The Pavillions are growing and improving. I dont sense it at this location.If you walk the store there are some excellent drpartments.
Everything I was looking to purchase was on the shelves. The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were masked and respectfully distancing. I love to shop at Target
I think this target has a lot of stuff that my frequently visited target doesnt have so its fun to go even though its kinda far plus they have very pleasant employees and great customer service.
It’s been a week and my item that was available for 2 day shipping still has not arrived. I feel like this is false advertising, as I could have purchased the item at multiple different stores and had it that day but I figured, if I can have it delivered in 2 days that would be easier. If it said 7 day shipping I would not have bought it from target. Every day the tracking number says it’s arriving today, So I assumed it would be there when I got home from work. But every day it doesn’t show and at 10pm it switches to say it will be there the next day. I feel like there should be some sort of class action lawsuit filed against Target since I am hearing that I am not the only one this has happened to. When I tried talking to customer service they were dismissive and told me to wait 2 more days. After 2 more days I contacted them again and again I was told to give it 2 more days. I will NEVER use Targets website again and you shouldn’t either.
Horrible experience! Ordered an Xbox online, we get the confirmation and “ready for pickup” email. I check my bank account, they take the money. So we should be good right? No! Drive 40 minutes to find out that they canceled my order. No email, no text…nothing. I ask for a supervisor, Christian comes in to help? No, Christian could care less and acted like we were bothering him. Zero help, says oh you’ll get your money back in a couple of days. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Well, thanks for nothing little man, I realize it must suck working at Target but at least try to help. Needless to say, I will never shop at a Target again!
Not the biggest Target Ive ever been to but definitely the best in my opinion. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Had two interactions with the manager and she was very helpful and we even shared a laugh. I used to be a walmart guy, but then i got married and had to visit target at least once a week. Now Id rather make a target run than head into walmart. Especially this location. Cleanest bathrooms hands down!
Store is always clean, staff is always polite and helpful. The circle deals with ibotta and coupons make their prices extremely competitive.
Has everything you might need, but products are pretty low-quality.
The customer service was great and the pick up was easy. I did not wait in line for more than a few seconds. I was very satisfied with the overall pick up process. Store is nice inside and out.
My family loves to go to Targets. No matter what state you are in, you get the same wonderful experience and the cleanest stores. Today we are at the Talking Stick location. Ive been a loyal Target customer for many years. Up until yesterday this was my primary Target store. I went in yesterday to exchange an Up and Up sun screen spray that had a defective spray button. There was a lady in front of me at the customer service counter with a bag full of clothes that she was returning. After about 10 minutes I realized she might be a while so I told the clerk that I needed to exchange a defective product and would go get the replacement and left my sun screen spray at the counter. Im sure the clerk who was at customer service recognized me as a regular customer. Ive had her many times at the checkout counters and customer service and weve spoken before. Up until today shes always been wonderful to work with. When I returned with the replacement sun screen the other customer was leaving. The clerk tried to scan my spray but there was no bar code on it. I originally purchased a two-pack and the bar code was on the plastic wrapping around the two cans of spray. I didnt bring a receipt as I dont keep receipts for small items that I purchase. I figured since this is a house brand product thats only sold by Target and is defective there should be no problem getting an even exchange. I was wrong. The clerk told me that I could only return it if I brought in the 2nd can that came in the two pack. So it looks like Targets policy is if you purchase a two pack of their products and one of the products in the two pack is defective then you need to bring both products back in order to exchange the one thats defective. Problem is with sunscreen you would typically throw away the sunscreen spray after its been used and is empty which is what I did so I didnt have the 2nd can. I asked to speak with the manager. The clerk declined telling me the manager would give me the same answer. This is not how you keep your customers coming back. They wasted an hour of my time today between round trip to the store and waiting in line, not to mention the gas I used. When I got home I called to file a complaint with Target customer service. I was told they will send me a gift card to cover the expense of one can of sunscreen spray and add $3 to it to cover my time and gas. So an hour of my time, a half gallon of gas and being treated like Im a criminal is worth $3 to them. I wont do business with a company who shows me zero respect.
Nice clean store. The new remodel is a little more scattered than I like; however, everything is well marked and well stocked.
Tempe Rio is my main location, however this location is a great back up. A little slow at Starbucks, the door greeter is always pleasant. 🎯
Great Target, clean, friendly staff and close to great wolf lodge.... come here to load up on snacks if you’re staying there. Did a pick up order too.... ready in 20 min!

The bathrooms are the nastiest I’ve ever seen at a target. There worse than gas station bathrooms. You would think with the corona virus they would be cleaner but definitely not. I will never go back!
Had an easy and efficient stop! The staff gathered my products and had them ready within an hour rather than the 4 hour wait window! I was surprised at the ease of this process and the staff were very friendly. Thank you Target
The worst experience by far. The store manager, Trina, was the upmost rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Hopefully she gets more training on customer service and how to talk to employees AND customers. Extremely unprofessional to have someone like that as a store manager.

The representative that sold me the xbox also sold me a protection plan. I changed my mind immediately after i purchased it and the rep told me he couldnt refund it that i have to call a phone number. Then i called them, they transferred me to another dept. Who then transferred me to another department. I was transferred multiple times. Only to find out each one wouldnt take ownership of the problem and they finally told me to go back to the store. Im guessing the rep gets commission on the protection plan and didnt want to refund it. This is ridiculous. I will never use Target again.
They still require masks but theres no enforcement so you are allowed to show off how selfish and ignorant you are at this store.

Kei is very rude I asked if a credit card had been returned and she couldn’t even check she just said no didn’t ask for my name or anything. Other than that everyone else was very nice and helpful.
This Target is my favorite location
I went into the Pima and Indian Bend location (Pavillions) and purchased a Ninja mixer and went through the self-checkout, had a customer service rep grab my large box since it appeared to be cumbersome. He held the box for me all the way through checkout, was so extremely friendly. Then when I had difficulty getting my receipt, another rep helped me, sooo friendly, super patient! Really took the stress out of shopping, masking. Such a pleasant experience!! I was there on 11/28/20
I ordered online and in less than 12 hours my order was ready. The employees were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase and I would highly recommend to everyone
Wow I am so grateful for the staff here, they are top notch! I asked for cash back at the self-checkout and totally spaced taking it when I left. Employees at this Target are noticeably less friendly than any other Target in the valley Ive been to, and this has been my observation for a few years now. I dont know what it is about this location, but I really try my best to avoid it for this reason. I hope they can find a way to turn it around.

I find the store easy to navigate and very clean. Helpful staff. However, with the new self check-out area, there isnt enough cashiers and it can make for long lines.
Super fast and easy, from order to ready for pick up less than 30 minutes. Would have taken more time to drive there, find the shoes myself, and purchase than have Target do it for me! Woman who took care of me (didn’t get her name) was AMAZING! Super sweet and fast. Loved it

Amidst the stress and uncertainty of COV-19, and the baffling shortage of paper products, this Target not only had some on hand, but every staff member this morning was calm, polite and professional. Most of the crowd, and line at the door, were polite, but not all. Regardless, staff members handled all customers with courtesy and class.Well led, well staffed, well done!
I was really happy that my order got ready so fast. I was in a hurry and it was after 9pm, but they had my order ready without me asking in about 10-15 minutes. Couldnt have asked for anything to go better.
Garbage curbside waited over 30 mins for pick up no apology don’t waste your time for curbside here unless you have nothing to do

I’ve been to this location hundreds of times. This Target’s renovation is beautiful and was very much needed. The store is usually very clean and reasonably laid out. Sometimes the selection is a bit limited, but I always check the Target app to see if they have what I need before going. (The app is so convenient.) I must say I have seen a couple employees be a bit rude and/or less knowledgeable, but the rest of them are great and all about customer service.
Clean store, good customer service, decent prices (not to mention a Starbucks in most Targets!). Just tried out their order online and pick up in store feature...I have to say, it was easy, and Ill be doing it again! Associate in store was great, too, as he helped get four guest receipts printed for me!

The team members were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I needed. The Easter section is very well organized, and I found everything I needed to make the perfect Easter basket!
While I used to love this Target, I have to bring up something I noticed another person also wrote review on. The inventory of this location is not accurate at ALL in correlation to the app. I think it’s awesome target has an app, I used to use it all the time. However, most of the time it says they have something in stock when they DON’T. The other day my app showed they were OUT of stock in something but when I entered the store, there were like 25 of them. I don’t usually complain... but business wise, I find this to be an issue since many customers are starting to use the target app, and the “drive up” feature. The other night it was raining HARD and I ordered a space heater to pick up through the drive up feature. Half an hour later, got a notification it was “out of stock” in the store, even though it was “in stock” when I purchased it (??). I then place another order for a different “in stock” space heater, and of course 30 minutes later I get the same “out of stock” notification. By this point, I had finished my other errands and arrived at target. I then CALLED and asked if they could tell me what’s actually in stock, and if I could place an ANOTHER order for drive up to have it brought to me, but was told that wouldn’t be possible because they need “two HOURS” to register an order. I gave them two hours with the first and second order. How does it take TWO HOURS to bring one space heater to someone’s car. So I ran inside to get it myself, and OF COURSE, the app says the heaters are located in one specific section/isle and they are NOT there. I have to search around and find the correct isle, which as I said is not the same one stated on the app. I don’t mean to come across as a Karen, and I’m usually very understanding of these types of things...but I just find this a little aggravating. If you’re going to have an app that is supposed to help the consumer, then it should do just that or not exist at all. If employees aren’t going to keep track of stock, then the “in stock” and “out of stock” feature simply shouldn’t exist. Not keeping track of stock is exactly how people get away with stealing, and I think the poor practices of this place are kind of damaging to the company of target as a whole.

Love shopping at Target, they are a One Stop Shop. I went with a Christmas list for a 10 year old girl.....I found everything on her list 12 items. Except for Slime Kite. A very nice sales person, looked it up for me and told me you do not carry it anymore. I went on line and it was not available. Save time, shop Target for all your holiday needs.

Hunting for Exclusive release day pops. No one knows anything, 3 shipments go missing as explained to me by employees.. but yet they were not stolen. Dont really care about first come first severed they will put out when ever they feel necessary. Place is hit or miss mainly Miss
Had an issue with an exchange I tried to do yesterday - Came back today to get it resolved and the manager, Michelle, was just wonderful. She patiently listened to me explain what happened and then assured me she would make it right and make it easy for me - and she did. Really saved me a lot of headache and frustration. This Target is clean and well organized. It is also well stocked and I was able to ask an employee in one section about something and they directed me to the exact area in another section. Also I went in wandering about the whole store as most people do in Target and realized my smart watch was gone. I knew I had it earlier in the store and retraced my steps everywhere. I thought for sure it was gone and went up to customer service. An employee had found it and turned it in. They could have been dishonest and kept it. Or even just continued with their work and turned it in later. But when they found it they took it straight up and had it locked up in lost and found. I always appreciate a clean well managed store but employees like this are what make big name stores like Target so successful.
Target is my go-to store for all my health & beauty, paper products and other dry goods. I also buy many of my groceries at Target, since the expansion years ago. This Target location however, even after the recent renovation, is poorly stocked and their customer service skills are not as good as I am accustomed to receiving at my north San Diego, California locations. The store is understaffed and the staff that is there is either over-worked or they simply dont care to help. Had these issues happened once or twice, I could over-look them, but since it seems to be consistent, I will be finding another location.

Worst customer service ever! Long time Target customer and I have never been treated so poorly!! Anywhere! Ever! This store is experiencing credit card readers issues and they couldnt admit after 3 cards that they were the ones with issues. I have no credit card debt. Nothing on any of my cards and I was yelled at by the store manager! Unbelievable!
Hi Target❤️, I need help with an inventory issue that nobody at the actual store feels qualified to do anything about. Inventory in the Market section is incorrect on several items that I need regularly. The system says 19 in stock, but there are none. Had the employees check the back, too. System says the store hasnt been sent any of that item in over a month. Time for an inventory audit. Thank you.

I recently went to Target to look at some patio furniture. My girlfriend and I were checking it out online before arriving. We instantly knew, based on sale price, and quality, that we wanted this set. When we were checking out, Nicole from guest services was great! She was so patient with us as we had a few extra requests to take care of at the counter. She was very personable and friendly! Finally, she was very knowledgeable when it came to helping us with our multiple requests. She certainly made us feel good about shopping at Target and exemplifies what good customer service is! These are the kind of interactions that will keep Target on the forefront of my mind when it comes to product purchases like this one.
Went in for groceries. More selection than circle k and cheaper than circle k. However, the are 7 grocery stores within a 2.5 mile radius with better prices and selection. Tell me, why do I want to shop here again?

Starbucks employees don’t know how to properly charge you for a drink. They did not only over charged me but also messed up my drink I asked for soy milk and gave me regular milk. Very upsetting.

Very well lit now. However I miss the brands I always looked for at Target i.e. Merona and Mossima t-shirts. I do not like the new brands. Seems though you ate now pushing plus sizes. So where do I get my tshirts now? Another store I guess.
