Rudest employees on the planet. I came in because my phone is not working and I wanted to replace it. After listening to the guy at the door explain why they couldn’t help every single person that came in for one reason or another it was my turn. As I approached he said “if you are looking for an iPhone we won’t have any till mid December so don’t bother” when I asked if that meant all models or just the 13 he said all. Your employee suggested I go elsewhere to spend my money which is never a good business plan especially considering there is a T-Mobile 50 feet from your front door at this location. If I wanted to buy from Apple directly I would have gone there as it is 1/2 a mile down the road and this employee was clearly making sure the line would be gone by closing. Closing was 1 hour from my arrival time and he clearly has zero intention of staying 1 second past that. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that actually works their posted hours.
Been in here multiple times, last time I waited an hour just for them to tell me its handled on the phone and they gave me a number. This most recent time, almost nobody is in there with and have 2 employees working. Said itd be an hour and a half wait.Hands down last efficient business Ive been to
Customer service was amazing!! They were short staffed but were very understanding of our emergency of having our shared phone service turned off by the other party and managed to squeeze us in. Jackson helped with the account and phone set up. Unfortunately we didnt get the name of the gentleman manning the door who answered our multiple questions while we were on hold with the customer service for 30 minutes and that was able to get us squeezed in last minute. Thank you both for being so helpful and understanding. 🙏
They have all kinds of iPhones on display. I wanted an 11 to save some money. Waited half an hour just to be told they only have the 12 pro and 12 mini in stock - not even the standard size one. Incredibly frustrating, buying a refurbished phone from somewhere else.
Was here over 50 minutes just to watch their sad excuse of a “host” be on his phone and play with his rubix cube. 4 people in line all waiting just to be even talked to, actually pathetic for a literal phone store. All I needed was to pay my bill and I couldn’t even do that. Waste of time go to another locationEdit: went to the location on 7th street and bell was in and out in 25 mins and they had a line as well. All team members were helping and talking. After leaving a terrible review for this store, I received a phone call from Ashley who wanted to understand my complaints and help where she could. We spent over thirty minutes on the phone where I learned that this store was not responsible for the concerns that I had. Regardless, Ashley took the time to go through my phone plan with me, explain some misunderstandings, and rectify the situation. I will be sure to pay Ashley a visit the next time that I want to purchase a new phone or add a line. Thanks again!
Went there to get help with a warranty for a broken lcd display. The original girl that helped me tried getting me to do an insurance claim for $230 or buy out of $387. Miguel ended up talking to us and did a free warranty claim. He did a great job.

If I could rate this store as 0 stars I would. Husband successfully made an appointment a week ago for today. He received a confirmation email and confirmation prior to the appointment. We show up to the store and because we know it is appointment based, we waited out in our car and checked-in via the Verizon app. 40 minutes later, the app continued to say someone would be with us shortly. The stores Verizon website claimed it should be open, tried the store number and the greeting said they were currently open, but ended up getting my call routed to the main Verizon support. The Verizon call center person confirmed on his end that they should have been open as well and didnt understand why the store was closed when everything reflects they were supposed to be open. Im 7 months pregnant and was sitting out in the car and wasted almost an hour of the day all because someone at Verizon doesnt know how to communicate. If the store was planned on being closed, then why didnt the store manager or point of contact inform Verizon internal so appointments couldnt be made, their website could reflect it, and a 7 month pregnant customer didnt get stuck waiting in a car for almost an hour for absolutely NO REASON! Someone dropped the ball in relation to this store! And we werent the only customers screwed over today, we say at least a half a dozen other people experience the same thing with this store.

Awful experience the wait was told 30 minutes well over an hour just came into my phone not change my plan that nothing in and out is what you would expect but not here they hold you outside and keep you waiting with no updates. Just another number to them do not recommend this brand or location. Verizon has been going downhill for years now and this is the final straw for too long they have not cared about their customers and used and abused them

I went to this store twice recently to have my daughters Palm Phone replacement Sims Card removed and entered in the new Phone. It was a major ordeal to say the least. This evening Christian and Miguel the Manager was able to finally help me after almost two weeks trying to get this resolved and going to another store also. They called the customer service and stayed a hour after closing time. I really appreciated their efforts. Thank you so much.

Knowledgeable and helpful! We met the tech outside of Verizon about a phone, ordered new phone using Verizon app, 20 minutes later tech met us outside with new phone. No wait line and easy to order.

The store is understaffed. I came to turn in a trade in phone and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Someone else arrived after me and said they wanted to buy a phone and the guy said just 5 min and he would find someone to help them. Clearly they are commission base and not interested in helping someone if it is for customer service. Only if they can make their commission.

They also took in my trade in from an online purchase, because I did not get a return label with my new phone, so they saved me a trip to the post office! Bought this new fancy 5g phone about 2 months ago. Hasnt switched to 5g once. Save yourself 1300$ and dont fall for their sales tactics like i did.

This is a review and shout-out for Brenden. I came in yesterday with a complex issue and not only did he help me navigate it, we got it solved in a reasonable amount of time. Completely friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. All around every one was great. Front start to finish this was probably my best experience with Verizon. Dont get me wrong Verizon has their issues like every telecom company, but this group was awesome. Thank you !
Associates not all well trained. Asked a specific question and was told it would be fine. Waited 20 minuets while he stood by the door doing nothing...only to find his answer was incorrect according to the associates that finally helped me. Correct answer could have saved me 20 mind of my time. Not to mention having to wait that long with one guy standing around doing NOTHING....Worst service I have ever had at a Verizon store..
Walked in and felt like I was interrupting their day. The dude, CHRISTIAN, that helped me gave the vibe like he didnt even want to work. Told me that my android phone wouldnt transfer to the iPhone but GUESS WHAT all the information DID transfer! but you just chose NOT to do work! and same for the other phone that I had... so being lazy you shouldnt work in customer service! This location is a joke and I would never recommend anyone going here!
Verizon flagship store. It was pleasant. Employees seemed a bit lackluster except for Preston who was pleasant and answered my questions about a tablet. He offered to send me some info via SMS and he did so the next day.
I received great, fast customer service from a younger associate when I went to get a prepaid number as I was needing one while I was in the USA. The plan was super affordable compared to Bell in Canada! Only complaint is that I also got a glass screen protector and it’s uneven and it bothers me to look at my phone screen every so often (lol) so I guess he wasn’t too good at putting it on? Good experience overall
We just spent 30 minutes at This Verizon waiting then got with Colton. We wanted to upgrade phone from IPhone 6 to 8. He showed no interest in helping explain process except to say figure out your Apple Account and cloud. I can order phone and ship to house in 3 days and then you figure it out. We don’t help with the data exchange. When we said Hmm does Apple store sell and help with. Yes “see Ya “ and walked off. Terrible customer service. We have been paying $200 plus per month forever and this is how Verizon wants to to work. It’s like dealing with the DirectTV people. Stay away from this store

Went in on 4/18 to pick up a new Galaxy S7 Edge and was sold screen protectors that were garbage. The screen cover they sold me peeled off within 15 hours and i was treating the phone like a porcelain doll... With a frustrated attitude I went in the next day (4/19) to get it replaced and inquire why it was so low quality. I understand that i was probably not the friendliest but i just picked up an expensive phone and was not happy that i had to return to get the cover i just bought replaced. I was met with a condescending punk attitude by Josh the GM (or so he claimed, not sure how anyone would make this prick the face of their store). He made no effort to diffuse my frustration and only fueled it. God forbid he try to calm me down or show me an alternative, he even has the balls to tell me Thats just the way it is ... Well then dont sell trash? How about that? The only reason I am giving a 2 star is one of his employees i think her name was Sarah... blonde gal, either way she was lovely and offered me a different (more expensive) screen cover and to exchange it for the junk ones I was sold initially and i only had to pay the difference. She kept her cool and was polite to me even though i was being a bit rude(already pissed at John). She should be the GM, at least she knows how to handle an upset customer and be professional.moral of the story... - Go to a different location
I had a simple software issue to resolve. A rep looked at my issue, and promptly recommended I buy a new phone! I just wanted help with my CURRENT phone. This store is horrible, avoid it at all costs.
Have had many issues since switching to Verizon from AT&T a month ago, went to this location (Promenade) to see if someone there could help me & one of the associates Brendan was helpful however the general mgr Dave was absolutely horrible. No customer service and just plain nasty. Will find other Verizon stores to visit in the future. Not a happy customer.
Not a big fan of going to the Verizon store for anything because it usually takes a long time but, to my surprise, the experience wasnt painful at all, in and out in 30 min and the guy who helped was a great.

Waited 15 mins for help. All I needed was a new sim card and the associate told me the people online messed up the order and to fix it he would have to charge me a 40 dollar activation fee. I left, got more help online and was able to confirm the agent didnt know what was going on.My order has been taken care of by an online rep.

Super slow & had to leave.Placed an online order for pickup. They should have lockers or cubbies or some way of just picking something up without waiting on 10 people to get a phone reprogrammed.Tried to cancel to just have it delivered, would be less headache.
My wife and I went to this store (Promenade) to purchase new Samsung Galaxy S9 phones. We both traded in our S7 and S7 Edge phones which were both paid off. Justin helped us get the data moved over and set us up for the return of our old phones. Besides the up-sell, the process wasnt too bad. Being very IT savvy I was able to communicate with Justin at his level, something many of these negative reviewers arent able to do. I walked out satisfied with our purchase and the overall transaction. The up-sell is a little intense though.
They closed most of their stores down, so you have to go to the only one that is open only to find a 2-hour wait

Do not go to this store!!! They will screw you. I am a disabled vet and need a phone at all times for medical reasons. When my 2 month old Samsung 6s would not operate I took it to the store to get it replaced and was told I had to wait 2-3 days for a replacement or buy a new one that day. I told him about my health problem but alas he cared about was making a sale. I had to have a phone so I bought a new one which I can not afford but I needed one that day for medical reasons. I then find out after I received my bill I had 14 days to return it but it has been 21 days. No one informed me about the 14 day policy. I went to see them and they told me they would take it back but only give me 1/2 of the money for the phone. They are a rip off. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR USE VERIZON

My data plan was changed at this store without my permission. When I called them out on it, they didnt offer to fix it until my next billing cycle. Cant wait to switch carriers.
I cant account for other peoples experiences but I can personally attest to mine which was remarkable. JJ went above and beyond and took what customer service over the phone an hour to only 20 mins in store with his expertise. He found alternative remedies and thought outside of the box which is absolutely key to any success in life and in business. Walked out with a phenomenal trade and the new Samsung Galaxy S10+ couldnt be more happier and grateful for JJ. Highly highly recommend him.

I walked up to the door at 7:58pm tonight and an employee came walking towards me, I was thinking he was going to open the door for me or something. Wrong. He literally locked the door in my face and turned away without saying a word. I had no idea what was going on until I looked at the hours but still it was not 8pm. All I needed was a new glass screen protector. I knocked on the glass and literally every employee in the store ignored me. There were still customers in the store too! This was absolutely disgusting!!! I have never been treated so poorly by any retail associate in my life! The employees in this store location are low class trash and lazy as hell. Oh and most of all they are the definition of UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Went into store a few months back to get a screen protector and the guy that helped me was very nice. Said it was guaranteed for life of my phone. Well it cracked took it back in and Sarah helped me. She was very rude and said no it was guaranteed that I would need to buy another one which I did for $63. Sarah put it on for me but also did a factory reset..no idea why. We had just been to our daughters college graduation so I lost all of my pictures. There was no reason to do this. She could have just turned off. This store is a joke. Ive been with Verizon for about 25 years but am wondering why.

Basic phone store. Picked up a new phone for my wife. No Tech support available here though kind of odd.
I came in to see if I wanted to switch phone companies (from T-mobil) and after giving all of my information, I asked the person how much switching to Verizon would be, and he told me he wouldnt be able to tell quite yet.. I assumed that the cost would stay the same because he never mentioned anything about it so after he got the rest of my information and pulled the sim card and I was about to leave, I asked him again how much it would be and he told me $80 per month.. thats almost TWICE as much as I was paying on my previous plan (which was also unlimited..) I wish I was told that my plan would double in cost before he pulled the old sim card out and got me all set up for Verizon.
In my recent experience, Denea was the ONLY tech worth talking to or helping me. She wasnt too busy like the younger boys!!!!Pat

Really poor customer service ! We are from CA visiting Scottsdale for the holidays. We wanted to look into upgrading our phone while were here. The salesman named Don was deliberately evasive on plan versus up front cost of the phone to a point where he confused us. Then he asked why is it confusing? We then asked for another salesman.to help us since we were getting nowhere with this guy. The manager just ignored us instead of coming over to see how he can help. We get better customer service through Verizon phone agent or via our local store in California. Zero stars if I could.
Liars. I waited for 45 minutes with my son last night at the store at Tatum and Shea, to be told that they were out of stock on the $99 Razr cell phone at this location. They called this store at Frank Lloyd Wright and Scottsdale Rd - manager Travis - to hold the phone for us. First thing when this store opened at 10 am we were there - my excited little son by my side. I verified that the phone was $99. Oh yes. Then they started ringing us up. The phone was $199, not $99. They wouldnt honor the $99 - it had gone off special a couple of weeks ago. Travis the manager did NOTHING but jeer at me. They told me I could use my phones $50 upgrade credit toward the phone. I continued to ring out - they then charged me ANOTHER THIRTY DOLLARS for upgrading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their new policy. I would have WALKED OUT except I didnt want to disappoint my son, since this was a gift he had been waiting all summer for. VERIZON ABSOLUTELY SUCKS and so do their non-union employees! No wonder their profits are so high - they are liars and rip off artists.
HATE IT!!!!! Biggest phone bills I have EVER paid. Im Paying $500 to $800.00 on a plan where i should only be paying $150.00. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! And when you call to have them help you, they advise you that you need to go online because they cant, because if they enter it wrong it falls on them. Worst Customer service, Dumb Excuses. Seriously, unless you want to really pay on DATA, dont go Verizon.

Well after getting ridiculed and humiliated for no reason at the store in desert ridge (who I hope read this cause I got them fired and now will be sitting at home) it was nice to go to another store who helped me best understand Verizons extremely difficult polices plans and rates that take a PhD in rocket science to understand . got a new g3 and,happy it works, oh and I gave them my old rooted bricked phone and they definitely knew but didnt care which was awesome for me, bad for whoever has to fix it.
Lazy, slow, inefficient. Almost as helpful as the flu. Managers standing around while customers waited. Guess managers cant assist anyone.
These mouth breathers are not interested in helping you with your problem. They just want to sell you a new $800 phone. The forced updates on your phone can crash your phone. So you are led to believe that you need a new phone! Right about the same time you are done paying for the last one!
Went in to buy a Samsung phone to replace my IPhone. Asked if they would transfer what could be transferred between the phones. They said it could not be done. I told them that the instructions were on the Verizon website. They still refused. I walked out never to go back again.
Zero service. Thanks for wasting the majority of my lunch break today. I came in to get a case and screen protector for my new S5. In the 15 minutes of wandering by every display in the store to find the right cases, not one employee could be bothered to take time out of their smalltalk (front greeter and motorola rep especially) to assist. Never found the screen protectors, and decided not to spend my money there on a case either.
Everytime I go here I am waited on quickly and problem resolved. Eaton is brilliant and was so helpful resolved my problem the store on 90th street couldnt be bother to even listen to the issues I had with my phone.
Not helpful and did not have things ready when promised. I try to do things online so I dont have to deal with people who mainly seem to have no interest in doing their job . Would give it zero stars if it were an option.
