I had ordered a part that was back ordered and like a lot of items these days supplies were short having to do with the pandemic. My information was taken and the part was promptly sent out when Adco received it on their end. The company rep who took my order was cordial and understandingknowing the exact part no. I had needed. I will definitely order in the futurefrom them if Im in need of parts.

Very pure customer service! Order a spark module and got a ETA OF 7 days.. Was supposed to get the part on Thursday, called on Monday and they decided to let me know that is a back order. And they done willing to send a part for next day, even though they know that it’s their fault

Products and service is really bad. There products are of very low quality and their customer service is really bad too

Their dishwashers are horrible. They installed them brand new not even a year ago and weve had to call a tech for them at least 7 times
