I purchased a brand new 2019 Corolla from here in August of 2018. I find out yesterday that what they actually sold me was a vehicle that already had an accident report attached to the VIN, and I cant help but feel like they tried to rush it out the lot before the report was picked up by Carfax / AutoCheck. If I had known this vehicle had an accident report permanently attached to its VIN I would have purchased an entirely different vehicle. I feel completely taken advantage of by this dealership.

Toyota service is great no doubt. But i have had to wait 3 hours on average for an oil change and today i had to wait 5 hours. Though they werent busy. Thats just ridiculous. Why even schedule a service appointment if your just gonna do vehicles in whatever order you choose?
