The customer service ends once you sign on the dotted line. They dont appear to care to even answer the phone or call people back. They pass the buck on who is responsible to do what. I have been trying for numerous WEEKS just to have someone come and correctly install my oven door. I was expecting the people to arrive today (that is what I was told). Nobody has called to confirm or to say they were not coming. After calling the store, waiting 4 minutes for someone to even answer the phone, speaking to someone to inquire, being told he would call me right back, still no word. I waited an hour and a half, called back 3 times, finally got someone to answer the phone again and the person I spoke with this morning is gone. So basically, nobody can tell me when or even if someone is coming to fix this issue. I have spent a LOT of money with these people, they simply do not care. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could rate them less than one star I would. Advice: go elsewhere, the appliances are price protected from the manufacturer (Viking is anyway).
