Always get a good deal with them. Love the staff! I have been buying from rent a center for years would recommend. Had some problems in the past but that was at least 7 years ago that was a completely different staff.

I want to give a HUGE shout to Ringo and Rick!! They are awesome people and great workers.. they even took a few minutes with my daughter who’s autistic and she loved it. Ringo was a big help in the store as well!! I highly recommend these men and this store.. thank y’all so much

It’s an okay place. Get the deliveries sucked. First got a washer and my bf had to move it to where it needed to be cause the dude looked at him stupid when he told him where to put it. Then a few months later for a couch and they came way before they were supposed to and we were home seen them at the red light as we drove by. Then they came to deliver and never knocked on the door and just hanged the sorry you missed us tag and finally got it a few hours after we were supposed to. And my bf had to help the 2 guys unload the sectional. I honestly only like dealing with the Jessica lady. She’s super friendly and helpful.

Jessica Forsythe is the best at customer service. She made my experience a good one and was very quick and efficient with her job.

I enjoy going into rent a center. Almost every time I walk thru the door Jessica Forstythe greets me with a smile. She is also very knowledgeable about the products that are sold in her store.

Chris colburn was a great person to work with he cam to my house to deliver a tv and also check my washer and dryer out he was funny polite and was so great to se the level of an employee from rent a center both times I spoke to him on the phone was a pleasure to speak with him and during the delivery he made sure everything worked after work I also want to tell how great Jessica is she is always very helpful and alway keeps you laughing. Also think she is very knowledgeable on products and the service that they offer she make it a pleasure to speak with her about my account and makes me feel appreciated when I do business with this rent a center location
