I had to file an insurance claim because I was hit by an uninsured driver. Traveler’s recommended Fix Auto Scottsdale and I was very impressed with the service I got from beginning to end. Communication was on point through each step and there was a clear understanding of what next steps would be in dealing with an insurance claim. JR at Fix Auto was so accommodating and helpful & so were all staff that I interacted with. This is a great trustworthy place to take your car if it is need of repairs.

A tree fell on my 10-month old Jeep GC. This shop was on my carrier’s approved list and was close to where I live. They could not have been more thorough or professional and took time to explain every step and update me as the process went along. I appreciate the personal touch and attention, given that my car was essentially new. It looks fantastic and was returned to me repaired and cleaner than I left it. Kudos to JR and his team.

Great experience! They got my catalytic converter replaced in 2 days for cheaper than insurance originally quoted after it was stolen. When I arrived to pick up my car it was detailed and the interior was vacuumed which I didn’t expect! They kept me abreast of the repair process and I was very pleased with the customer service fix auto provided.

They were very professional and notified me of status weekly. Their work was well done! I would definitely use them again.

I took our car in for some body work due to a side swipe by someone trying to park in the spot next to us and repair on the car from it being egged. The car looks BRAND NEW! The best part was the service that I received. They made the entire process so easy and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! JR handled everything for me and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the service and quality was!

I had a terrible string of bad luck this summer and than a rock went through my radiator on the interstate leaked my coolant and overheated my car. It ended up causing so many problems that I needed a new motor. Kevin at fix auto was my main contact for 2 months while they team worked on my car running into problem after problem. During this time my insurance maxed on the days they’d pay for a rental. Fix auto took over and paid the remaining days till I finally got my car back. Kevin was very apologetic for the time it was taking and unfortunate circumstances. When I finally could get my car I had a problem with my bank and Kevin was very understanding. I didn’t have the rental cars gas at a quarter tank to return it and one of the team members said no big deal thanks for being patient and said he would fill it for me. Overall this place has a lot of heart. The guys are genuine and really care about giving great service. I’m not surprised to see other great reviews. They turned my worst nightmare to best case scenario. Can’t thank them enough!

Had my car involved in a hit and run and they were able to get all the body work completed, paint matches, fixed my rim which was scratched across completely in the incident and ensured my alignment wasn’t altered. Repaired my side mirror, ordered a new one when the initial mirror part came in damaged slightly and also fixed my blind spot monitoring and tested it to ensure it worked again!

I think his name was Brian that finalized everything for me and did a great job doing it, but as a whole, the experience was on point. Everything from drop off to pick up. Its fast, easy and the company did exactly what they said they would do... Doesnt get much better than that. If youre looking for a body repair shop, this is the perfect solution!

I never needed to use a body shop before so I didnt know what to expect. I have a 2012 black suburban and needed a whole new hood and bumper. I was concerned that the black wouldnt match. Brian kept me informed through the whole process and was great to work with. My suburban looks so good I keep looking for something to be off, but I cant find anything! Plus they detailed the whole inside and out of the vehicle.

I worked in the collision dept. Brian Hinton was my manager. I am not much of a person to put my business out there but this time I am. I would say Brian is the far worst and disrespectful manager I’ve had. When I worked under him, he would ignore and walk away from me right in the middle of a question I was asking, he would stop me from doing my job to focus on other projects that weren’t priority, wouldn’t order material that were needed for work (e.g eye glass, gloves, etc.), made us do projects for free, and also ripped me off my last checked. One time last year I had gotten really sick, and I was told to take a covid test (which I did) and when I sent him my negative results, he texted me to come into work knowing I was still deadly sick and did not follow the CDC guidelines. Towards my last weeks there, I had gotten hurt at work and hurt my back very badly. I had miss days because I couldn’t get out of bed. He didn’t write an incident report as he was supposed to, and instead of asking when I was coming back to work, he asked me when am I coming to get my tools because he had hired a new tech. Again, he is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and overall not a good person.

Went into Fix Auto to have them estimate the the cost of repairs on my Jeep’s bumper. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful! The repair done to my bumper was phenomenal and they cleaned up the car nicely upon returning. Great experience over all and I will for sure be going back if needed in the future and recommending to all.

A car accident is so unexpected it can truly disrupt a persons life. I was upset and confused about what to do. I am lucky I have Geico and KIA as a guide. I brought the car in and Brian offered me a loaner car then explained what would happen next. It took less time than I thought it would. Brian told me what was happening with the repairs. When I picked up my car it was very clean. Brian showed me what was repaired and explained what I did not know. Thank you Brian, KIA and Geico.
