Excellent work and customer service

I was first introduced to Sylvia to have a bridesmaid dress altered and she did a fabulous job. When it came time for me to get married, I did not want a wedding dress that anybody else would have so I asked her if she did custom designs and she did! I had a free consultation with her and brought some sample fabric. I told her what I was envisioning and she gave suggestions. The entire process was wonderful. She responds to texts very quickly, she never missed an appointment, was always friendly and helpful, and the quote she gave me was the price I paid. No hidden charges or last minute price increases. Best of all, my dress turned out PERFECT!! It fit perfect during the entire wedding day and looked stunning in the photographs. I could not be more happy with the experience. Not only do I have a custom, one of a kind wedding dress, but I also didnt have to break the bank. For any alterations or dry cleaning needs in the future, Sylvia will be the only person I trust. I will gladly recommend her to others as well!

Called to see if theyre able to give estimates over the phone, and the lady asked if Id like to make an appointment. I asked again if theyre able to give estimates, and the lady asked if I need their address. I said no, I know the address. are u able to give prices over the phone the lady started giving me the address. after asking multiple times after, i told her id just be calling somewhere else and she said okay.

I was so impressed by the service I received at AAA Custom Tailoring! I waited until the last minute to shorten a bridesmaid dress for a Labor Day wedding. I had to leave town in 3 days and was afraid I was out of luck. However, when I arrived at AAA Custom Tailoring, I was greeted warmly and assured that my dress would be ready 2 days later before I had to fly across the country. That was exactly what happened! I have visited AAA Tailors for a variety of work, many times, and each and every visit is absolutely remarkable. They have performed alterations on several types of materials (jeans, dress slacks), also button sewing and small tear repair. Best of all - they are very attention-to-detail oriented. Work is completed by the scheduled delivery time, price is quite fair, and most importantly: the work is of absolute and utmost high quality!!!I know I will be returning, and would recommend them to anyone I know! In fact, from Gilbert to Glendale I would drive here - trust me, its more than worth it! Deal in complete confidence here, folks! Sylvia is fabulous and an absolute lifesaver!! She did a magical alteration job on my wedding dress!! I would highly recommend this store and their services, as they are excellent at doing alterations, are fast and reasonably priced! I called around to other alteration stores prior to calling Sylvia at AAA Custom Tailoring, and I am glad that all the other stores were non-responsive or snobby & way overpriced!!! We had the owner Sylvia clean our wedding dress after our wedding. After get it back from them there is obvious signs of dirt on the dress and make up that wasnt cleaned off at all! After talking to Sylvia about these issues her response was theres no way to make it 100% clean. Took it to another dry cleaner and they said that the dress could easily be cleaned!! Had to pay an extra $100 to get it right..I would not recommend the shop

Ive used AAA Custom Tailoring over 5 times now and theyve always done a tremendous job. They are prompt, they do exactly what they say, and they are very reasonably priced. I use them every time I have to get clothes tailored, which is a lot considering Im 65.If you want good service take your clothes to these folks.
