Coren was so professional and friendly. She didn’t pressure me into a dress. I loved how coren asked me questions about what i loved most about each dress. Her questions helped guide me to saying yes to my dress. Coren also made me feel comfortable and confident when trying on each dress. The store was beautiful, clean and i loved the by appointment only. We had the whole place to ourself which made it fee very exclusive.

First of all, the dresses in this store are absolutely beautiful! I had the opportunity to work with Coren during my appointment and had a great experience. We had a phone consultation the day before my appointment, and based on that she pulled dresses and had them ready for me when I went in for my appointment. She knocked her picks out of the park, and I ended up with the first dress I tried on! She definitely listened to what I wanted and helped me find the absolute perfect dress. She was also very respectful of my budget and if I picked out a dress above what I had originally planned on spending she let me know and didnt try to upsell me at all. She also had great tips about weddings in general and made the experience so much fun. Highly recommend!

Had the best experience here! Jordan was truly a saint. I felt like she was reading my mind! It was such an easy and relaxed appointment which was great. They were super supportive. Im so glad I got my dress here and would highly recommend everyone coming here ask for Jordan! I couldnt have asked for a better experience, she really helped me to feel my best!

I cannot rave about this shop enough! Its a $25 deposit to reserve your date, so be aware of that, but its COMPLETELY worth your time to shop here. You walk in, and the store is so open and clean and organized. The sitting area is super cute, and the lighting in the shop is perfect! The big windows let in enough light that you know exactly what your dress will look like. Enough about the shop though, the girl (I believe her name is Jordan?) is the sweetest person! She was extremely accommodating, and she already had my top pick dresses out a d waiting when I got there. She offered my entourage something to drink, and we headed back to try on dresses. This girl knows what she is doing, and Im going to assume every other person that works in the shop is the same. She was able to piece together what I wanted in a dress after trying a few that I liked but didnt love. SHE was the one that found the dress the I bought. SHE was extremely kind in the fitting rooms offering worlds of encouragement and letting me vent. SHE handled my eccentric famy with grace. SHE made this experience the best thing ever! She even checked up later on about my purchase to make sure I was happy.. I even went to a few stores after and NONE OF THEM compared to this place. I highly recommend finding your perfect dress with the people you love here. Great experience and if I could give this place a 10000/5 stars I would. Thank you so much for helping me find my dress and making an experience that most people find strenuous and terrible into something exciting and magical. ❤

Jordan and Tiffany at Lovely Bride Phoenix were amazing! The customer service was greater than I ever could have imagined. My dream dress was not available in the Phoenix location so they had it shipped from their Dallas location for me to try on. Jordan was super sweet, comforting, and knowledgeable. So far so good!I made the appointment with a 25$ no refundable deposit to make the appointment… I’m not sure if that is normal but it wasn’t for me hah… must have people the flake often.Was the first appointment of the day which I loved!! Had the entire store to myself. Was able to use the giant mirror in the front with the amazing lighting! The aesthetic was so nice. Neutrals which I love!I knew what dress I wanted to try on since I had done my research;) definitely check out their social media platforms gave me an idea of what they had.I walked in and told her I’m here to try on one dress and maybe a few like it. Well the one dress I had gone for was IT!The associate their was the sweetest!!. Loved how supportive she made me feel. When we sat down to talk numbers I felt as though I was talking to a friend.Thank you lovely team❤️

Fantastic store. The designers carried here are unique and make beautiful, one of a kind dresses you can’t find in other area stores. Our assistant Madison was fantastic and made the day so great! This is the best bridal shopping experience I’ve had at any store yet - walked away with 3 dresses I would be happy to wear!

BEST SHOP EVER. This place is so boho chic but goes beyond that. If youre looking for something beyond the typical wedding style this is the place to GO! The staff was amazing and just the over aesthetic of the shop. They treat you like family and do what ever they can to make your wedding dream a REALITY. Easiest yes EVER!

Tory is super sweet and attentive.She is quick to respond to emails and answer all questions as well. I haven’t received my dress as of yet since it’s not expected to be in just yet, but so far I’ve been super happy with my experience.As for the bridal shop, the dresses here are GORGEOUS! The first dress I tried on ended up being the one I picked. Super stoked to wear it for my vow renewal!

Tory Stangl at Lovely Bride was an absolute dream to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel so comfortable right away. The boutique has the most beautiful decor and ambiance, and of course the most perfectly curated collection of gowns. The pre appointment call to qualify my styles and what dresses I wanted to have pulled for me was so helpful. Tory guided me through the entire process and made the appointment so smooth. Because of her expertise, I could truly be in the moment with my sister and bridesmaid and enjoyed every magical moment of finding THE ONE.

They make you fill out a “personal profile” online and pick out 5+ dresses before going in, which really helped Tory (my bridal stylist) understand the type of dresses I was looking for from the get go. Amazing experience! The gals at Lovely Bride had me pick our my favorite dresses on a wishlist before my appointment. They also called a couple days beforehand to ask more about how they could make my day feel more special. Tory was a great assistant during the day! I had an amazing time at Lovely Bride! This is the first dress shop I went to and the only one I needed to go to! Before my appointment I was able to ask them all the questions I had and they were always readily available through email and lnstagram. In the appointment questionnaire I really felt that the girls at Lovely Bride seek to know you and your style, it makes the appointment and whole experience feel so personal. The shop is beautiful everything is so elegant, it really makes you feel like a bride. Lovely Bride has such a beautiful selection of dresses in a variety of styles and silhouettes. Lavi was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful! She helped me with everything I needed and helped me with things I hadn’t even thought of. I found the perfect dress and am so excited for my wedding day. I can’t recommend Lovely Bride Phoenix enough!! Perfect place to say yes!

It was such an intimate and personal experience with Madison. She is incredibly professional and knew how to adjust as she pulled styles. She hit a homerun, second dress pulled, and its the one! Literally cannot say enough great things about this store and the wonderful gals working there! From first appointment to pick up, everyone was so friendly and genuinely cared that I found the perfect dress that fit my style! Lavi actually pulled the dress I chose and said I think this will fit you so well and it’s totally your style! She was so right! Had me and my mom in tears and I cancelled all my further appointments. So excited to wear that beautiful gown in October. My parents flew in from out of town and we had a completely full weekend of dress shopping with lots of stops. Lovely Bride had the most selection in the style I was looking for and Tory did an excellent job helping me pick the perfect dress! I went to Lovely after trying on about 15 dresses and nothing being quite right, and I was so glad I did! From the moment I booked an appointment at Lovely Bride I was impressed with their attention and care. Madison contacted me and requested a brief phone call a few days prior to my appointment so that we could discuss what I wanted and didn’t want based off of my Wishlist created online. During that time she was very sweet and helpful and put me at ease (this was my first dress shopping experience).Upon arrival she was welcoming and had some of my Wishlist dressed ready in the waiting room. During the try ons she consistently asked follow up questions and selected more gowns based off of exactly what I communicated. She was so easy going and made the whole experience a really lovely one for myself and my sisters who accompanied me.I found two dresses I absolutely loved that I M still deciding between.I have one more gown store appointment out of state and they have incredibly high expectations to meet after my experience here. (If I don’t find my dream dress there I will be calling Madison same day to place my order!)Definitely cannot recommend Madison and Lovely Bride enough!!!

Madison was very patient with me as I tried on several dresses trying to find the one and also humoring my friends who wanted me to try on styles outside of my comfort zone. I found the dress of my dreams with her help and can’t wait to come back in June when it arrives!

I decided to stop in Lovely Bridal today to get an idea of what type of dress I want to get for my wedding and the sales associate was extremely rude to my sister and I. The sign said open and the door was wide open but when she learned we were just looking she asked for us to leave. Her energy from the beginning to the end was unwelcoming and unwilling to help. She made a very exciting experience for a bride very discouraging and disappointing. I do not recommend this place for such an important day in your life. Especially since they are totally ok with ruining a brides moment.

Lavi was sooooo incredible (and patient) and truly went out of her way to ensure that my family and I had the best experience possible!! She pushed me to try things outside of my original comfort zone, and thanks to her I found my dream dress!!! I went to other bridal stores and not only did the selection not match Lovely Bride’s, but the customer service couldn’t even come close. It was all-around an incredible day, and I can’t recommend them enough!!

WOW! I found out about Lovely due to a truck show for a specific designer Im obsessed with and booked an appointment. I even wanted a dress from their LA store and Hannah hooked it up! I paid a deposit that went towards the dress of my dreams and she had it at the Scottsdale store in time for my appointment.Let me just say, working with Hannah was AMAZING. Girl is fun, but very professional, with a no pressure attitude that makes you feel right at home. She asks great questions to get you thinking, Is this my dream dress? I did not feel rushed for even a moment of my appointment.In the end the dress that was shipped from another location was not meant to be, but I did find the perfect dress for my wedding. I left confident that I had made the right decision without a doubt in my mind that I had found the right dress for me. I would recommend Lovely (and specifically working with Hannah) to any bride to be!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Lovely Bride Phoenix!! I visited them in September to shop for dresses and had an appointment with Hannah, the store manager. Hannah was authentic and sweet, only showing me dresses that fit my budget, and offering additional suggestions for dresses that she thought I would like. After trying on only a few, I fell in love with a Leanne Marshall dress! I went home to think about my decision, came back the next day to try it on again, and then purchased it a 2 days later!! Hannah made the whole process so simple and easy. She sent me email updates on the dress production and seemed just as excited as I was when the dress finally arrived! I received so many compliments on my dress and felt like I was floating around all day wearing it. I would highly recommend Lovely Bride for any brides, it was an amazing experience from start to finish :)

The dress selection is expansive and brimming with wonderful styles, but the real star of the show here is LBs stylist and manager, Hannah. Thank you, thank you, thank you Hannah for being the perfect person to help guide an eloping bride through the wedding dress process!

Great private session. My girlfriend asked me to come for her friends session. Selection might look small at first but its much more varied than other chain stores.

By far the WORST experience. The salon as well as a lot of the dresses were dirty. I wasn’t greeted for 10 minutes after arriving. When my stylist, Katelyn, gave me a card with the dress I liked she had the wrong name on the card. She didn’t even know who I was or asked who I brought with me. Stylists were not dressed appropriately. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a nice experience.

This place seriously has the best selection of dresses! Hannah is such a delight. Best place in Scottsdale for sure.
