Its kind of hard finding good nike clothes that are XL and here I could find it. Overall they have a large selection of gym clothing and other gym related things your looking for

Went inside looking for shoes, didnt find what I was looking for in my size ( mens 8). Bummer for me, staff was helpful in assisting me though.
Its cool. Took some time to get service. I always know what I want when I go in, so that was lame. But aside from that, theyre friendly and the store is always clean and easy to navigate.
My fiancé looked online and all around stores to fine a pair of Air Jordan Retro ( Laney ) shoes and we were unsuccessful until we called Champs in the Fashion Square Mall in Scotts Dale Arizona. A gentlemen answered the phone was very polite and informed us that they had one pair of the shoes that we were looking for we at that time requested to put them on hold. He then confirmed the hold asked for my fiancé’s name which was provided. He then let us know that he put them aside for us to pick them up we told him we could be there in an hour because we were coming from far away and he said it was ok they were placed on hold for us to pick up since we reserved them item. Upon arrival Assistant manager by the name of Hanna looked at us and said what shoe and what size? We were confused, because that definitely was not a professional greeting and she was not too friendly either. My fiancé then lets her know that we were there to pick up a pair of shoes that was placed on hold for us an hour ago. Hanna then asked what type of shoe it was. My fiancé let her know the show and still did not ask my fiancé her name or anything to identify who placed the hold. Hanna then went looking on the back counter and was like there are no shoes back there by that description someone must have sold it already. Which is very disturbing that she could tell us that with no empathy or sympathy. Hanna clearly did not care. She also did not offer any other solution after we placed shoes on hold drove all the way to pick them up and left empty handed. All she could say is someone sold them over and over again like a customer wants to keep hearing that. Where is the solution to this problem? Then the gentlemen that placed them on hold came out and stated that he was the one who placed the shoes on hold he even knew my finance’s name and stated that they were just on the counter. Hanna still with no care for our concern still just stood there with no care or expression at all. This is not good customer service when this is the Champs that we have shopped at foe years and spent anywhere between $200-$700 at a time when we go to this location. Hanna provided very poor customer service and I am very disappointed in this Champ location for having an assistant manager that has no care for the customers concerns at all. Her behavior was very unprofessional. And unacceptable. I would like to speak to someone in Corporate about this incident because I am very bothered by Hanna’s unprofessional behavior. She should not work there is she doesn’t like to work in the customer service field. Very disappointed that we even went into this Champ location. Very poor customer service from Hanna. I am giving this location the low score that I am because of Hannas lack of care .
