I went there with my mom, and we worked with the owner of the shop, who was very nice. There was a moderate selection of dresses, but all of them were super duper high quality! Seriously, these are dresses that you wont find anywhere else. The service was great, and I even found a couple dresses that I liked! While I ended up going with a dress from another boutique that I liked better (and was cheaper!), I would honestly recommend this shop for any bride thats looking for something unique, elegant, and fashionably classy. The only downside to this place is that because of the high quality of the dresses, a lot of them are pretty pricy. Most that I tried on were in the $1,500-$2,500 range when my budget was only $750. (The only reason I tried them on was there was an 80% Off sale in the back!) Other dresses on the rack can run you up to $7,000. Not for the feint of wallet! That being said, the owner was willing to make deals with me if I found a dress I really liked. So if you really find a dress here that you like thats JUST outside your budget, haggling IS an option!

I dont believe that bad review on bit and you shouldnt either. This is a family run business and the owners were amazing to me and my young daughter; we had so much fun. Their grandson goes to our Grayhawk school. These are local business owners who are known and respected in the community. I was able to afford a high end all silk couture dress within my budget because they gave us such amazing pricing - I am so excited about the dress!!! Nowhere else would I have found such quality, price and service. They were kind and not snobby - they made it so easy and fun that I bought everything my first time shopping - their product knowledge put me at ease - or I would have shopped for months. The Dress is a high quality local business worth your consideration. I strongly believe we all have to do our part to support local business if we want to have a thriving local economy.

BEWARE!! As the other review mentioned, these people are terrible and have been involved with taking peoples money and not providing the product. They appear to be a great shop at first glance, but after doing business with them, I can tell you that I am out a $1,000.00. They overcharged my dress and then hit me with a dry cleaning bill that was not agreed upon. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS SHOP!! MY FRIENDS AND I LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!!

I bought a special occasion dress from this store that needed alterations. The owner of the store and the seamstress knew I was visiting from out of state and knew I was flying back home the day I purchased the dress. They said they would do the alterations, give me a call, and ship the dress to me when the alterations were finished. When the dress arrived it looked horrible. I called the store, sent pictures of the ill-fitted dress to the owner. She agreed it was an ill-fitting dress and I needed to come in for another fitting. I reminded the owner I lived out of state and that would require a plane ticket. The owner and the seamstress NEVER told me I might need a second fitting for the dress. If either of them had mentioned to me that I might need a second fitting I would have NEVER purchased the dress given I do not live in Arizona. I already had over $1000.00 in the dress and the alterations. I had no option except to buy a plane ticket at $247.00 and fly to Scottsdale, AZ to get the dress pinned and refitted again. The owner was rude and argumentative over the phone when I told her I wanted compensation for the plane ticket. The seamstress, whom the owner told me was the master seamstress for Neiman Marcus, did finally fix the dress the second time around. She pinned it exactly like she did on the original fitting so I am not sure what happened when the master seamstress originally did the alterations??? However, the store owner nor the seamstress offered any compensation for the plane ticket, did not offer an in-store credit for compensation, did absolutely NOTHING. I would never recommend this store to anybody. The store is extremely over-priced and the store has no customer service or concern. All the store wants is your MONEY!

I was referred to come here by another bridal shop. I came in with my mom and future mother in-law and was greeted warmly and helped right away. We did let them know what our budget was and they picked out a few dresses for the moms. Everything was fine until I arrived in the dressing room and the moms had just tried on their first dresses. We liked one dress for my mom except it was black and white which arent acceptable colors to wear to a wedding for traditional Chinese people. We asked if it came in other colors and the lady said no. Then she asked my mom why she had tried on the dress, knowing she wasnt going to purchase it, forgetting that earlier on they said some dresses came in other colors. I thought that was rude but I didnt say anything. My mom tried on another dress which she liked, but when asked what the price was the lady said $1300 which is more then double what we said our budget was. I mean if my mom loved a dress, Im all about spending a little more. Not more then double. Also, the moms were speaking chinese because thats their first language and after every sentence, the lady would ask my mom or mother in law what did you say?. I thought that was a little intrusive and rude. I found a dress I liked but both mothers said the color wasnt flattering for me. Meanwhile the owner (I believe) said it looks gorgeous (of course). I wasnt 100% sure and wanted opinions from my friends but pictures arent allowed (I completely understand). I asked the price of the dress and the lady said $500. I said since I would have to do alterations, $400 would be the highest I can go. She offered $450 if I took it on the spot. I told her Id think about it but she said it was a good price. I said I really can only do $400 and she went on a rant about how I wouldnt do this at Kleinfelds (where I bought my wedding dress) and how she knew the owners and that I was insulting her. Well, if she really knew the owners then shed know they rarely let a bride try on a dress thats over their budget. I told her I would grab a drink at Starbucks and think about it. When we all exited the fitting room, the other owner said we should really go to Davids Bridal because they were more in our price range. I wasnt sure if this was an insult until I started to explain that we were willing to spend a little more if the moms found something they loved (little meaning like $150-200) but he walked away. That was the last straw and the idea of returning with my friends flew out of my head. Clearly these owners dont know hospitality and that a satisfied customer tells 2-3 people but an unsatisfied customer tells 8-10. Or maybe theyre just racist. Who knows. I just know I left with a bad taste in my mouth and we didnt deserve to be treated like that. My family and friends will be taking our business elsewhere. Even if we have to drive to LA for a dress.
