I cant say enough positive things about the quality of service provided by and the integrity of the staff at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. Upon arrival Art Suleiman greeted us and was very professional, friendly and helpful. Due to a previous commitment with another customer he proceeded to get us in contact with Erick Guerra who we found to be also very professional, really helpful and straight to the point, after going over the car on the lot we went out to test drive the vehicle during that time Erick explained to us most of the feature of the car and was not pushy like most car sales people are. We have been shopping for a new car for a few days and there was really no need/rush for us to buy a vehicle but they made us such a good deal that we went for it and it was exactly the vehicle we have been looking for.Erick and the other members of the staff made the experience very pleasant and quick; never pressured.I will also like to say THANK YOU to Mr. Anthony Feriano and Jimmy Tonelli for their courtesy, friendliness and great service making myself and my wife feel at home.Great to experience exceptional customer service! Chris Climenson was our salesman. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Worked hard to not only find our truck(not an easy task these days) but also got us a great deal (also not the easiest to get these days)! I would give Chris Climenson ten stars if I could! I had a wonderful experience buying a new Hyundai Palisade at Earnhardt Hyundai. Chris was fantastic, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. I felt completely comfortable, and the entire process was really enjoyable! When I looked at other dealerships, it was pretty stressful, with a lot of other dealers charging market adjustments, and inventory being extremely low. But Chris and everyone else at Earnhardt (that means you, Bob and Ian) were amazing to work with, didnt put me through any high-pressure sale pitches, and were downright delightful. Wow! What an amazing car buying experience! I would definitely recommended Genesis of North Scottsdale. It was my misfortune to deal with a most unprofessional and obnoxious person in the service department on October 22, when I had to change a battery that died overnight. I first spoke to her over the phone and asked very politely if I could wait while they replaced the battery. That simple request triggered a most hostile reply. She told me to come and drop off the car and they would attend to it when they had the time to do so during the day.Because of this phone conversation, I was uncomfortable when I started my journey to the dealership.All the service advisors were very busy, as usual, when I arrived. These advisors are always polite, but since they were otherwise occupied, I spoke to another employee who happened to be there and explained my problem. He asked me if I knew the name of the person I had spoken to. I said it was a woman, but I didnt know her name. He inquired and came back with the person I had spoken to over the phone.When I saw her I repeated the story about my dead battery. I said that the AAA had jump started it and I had brought the car for the battery to be replaced. That is when she flew into a rage and falsely accused me that I was demanding immediate service when she had clearly told me that I had to check the car in and they would attend to it when it was possible for them to do it. I was shocked by this unprovoked and unwarranted verbal assault. I couldnt believe that I was in a place where such things were allowed to happen by the managementAs I took my seat in the waiting area I decided to complain to the general manager of the service department. I had spoken to him on two earlier occasions to get his assistance in booking an appointment for an oil change and had found him to be a reasonable fellow.The GM was struggling under a great workload. Initially he was also quite brusque, but he immediately calmed down and became quite apologetic and concerned when I narrated what had happened.Although I did not know the employees name, he was able to identify her. He apologised profusely, assured me he would reprimand her. He then quickly attended to the problem of replacing the dead battery.Another customer of Earnhardt who had witnessed the verbal assault on me by the company employee voluntarily came to help me and reported what she had witnessed to the service manager. I thank her for coming to my assistance in giving evidence that supported my complaint.Besides this incident of rudeness, there are other issues with the service department as well. To start with, it is very difficult to reach them by phone to book an appointment for something as basic as an oil change. I had to speak to the GM on two occasions and had to wait a few weeks for this simple service. Their online scheduling facility just did not work.However, once you get an appointment, you deal with their service advisors who are quite polite and very professional. I have dealt with three of them so far. Their names are Riccardo, Kelly and Jason Corburn. They behave like decent, civilised human beings. It is because of them and their GM service that I give the firm a 2 star rating. Otherwise it would be zero.Nevertheless, it is the bad memory of the extreme, unprovoked rudeness towards me that will linger. Perhaps the employee who erupted dislikes Asians and people of colour. Nothing else can explain both her contempt and rudeness. The experience was distasteful.Update on October 23,2021The car did not start again at 12.30 pm today. Had it jump started by Hyundai emergency service. Spoke to Jason Corburn, took the car in around 3 pm. He was most courteous and helpful. They havent quite figured out why the new battery went dead overnight, but Jason made some suggestions which I am going to follow. He said that they will do a deeper analysis if the problem persists. He was most helpful and courteous, which I very much appreciate.

I just met with Ricardo in the service department. He is fast, friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. He also happens to be a Marine who, among other things, helped other Marines with medical issues get the care they needed. So, needless to say, the guy is a gem of a human and I feel pretty lucky to have him helping me with my car. Im also grateful to Earnhardt for employing folks like him. Weve been getting both of our vehicles serviced here for a while now. Ive always been pretty happy but today just tipped the scales over into thrilled. Its a great feeling to be able to do business with folks you respect and admire.

Received nonstop calls and emails because they wanted to acquire my lease and give me a new 2022 Sonata for same cost as my current one. So I go to the dealership and they try to put me in a color I didn’t really want, and for a payment much higher than what I’m currently paying.Then, they tell me they found the color I’m looking for but it’s a 2021, wasn’t too thrilled but went with it because they brought the payment down to where I’m currently at. The day I’m supposed to go and pick up the car they tell me it’s not ready, has to go through inspection, window tint application, etc. No problem. A couple hours later I get a text, not even a phone call, telling me the car was sold after they had told me not to come in today and we had a handshake agreement.Moral of the story is I’ve gotten several leases from Earnhardt Hyundai in the past, but I won’t be getting another one when my current lease is up. Not a fan of people going back on their word or modifying what they originally told me. It’s unfortunate, but I don’t like getting the run around.

Excellent sales people. They are open to discuss and modify pricing issues.The auto (SUV) was ready as promised and detailed operating instructions were provided. A second review of the sophisticated electronics is also planned 2-3 weeks after the purchase. The sales people provide their cell numbers so texting is available to ask questions.

Long story short, Hyundai Warranty wrongfully denied my vehicles claim, however, Ricardo took it upon himself to fight the case for over a week and even involved a Hyundai Rep. to eventually resolve the situation rightfully in my favor. Ordered this SUV (Hyundai Palisade Limited) from the web site while I was working out of state. Expected complications, but it couldnt have been easier. Documents were overnighted to me for signature and the whole transaction was completed in two business days. When I arrived at the dealership for pick up, the vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Two days of trying to get through to service to schedule a 5000 mile service for a GV80. By phone and online - chat says sorry too busy we will get back - but they dont. So much for concierge service. Bought the car from them, but guess i have to go elsewhere for service.

Great experience! Everyone was extremely professional. Ibrahim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very professional and not a high pressure sales person. The team worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted as what I wanted was not easy to find. They listened to my needs and provided a seamless experience. When it came time to buy, they had me in and out on less than an hour. Overall great experience!

We were very satisfied with the service advisor; Ricardo is excellent. We were very dissatisfied with the cost of the service.Now, when we said we pay less at luxury Japanese dealerships, please do believe us and do not post replies here that essentially call us liars. See attached images of the Invoices from Acura and Infiniti for oil change (using our own oil) at around $20. After your offensive reply Michael, were sure not going to step our foot at your dealership.I know you want to play in big boys league (Acura, Infiniti, Lexus), but you dont do it by charging more than these dealerships do. Try providing better service and treating your customer with respect.

Where to start and what can I say, excellent service and they truly take care of their clients.Brought in my Genesis to have a scheduled maintenance service and upon leaving that day had the check engine light come on shortly after leaving the dealership.Norm and the team at Earnhardt took the car in right away, set me up with a courtesy vehicle and made everything as convenient as possible. They ensured everything was working well and took their time to run tests that were needed to make sure the car was in good shape and would remain safe.Great experience and thank you everyone there!

I am abundantly pleased with our experience at this dealership. I started with one of the internet managers and basically told him the car we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. I told him I didnt want all the typical dealer add-ons. I got the price (with taxes/fees) on the phone. And then I mentioned an older car we might be willing to trade in. I was very pleased at the trade-in price, which was negotiated separately from the price I had already been given for the new car. We dealt with two excellent internet managers, the internet director and the finance manager, Marcus. Extremely pleased every step of the way and I am very hard to please.

I love this dealership. Its no secret that dealerships will charge more for servicing your car, but I have had the best experiences with the lovely people in the service department here (ask for Ben or Mike!), especially after some incredibly awful times with other mechanics in the area. They are kind and understanding while also really knowing their stuff. Theyll also never talk down to you just because youre young or a female.Skip taking your car to the sketchy mechanics who lie to your face and break your car even worse. Just bite the bullet and take your Hyundai here first. Youll save so much headache and trouble, even if it does cost a little bit more. Trust me.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could leave negative stars. The salesman we had treated my husband and I so poorly I nearly just stood up and walked out. They are pushy and and extremely rude. When talking numbers they talked down to us and tried to sell us every little thing even though we told them it wasn’t what we wanted. They didn’t listen and honestly just didn’t care. We ended up leaving being extremely frustrated and feeling disrespected. We were looking at a Elantra and ended up just going to Horne Kia and getting a Forte for an extremely better price and was a brand new 2021. And we weren’t treated poorly there. Earnhardt Hyundai will never have our business and I will never recommend them to anyone.

When my extended warranty company purchased elsewhere declined coverage she was relentless in seeing that the policy was in force and that my repairs were covered.
