I had so much anxiety about going into this store. My husband recently passed and usually took care of all the vehicles. I went in nervous with no idea what I was doing. I met the nicest young lady who showed me exactly what I needed. I even told her I needed new wipers and she had them picked out in no time and even installed them in the parking lot for me! The staff here is amazing and friendly. I especially want to give a big thank you to Whitney - she was so helpful and made my day a little brighter! I will be coming here again!

AMAZING as always! I travel. I dont always have receipts for things I had to buy for my car. The young man working tested my battery, then said it was theirs. Looked me and my car up in the computer and swapped out my battery. Right there. Right then. With yes, maams and thank yous and a smile, he did this. My battery was still under warranty, so none of this cost me anything. Im in Florida most of the time, so Im pretty sure the battery was from a store there. He said it didnt matter a long as it was in their computer as purchased from an Auto Zone. Im a forever customer because of your customer service. Thank you!❤

Employee not wearing a mask and no social distancing on their part. I wore one and tried to keep a distance but their employee would not back away. Could not believe it! Was in there first thing this morning (Saturday, July 11th, 2020). A very detailed letter has been sent to regional and corporate. Will not make this mistake in entering this store again! So inconsiderate and dangerous. Total disregard for the public!

I like Auto Zone. The staff is helpful in answering questions. At one time I needed a part they didnt have and they called another part store for me so I could get the product I needed. For this alone I would keep giving them my business.

I would used to give this store five stars but now its hard for me to even give it one star...I used to work at AutoZone in Scottsboro Alabama with a lot of great people, unfortunately I had to leave due to medical reasons and since then there has been a big change at that location, all the good employees that I worked with no longer work there, whoever is running that store now is doing a very poorly job, their customer service is terrible they would rather stand there and gossip with one another instead of helping the customer, I recently came in and was asking for some cam bearings and they had no earthly idea what I was talking about, they told me that there was no such thing... ( that blew my mind ) I was thinking about trying to get my job back at AutoZone until I seen firsthand on what was going on at the store,, the past six times I have stopped in there in the last two and a half months they have never been open on time, when I work there Craig Sears was the manager and in my opinion he ran that store great and he had some really good employees, so you may want to try to get him back in that store. I am not the type of person to leave reviews good ones or bad ones but this definitely needed to be brought to someones attention... And right by the front door theres normally a paper with manager general manager district manager all their phone numbers on it but I guess that was taken down,....

Went to warehouse to find my part in their delivery. Didnt have to do that. Could have said its out. It was. Only $10, but the action spoke millions. Thx

They have basically anything that you would need for your car except things you would have to special order.if they dont have it then there are multiple other part stores around. I recommend 👍

One of our belts broke on our truck. My husband walked to AutoZone before day break to get the belt. The guys there were so very helpful and super nice and even drove my hubby back home so he didnt have to walk over 2 miles back in the dark! Thank you guys at AutoZone!!?

I would not advise people to work here. I went from 15 hours a week down to 4 hours a week. On top of it they do not train you right. They throw you in and your suppose to learn everything on your own. But how do u learn when you only get 4 hours a week???

I reviewed this store a few years ago and decided to revisit. This store has came a long way since my first post every employee is knowledgeable, understands customer service, and will go out of their way to help when they can. The atmosphere is energetic and i can see why they were voted Best of Jackson County.

Love the Zone. Ya can go somewhere else. But you will pay more. Great place!

The service was great but this is the three battery that has gone bad and I have had to pay full price everytime. It is no funny but the batteries all when bad three or four months after the warranty expired. I had the gold battery the first two times but I brought the silver one this time. I think in the future I will search around. Maybe auto zone or Walmart. 165 dollars is a lot. The worker at advance was great but I think they own me my money back because the last thing you want is to break down on vacation and have to spend out 165dollars

Went to them on rainy day and ask to check alternater. Guy had no problem helping me when OReilly s refused to saying it was to dangerous..He was great help and I appreciated it.. Wish I went to them in the beginning

In and out quick . counter people actually knew car not just the parts they sell.

The special order I placed came in when predicted, and contained the correct parts. They also helped me find a matching lug nut for my car.
