I’m in town from California & I shop every time I travel. I have to say the 2 people working were extremely nice especially the young lady who helped me. Her name is Kayla. She was extremely sweet & informative to my sister as well as myself. Whoever hired her should definitely not let an employee like that ever go. I’ll definitely shop there again next time I’m in town.

The sales assistants here was amazing, my daughter is in foot growing stage so name brand shoes are a treat, and they made me very confident in my purchase! They were very knowledgeable on the return policy, and since they possibly didnt have the correct size in the color we wanted, she offered to order online and they have free shipping. We tried on the size in another color to be sure, and turns out we were in luck anyways! My daughter loves her red shoes, and for that I love journeys!

Today I walked into this store right after another couple and a baby. We both went to separate sides of the store and the sales person greeted the couple (who didn’t look like me if you know what I mean) and just ignored me like I wasn’t there. At one point he even just looks at me then continues to ask the man with the wife and baby about a game that was going on or something. I stay in there just to see if I would be recognized. When I realized I still wasn’t I left and went to another Journeys and bought a couple pairs of shoes there. It’s just crazy because it was almost like I’m less of a human when the color of all our blood is the same.

My boyfriend and I were on a hunt to obtain adult size Heelys. We called in and Chris was super helpful in informing us on their stock. They unfortunately did not have any, but he informed us on where to find some. Thank you!
