Today I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding customer service from Taylor as she answered all of my questions regarding compatible car seats for my new stroller. From start to finish she was able to identify the features I was looking for, provide the product that suits our family the best, and forwarded a couple links for comparison. I asked what seemed to be a million questions and Taylor was able to pin point and answer ALL of them! As a new parent I am very appreciative for all of the helpful insight and honest feedback. I look forward to being a Stolleria customer for all of my babies needs due to the excellent customer service & helpful articles which puts them over the edge!

Product selection is pretty good and sales people are helpful in store.There was an issue with the rewards system and not being able to use them prior to expiring but was able to remedy this with the owner.If you do have a reward make sure to redeem before the six months and then that will extend it some more time if needed. I did not know about this process until speaking with them directly.
We ordered a Babyzen YOYO2 through Strolleria and returned the item due to it being to short for my husband to push it. After unboxing it, we returned it (packaged the same way it came in) because it was not a fit for us. After we had returned the item (with NO damage), they basically said we had excessively used it, damaged it in several places, and are now refusing to refund us the full amount back to our card. They said they will refund us about 55% of the price or give us store credit. After they have treated us fraudulently and fabricated damages, we want nothing to do with them and only want our money back, in full. We would never recommend anyone to buy from this company. This has put us in financial strain as we need to buy another stroller but Strolleria isnt refunding us.
I would definitely not recommend Strolleria! I placed an order for a stroller and used a coupon that was provided on the site. Now they are canceling my order because they do not want to allow me to use the discount code that was available at the time of purchase! Instead of honoring their mistake they have now canceled my stroller that I needed for our vacation next week. I have purchased several strollers and car seats from this company in the past. It’s just good business practice to treat people how you would want to be treated especially loyal customers! Definitely will not be supporting this business again or referring anyone I know who is looking for a high end stroller!Per response from company - my order was canceled before the owner called and offered the 20% off the retail price. I was able to purchase the stroller from another retailer using additional discounts on top of the sale price ( funny since you claim the stroller manufacturers doesn’t allow that) as soon as I found out my order had been canceled. If you scroll through the negative reviews you can see I am not the first person who has dealt with this same issue. If you were so passionate about giving your customer a good experience you would have already fixed your system to not allow this discount or honor the discount since you had not corrected your system.
Purchased the Nuna Pepp Next Stroller online and it arrived within 3 days to Washington state. Extremely happy with the product. Sarah, from the online chat, was very helpful and communicative and went the extra mile to double check that the stroller was in stock prior to ordering. Most thorough and quick customer service going!! Im from Canada and I had ordered a travel system to be shipped to the States, without realizing that the car seat portion was not certified for use in Canada. They flagged my payment address immediately and brought it to my attention and amended my order effortlessly. Jasmin was a fantastic customer service representative - pleasant, efficient and so helpful. With their rewards program I was also able to basically cover the cost of purchasing the stroller accessories! Would highly recommend their business!
I recently visited the Strolleria store and ended up chatting with one of the owners, Amy, who couldnt have been more helpful! She listened to some initial feedback on how wed be using the stroller to help guide us towards a few models that would best fit our needs. She then patiently showed us each of the strollers and encouraged us to push them around and try folding them up and lifting them so we could feel how they were different from one another. We were initially pretty overwhelmed by the bajillion options out there, and she was such a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend visiting the store in person if you can! Their staff was also really friendly and helpful when I called a few days later with some additional questions about a car seat too. Great customer experience all around!

If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered an uppababy car seat stroller combo from them, it wasn’t cheap but after some research I decided it was worth it. Unfortunately the stroller we received is defective. The canopy that shades baby will not stay in place, it may not sound like a big deal but constantly having to pull it back in place every 1-2 minutes gets old fast. I contacted strolleria to let them know about the issue, they informed me that my stroller was under warranty but I would have to go through uppababy directly, so I did. I was sent a replacement canopy that did not solve the issue. Call me crazy but I think it’s insane to require a customer to disassemble and repair a brand new stroller, regardless of the $1,000 price… that’s just bad customer service. I called uppababy and let them know that their replacement part did not work, they said “we have been notified that we sent out a batch of strollers to retailers that have defective canopies and unfortunately since we don’t sell directly to the public you have to contact the store you purchased it from for a replacement” well, strolleria doesn’t accept returns… when I first called I was told it was due to covid but today I was informed that this is their policy always. It’s one thing to not accept a return just because you used something a didn’t like it (although I think they should) but to not accept a return of a defective item you sent to a customer is absolutely ridiculous… I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of them. As well as uppababy products… not worth the money. I have reported this company to the Better business bureau.Wow! Look at that condescending response… thank you for proving my point that your customer service is AWFUL. Let me help you out, it’s really simple… THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. So are you saying I’m lying? I absolutely was told by uppababy that there was a bath of defective strollers sent out. Also, just because it was purchased in November doesn’t mean it was used. My baby was born in May, so it is indeed BRAND NEW. Unfortunately my x-ray vision isn’t up to par and I couldn’t see through the box to inspect the canopy, so I had to open it. Dumbest policy ever. Clearly you don’t have faith in the products you sell because you have to make up bogus rules like this. Again, I have already warned everyone I know to stay away from your company.
Best brick and mortor shop to test drive strollers! There is no way to really pick a stroller online. I wanted to really feel how each one functioned. Sara was amazing, answered all of our questions, and made me feel confident in our choices. The best part? I utilized this business when i was expecting my twins to figure out what dual stroller carseats were available and then the staff helped me to install seat after seat in my subaru until we figured out which pairing worked with my existing toddler seat for a seamless and safe three across set up. highly recommend.

I had a bad experience with the company. My order didnt ship for a week, so I called them. They ended up cancelling my order without my permission. Basically because they accepted a 20% off coupon code they werent supposed to for the product I ordered. When I called, they said I can place the order again, but wouldnt be able to use the coupon. They should have honored the price.
We wanted to take advantage of a great sale on our Uppababy stroller from this store. We had some questions about our purchase and used the live chat. They answered all our questions and were very easy to work with. I was already impressed. Then, we got our stroller even earlier than they predicted it would be sent. By the way, we live in NY so I was amazed by the quick delivery during this pandemic. Overall, 5-star service from this store. I only wish I lived in Arizona so I could thank them in person....and shop more!

My daughter and my son-in-law had been eyeing this stroller. I was planning on purchasing from Amazon initially because I wanted to use my PayPal line of credit but Amazon has their own. I did a little research and found Strolleria. I found what they wanted and called just to verify they did in fact except Paypal. Jazman walked me through the ordering process which was on a Monday... Received it on Thursday. Noah isnt here until Nov BUT my daughter and son-in-law are very pleased with our purchase. From looking and purchasing and then receiving it in just FOUR days! *****F I V E Stars***** all the way!
This company is quite possibly the most difficult store to work with. My husband and I have shopped here twice and both times were awful. The first time we wanted to see a Nuna travel bag. I wanted to see if our car seat and the stroller fit inside. It was the only local place that had the bag and I wanted to try it before buying it. Pretty standard request of anyone purchasing a high dollar item. The person helping us was very turned off by our request and continually told us if she has to unbox the bag and it doesn’t fit then we would be charged a re-stocking fee. What!!!!Most recently I bought a uppababy rumble seat online from them. I tried to return the seat as we ended up returning our vista v2 and didn’t need or want the seat anymore. I read online that a re-stocking fee of 30% would be taken off of the return price for it not being in the original box. I had accepted that.Apparently they also have a 60 day return policy. So I’m out $200 because they won’t take a brand new seat back. It has NEVER been used. There’s so much emphasis to shop small these days but I will happily take my business to Nordstrom who values their customers and does what they need to do to keep them happy. Go have a look at their Facebook reviews before purchasing. Customers are number 1 and this company just lost one forever.
Im a first time mom with a lot of questions. I really appreciated the videos and website -how they clearly explain the virtues and differences of various stroller and car seat models. From a customer service perspective I could not be happier with Strolleria. They were able to answer my questions over the phone and were prompt in responding via email when I needed help with my registry. Every encounter I had with an employee was professional and friendly. I really appreciate the time they took with me. Since I live about two hours away, all my purchases were made online, but the level of customer service I received truly was on par as if I was there shopping in person. I highly recommend!

I purchased a slumberpod, something that was offered on multiple websites, not just Strolleria. I went with Strolleria because their website led me to believe that I should receive the item in 2 days after the ship date, which turned out to be not the case. In the end, we didnt receive the item until AFTER we had left for our camping trip. Also, I never got notified that the item had shipped and didnt get tracking info until after I called. Come to find out, the item had shipped two days prior to my call but from an entirely different part of the country from what I was led to believe on the website which resulted in increased transit time. Updating to 3 stars because Amy called and mentioned they had fixed the website so it wasnt misleading anymore.
Our experience with Strolleria has been nothing short of amazing. Their entire team was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We have since bought 2 strollers, a baby car seat and a bunch of other accessories all on different occasions. Each time we were greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. Not pushy at all to make the sale either. I would HIGHLY recommend them and would not go anywhere else. These guys rock!!
We had the best experience with Amy and Brooke from Strolleria. My husband and I are expecting our third child, and will have 2 under 2 come May. We needed a double stroller and also needed to upgrade our sons car seat to a convertible seat. We visited the store in Scottsdale twice before finally coming in to make a purchase yesterday. At our first visit, Drew spent a lot of time showing us different models and demonstrated how they worked. We had specific needs for travel and he pointed us in a great direction. The second visit, we brought our little guy to make sure he would be comfortable in whatever stroller we purchased for him and his baby sister. Amy and Brooke helped us get in and out of different models and than gave us quotes for what we needed. It was efficient and very easy overall. Yesterday we walked in to make the purchase and Amy and Brooke had the transaction finished in less than 2 minutes, and we were able to pay a small fee to have their warehouse personnel open and assemble our new stroller while my husband installed the new car seat. Last night, my son rode home in the new chair and was so excited! We are so happy we found such a lovely small business to make our purchases. We received great service and detailed personal attention and that helped us make our decision with ease. High end strollers are an investment and I would recommend Strolleria to anyone in the market. Thank you!
I chose to shop at strolleria because they are small business and because their website gives extensive information on strollers I was looking for. After purchasing strollers from them I have two things to say about strolleria. Firstly, their customers service is awesome, fast and very cordial. They always answer calls and are prompt with email responses. Secondly, I had an issue with the first stroller I bought from them and needed an exchange --- long story short they handled everything every professionally and supported me, the customer, throughout. Also it helps stressed out moms/customers, that everyone in store who answers the phone/questions is very patient and sweet. My experience with this company has been amazing. I bought several things from buybuybaby and their customer service/wait time is terrible compared to Strolleria. Im glad I chose them. Thanks Strolleria!- mom of four kids

I was not sure what stroller and car seat should I buy. I’m a first time mom and with the several options on the market is easier to get confused. By watching Strolleria YouTube videos, I learned and made my decision to buy the Bugaboo Fox and the Bugaboo Turtle. After placing my purchase I decided to change the stroller base color and Amy and Rachel where extremely prompt and helpful with my request. I loved the experience, the customer service and of course the products they offer. Looking forward to do more business with them in the future. Very pleased.
I regret shopping small this time. I bought a floor model bumbleride at a great price but when I got home I was able to look closer at the stroller. I was very distracted in the store trying to make sure my kids didn’t knock anything over and I didn’t pay as close attention to detail as I should have as it was a final sale item. When I got home I noticed the stroller had little leaves and dirt in the crevices of the seat. I also saw that the wheels had faded from black to brown. The shop girls insisted that the stroller had only been kept inside but never properly explained why the stroller appeared to have been kept outside for some time. I also realized that using the skateboard attachment for my older child will not hold up on our bumpy terrain which I explained is where we would be using it. On our trails is when my older child gets tired and needs to hitch a ride on the stroller. I wish the shop girl would have pointed out I would not be able to use it for that. When I asked if I could exchange for a more expensive stroller, which would have made Strolleria more money, they said as it was a final sale item they would not exchange. They offered to make a warranty claim but that wouldn’t really help me.It was frustrating dealing with them, they don’t smile or make a very welcoming atmosphere, and I left with my needs not met. I wish I would have gone to Target in this case. But I hate when small shops don’t make it!Positives: I appreciate that you can go here and see the strollers in person. They also are not pushy with sales.
You can’t ask for a better company than this! They carry all of the bits and parts of high-end brands I’m looking for, but the best part is LIGHTENING FAST SHIPPING. Seriously, I had my package no more than 48 hours later in OKC! I’ll definitely be sending them all of my business :)

My husband and I went by Strolleria to compare 2 car seats that we could not decide between. Rachel spent a good amount of time with us and helped us make a decision, even letting us install the car seat in our car to see how it fits. We ended up purchasing a car seat from Rachel that day! Definitely a great experience and atmosphere shopping here.

Our family ordered us stroller and Other products here, they came Extremely LATE on shipment and TWO months late and came Demaged! Kill the joy!!!! They refused to refund to my account. But store credits. Why would I want more items from them if they don’t make convenience for customer! They force and lock the refund options from Custermer to continue to purchase from them!! They are internet scam !!!!🤬. Be careful.

I had previously visited a popular big box baby store chain and was given incorrect information regarding a car seat (after hours of investigation), but Amy was able to quickly sort through (in minutes!) and solve my problem to make my shopping experience smooth and easy. Amy was super nice and helpful! They have excellent selection of high end strollers. We bought a stroller and bassinet from Strolleria. Upon opening the bassinet at home we noticed a small tear in the mesh screening. We brought it back to show Amy and she replaced it on the spot with a new one right away and she dealt with the warranty issue! Excellent service!

Great store with fantastic selection of strollers and friendly and personal service from the owners! We needed a Bugaboo accessory on a short notice, a day before flying out of Phoenix. Many stores, and of course eBay, were able to send it in a week or two, but that would be too late. Strolleria had it in stock, and the store owner was kind enough to open the store before normal hours to allow us to be at the airport on time for the flight. While I came to buy a specific item, I couldnt help noticing the selection of strollers that easily beats other stores Ive seen. Overall, Strolleria was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend it.

My daughter and her husband just bought their first stroller at this place. Drew was very knowledgeable, kind and patient as they had a hard time deciding which stroller they wanted. It was an expensive purchase so they wanted to really be sure this was the right stroller for them. This is a new small business trying to get started in the area and we would like to give them as much support as possible. They were great, conveniently located, easy parking and very educated on their products. We will definitely go back there for the next purchase.
We ordered a stroller and child tray as they were advertised together on the website. It was an absolute requirement that our stroller have a child tray. We received the boxes with our product, both boxes were damaged! The child tray did not fit and when we went back on the website the tray was nowhere to be found.Then we called in to process our return and they don’t offer a return shipping label. $82 later, we had to pay to ship back the product. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Horrible service was misaligned in I’m leaving that my order will be canceled and I would receive a refund mom in the whole my package sent out conveniently enough to charge me move the 12% restocking fee/shipping fee there was more than enough time for them to stop the order but I made sure they sent it you’re better off shopping on another site that covers you for the type of things ( keep in mind the package is on opened it’s basically going right back and they could of stopped it) but they do anything for your 12%
Very cute little stroller boutique! I presume the woman who helped us was Amy, the owner, she was very helpful and let us push around the different strollers to get a feel for each of them. She was knowledgeable on each of the strollers and helped us make our decision. We purchased the Uppababy Cruz, and they had it in stock so we could take it home that day.
My husband and I went into Strolleria on a scouting mission to try and figure out which jogging stroller we should register for. We met Drew, one of the owners and he was awesome. We didnt feel pressured to purchase anything and he answered all of our questions about jogging strollers, travel strollers, and double strollers. He was super informative and it was obvious through the merchandise and store pricing policies he cares about the consumer and helping find the right fit. So glad I registered with Baby List so our friends and family will be able to support this local business!
Excited to see a boutique store that sells high end baby and toddler equipment like Strolleria in North Scottsdale. It eliminates the hassle of going to a larger chain store when in search of a product that requires a great deal of research, explanation and demonstration. Strolleria is also far less overwhelming then larger baby stores. The owners are very well educated and passionate about what they sell. I highly recommend Strolleria to those in search of a great shopping experience!

My husband and I were looking to simplify the process of buying essentials for our baby (stroller, bassinet, car seats, baby carrier, pack & play) but didn’t want to sacrifice on choices, quality or price. They had the car seat carrier I needed that day, which Buy Buy Baby did not have in stock. Will definitely be back for some needed products in the future!
Fantastic service and product!Amy offers an excellent customer service and her communication is prompt.I am Canadian and ordered the Uppababy vista with the extra rumble seat on Black Friday. Unfortunately, Strolleria doesn’t deliver outside of the USA. I used a receiving agency located by the borders. Once I got two FedEx notifications stating both boxes had arrived, I drove 2 hours and across the borders to pick up the items (the saving was worth it). Only one box was actually onsite. I contacted Amy from Strolleria and she was more than helpful. She chatted the the receiving agency employee and tried her best to understand what had happened in order to help me and save me another trip to the States. She was extremely quick to return my calls and emails... it ended up being the receiving agency and FedEx fault as the rumble seat had been mistakenly dropped to the wrong location. Amy was helpful and patient even though she had absolutely nothing to do with the situation.To all Americans, I strongly recommend buying from Strolleria as you are guaranteed an excellent service before AND after the purchase.

Drew was great at assisting my sister and I at looking at strollers. After an hour I finally made my decision. No pressure was ever put on me. I just was so indecisive. I was looking for a discontinued color of the Uppababy 2015 Cruz stroller; I came across the Strolleria website and started a live chat right there with the owner to see if they might have it in stock. Drew had exactly what I was looking for, waited online for me to place my order and shipped it 20 minutes later (free shipping). I got email notifications every step of the way directly from Strolleria. Its been only 3 days and Ive just received the stroller. It is perfect! Thank you for the great service; will shop with you again for sure, and recommend you to my friends.

My husband and I were on a mission to find a car seat that would fit our Uppababy stroller and came across the Mesa. We visited this local shop to see the car seat in person and the owners were so helpful. They did research to help us find the correct adapters, ordered the color we were interested in, and followed up as promised once the product arrived. Great experience!
Beware they do not offer free returns. I needed to return a carseat that someone purchased for me in the wrong color and it cost $150 to send back. Strolleria would NOT pay for the return shipping. I will not purchase or register for anything else from this store when there are so many other retailers with better return policies.
We had a wonderful experience at Strolleria. They were the only store in Phoenix that carried the specific car seat brand (Nuna) we were looking for. The owners were friendly and answered all of our questions. They showed my husband and I how to fold and unfold different strollers. This helped us make the best stroller decision for our family. We ended up choosing the Uppababy Vista stroller and receiving 20% off for the Black Friday sale. We will definitely shop here again in the future!
Im SOOO happy I found this adorable shop! I wish I would have found it sooner with my first child! I was very frustrated trying to find what I needed through the big name stores. I just kept putting it off. Finally I came across Strolleria and I called them asking if they had something I needed in store. They didnt, but the owner was SO sweet and placed the order right away. It arrived 2 days later for pickup and he kept in communication with me letting me know when it arrived! The store is so cute and it just made me even happier that its run by a husband and wife! Now I know that if I need anything for my babies I will definitely go to Strolleria!

I bought my uppa baby double stroller here, along with all the accessories for it. I cannot be happier with my purchase! I love my stroller so so much! And the customer service has been amazing everytime I make a purchase. I received my items at home within days of purchase. This is my go to stroller/baby gear shop! I also can’t beat the free shipping and tax free I get on my purchases.
I called looking for a specific stroller, but it was right after the store closed. I actually got a return call within minutes even though it was after hours. In July of 2019, my wife and stopped by the Strolleria store in Scottsdale, Arizona, to find the perfect troller and car seat set for our future child. There, we were greeted by Sarah who took the time to give us an expert run down of all the different models and their features. Eventually, my wife and I opted for the Cybex version. As we were from out of town, Sarah, took down our email address and sent us a customized order form, where we only had to click to order. Absolute fantastic service! As the Cybex e-Priam wasnt yet available, I decided to wait awhile before clicking the link to place our order. A couple of months later, I finally pulled the trigger on the order, but low and behold I had an IT issue. I texted their online support, where I was met by Amy. Another great employee of this company, who promptly took care of me. Within minutes, I was able to place and pay for my order; that was the 28th of September. By the 7th of October I had already received 95% of all the items I ordered...just one thing left. ;-) Thank you very much Strolleria, for such awesome customer service! I will be sure to tell friends and family, as well as a shout out to the world on Google. ;-)

I found Strolleria online while researching convertible car seats for my 10 month old. At this point I had narrowed down my selection to two brands, and was very confused and exhausted from all of the mixed reviews I had been reading about them both. I called up Strolleria and spoke to Amy, who took the time to go over the pros and cons of each of my finalists, finally helping me to decide which to purchase. I couldnt be happier with the customer service that Amy provided, or with my purchase. Regarding my car seat, for the same price as the big-box stores, free shipping and no sales tax to my state, plus the personal advice, it was a no-brainer to choose Strolleria.
Shocked to see many good reviews.... I felt completely uncomfortable and insulted at this store. The woman owner was nice, her husband/owner was so rude I was shocked. He made me feel unintelligent for asking questions, some of which his answers were incorrect...made me feel as if I was wasting their time, despite the fact that there were zero fellow customers. I watched waited to for them to complete my purchase as they reviewed and complained about a mailed in small return. It all felt weird and wrong...unfortunately as much as I love to shop small and local, I will be choosing big box over this experience. I hope that he can really work on his customer service, I couldnt wait to leave.
I ordered a stroller through the website and had a great experience with customer service. I wanted to upgrade my double stroller, and was leaning towards the uppababy vista. I was concerned about the weight limit on the second seat of the uppababy vista because I have a baby and a toddler and I didn’t want to put my baby in the seat farthest from me. Sarah from the Strolleria team went over the features of the Uppababy, answered all of my questions, and suggested a few additional strollers that had equal weight limits for both seats with a lot of great detailed information. I ended up purchasing a Baby Jogger City Select which turned out to be a great fit for my family.
I love the stroller Amy help me picked out. I was a little overwhelmed with everything on the market and she helped me fine the perfect items for my growing family.

Terrible customer service. Whoever I worked with tried to belittle me and talked to me like I was stupid.I purchased an item on amazon that was shipping from this company. The company made a mistake and did not charge tax. Instead of contacting me to pay the tax or work out their mistake with me they cancelled the order. When I contacted them to see what happened the person on the line was very rude and mean to my wife and I. He then attempts to lecture me on tax laws and how the law requires tax when in the same state. I am fully aware of what the law is. Maybe the company should lecture itself on what the law is because I dont appreciate a lecture on your mistake. This company made the mistake then has the nerves to lecture me about it.This place is the absolute worst. Buy from someone else. Brick and mortar places like this place are horrible. The company could have handled the situation a lot better but made 0 effort to try.
I purchased an older model Uppababy stroller from Stolleria via Amazon. I came to find out that other sellers were selling the exact same stroller for over $50 less. It took several calls and vms to reach someone to figure out my options. Apparently their store rules differ from their rules on Amazon. They could not offer me a price match and would charge me a 20-50% restock fee if I tried to return it. Mind you it was still unopened. I kept getting excuses- pricing across stores should all be the same (obviously not), their Amazon policies are different ( I was calling the store not Amazon) and on and on. I’d suggest shopping around prior to purchase. Their prices are high, and they are clearly unwilling to work with their customers. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchase, because it’s obvious they have terrible customer service.
I didnt like because you have to pay the ship for returns and exchanges. In my case the price to return was 55 dollars
Prior to going to Strolleria we already purchased 2 car seats. The 1st was selected because the starting weight was 4 lbs. for a carseat that was supposed to go to 35 lbs r baby’s sholders were crowded before he was 20 lbs. the 2nd seat a chicco was very highly rated and does appear to be well made. But, the seat is very curved this left r baby who has some muscle issues to be in pain. So we now needed a 3rd carseat in one yr. What makes the big difference is being able to go into a store and sit ur child in the seat. All the baby gear was high end we didn’t have to google and compare or check on products. We focused on what would fit him. we sat the car seat in the car to check for fit and angle. We witnessed a couple w/ a baby on the way. They spent a lot of time w/ a stroller they really liked only to discover it wouldn’t fit in thier trunk. Better before they bought then after. That sums up our whole car seat experence. We would of saved money buying one seat had we gone here 1st. I took off a star for customer service. There is room for improvement.

Awesome place, Im not sure how my fiancée Christianna changed my gmail account to post her name publicly instead of mine! Anyway, she loved the store, this was the only place in the valley to carry the higher end stroller that we were looking for and we are glad we found it! The owners were super helpful and Christianna enjoyed her experience here, she said Amy was awesome. He stroller is beautiful, and we will be able to add a second car seat to it ( keep your fingers crossed) in about 15 months(god willing) . We are glad that our money went to a small local business and are happy with our experience here .
Very knowledgeable and friandlg. Only store I could find in town with the BOB Duallie IN STORE. They even had all three color options available and the pice was lower than or the same as all other online stores.
Fantastic staff and a Premium Selection strolleria really is the VIP of strollers and more this place had such an excellent sales staff they were receptive and very accommodating I would come back here and buy all of my stuff.
I put my payment information in and planned on purchasing a stroller. Until the creepy owner used my payment information to google my name and look me up on LinkdIn... Seems like pretty inappropriate behavior, as well as extremely odd. The owner is clearly very paranoid about PayPal purchases and his business practices of searching customers using private payment information is unethical. There was no fraud but you have scared off a legitimate customer with your strange business practices. Ive never had to prove myself as a customer. If you are so paranoid get fraud protection or TAKE PAYPAL OFF YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS.
I tried buying one of their car seats online and pick it up at the store since im a scottsdale local i get told by Amy that it is possible so i make a payment with paypal since they offer the OPTION to use paypal, so i did place the order and Amy calls me back stating that since its paypal i would have to wAit one more day which it was fine with me, then i get an email from paypal that the payment was processed, i called Amy again to verify and she tells me she will contact me later because her husband is in charge of financial, later that day i receive an email from paypal that my transaction was cancelled and payment sent back i contact them again and i am told that they deal with fraud every day and they would not sell me the car seat unless j go to the store in person and pay with a credit card, and i get the fraud claim but have the courtesy to let me know since the beginning that paypal will not be considered better yet take the option of your online page im sure that is classified as False Advertising Amy should have told me that i couldnt do that transaction the way we tried instead of wasting my time and theirs.

The owner was very friendly and had exactly what I was looking for! Other places that claimed to have what I needed didnt actually have it. Strolleria is NOT close to my home by any means, but it was WELL worth the drive! I also ordered things online and received them within the next 2 days!
