime figures, toys, funkos, cookbooks, kids books, plushes and soooooooooo many books! I read alot and I buy books pretty often, so Ill be here often! I highly recommend this store!

I go into this store because its fun. You just cant shop like this on line. I dont need anything specific, but I do like seeing whats out there, what people are writing, what people are reading, and what this retailer thinks will sell. And its all laid out at BAM. The staff is pleasant, usually helpful. The knick knacks are eye catching, too.

Honestly the best book place Ive ever been

I love this store so forgive my bias but as a fellow book nerd I shop here frequently. Friendly workers and a great selection of not only novels but also manga. They even have a children section which is pretty great for me as a father myself to pick out classics and even other popular items.

Having to sink my teeth into a great book Id go no other place to do so

This place is like B&N with Newsbury Comics all in one. It was fun exploring the store and leaving with a few trinkets.

One of the best book stores around. Great selection, lots of manga and anime merchandise, lots of gaming merchandise as well. Barnes and Nobles has a good selection and anime/manga but does not even compare to Books-a-Million. This place really just hits the sweet spot.

Thats a great place to go for any of your reading needs for all ages but can be a little pricey.

We LOVE Books-A-Million! There is always something there for every member of our family. I will admit, their prices arent great on everything, but they have a really good selection on books, magazines, calendars, fun and unusual games and all around items that appeal to many. Its a great place!

Staff is pleasant, but every time I come in for a new release book, it is out of stock. I try the website, but its super hard to use and sometimes some of the links dont even work. I have tried contacting customer service to help with online orders and have been ignored. I want the book stores to stay open when I love holding the stories in my hands. But they make it difficult to support.

Always love a book store. The store is about 50% books and 50% toys and thats fine by me. Everything seems well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish they were not forced to try to sell me magazine subscriptions but other than that its great. I can spend hours here.

I love the store but I’m disappointed by the fact that I waited five minutes at the cafe and no one served me.

I take my kids here for a nice treat to a beautiful book store ! It is a nice, cozy and relaxing atmosphere to look at books and all the other things they have to offer. They have a quality selection of items for all ages and Ive bought some cool stuff there. Ex. Backpacks, diary, etc... God Bless, Brooks Estadt

Great books n very crrent

Lots of selection for all the reading, toys,apparel and warm drink while waiting but not fair to pay $24 to get a discount card membership.

Books A Million is a great book store and a great store in general for many fandoms. They have a large array of manga and anime merch, half an isle of just Harry Potter stuff, and half an isle of table top rpg stuff. They also have comics, and marvel action figures and action figures fron many fandoms you wouldnt expect such as The Last Airbender. They also have pleanty of Pop Funko. However this by no means trumps their large book selection.

There was no one working the floor to ask questions to and the girl at the register came off rude when asked about a book and obviously did not want to be bothered, much less help me find a book I was looking for. Love the store but employees make the place less then desirable

A great book store. Various types of books. There is a coffee shop inside which is a plus. In addition to books there are various novelty items, board games, DVDs, comics/anime, and a large area for the kids.(toys, stuffed animals, and books) some good bargains to be had but other items come at a cost. Overall a decent store.

A lot of the bookshelves were really unorganized when I was there, but I really appreciate having a larger bookstore in the area. Theyve got everything from manga to biographies.

Big selection but hard to find what youre looking for if you have a specific selection. Ask for assistance rather than find yourself. Cool seasonal gift ideas as well and great stuff for kids to be excited about learning

I was there the other day and found some good books. I also got some Funko Pop BAM exclusives and was able to finish my collection of Pops from Community! I absolutely love this store and could spend all day there!

Bought more books than I should have

Pretty nice store. Layout wasnt the best but it was pretty decent. Just small details, like certain sections not being in alphabetical order, books from one genre taking up half the shelf of the next genre.They seem to have a certain bias towards the left over the right. They had the same books in the recommended, best seller, autobiography, and inspirational section about certain people. While looking for right wing books, they either didnt carry them at all and had to order online. Only books about the current president were all the smear books released. Books of previous presidents and first ladies were all very positive. Some books were knocked face down and had other books placed on top of them. Not sure if its intentional or just because of all the customers.Staff were very nice and pleasant.They sell very nice used books at a discount which is really great.I recommend it, plus it adds a more human element than just buying it from Amazon.

Good but a little pricey.

Staff is always happy. Theyre always willing to help find a book. Very knowledgeable!! I think maybe twice out of the entire time theyve been open have I heard someone say they werent sure about something. That was only because it wasnt exactly their area, knew of another employee who had better knowledge, and asked them instead.

I shop at BAM every Christmas. There are so many clever and niche gifts you can find there for literally everyone in your life. All great quality gifts. The store is super clean, and the staff is always super helpful.Its become way more than a book store and it has far more toys, games, accessories, etc. than it does physical books. This is especially true around the holiday season. They do still keep all of the best sellers and popular ”must-haves” of the season.

I love this book store. It is so nice to not be rushed, but to be able to take my time to find the right book. In addition, they have an array of other items that make wonderful gifts.
