Sky high finance charges and furniture does not hold up. Couch is terribly flimsy. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

They have a tasteful selection of furniture at what seems very fair prices. I’m docking one star because their financing is a little on the absurd since there is a $4 charge to post a payment online. Would highly recommend if your are paying cash.

Beautiful furniture at great prices, but I was upsold a waterproof coating for the couches I bought that is anything but. I left with the couches the Sunday before labor day and it may have been waterproof that day but only lasted a month. Ive bought scotch guard to do it myself and am frustrated there waterproof coating did not last even a month

Terrible experience. I have been waiting on a chair, they orderer for me, for over a year now! This is inexcusable

Had great experience prior to last purchase. Ordered freezer on July 6th and given delivery dates of 11th or 18th same month. As of today no docking number with 2 to 3 weeks later for delivery. Every time we check on status was told a different estimate delivery date. We canceled order today.

The customer service was great. They even moved a recliner and other pieces of furniture so they could plug it in for me to try. We ended up buying a new living room set but the service they provided went above and beyond.

Bought a couch last year from Farmers in April, the couch broke in November, spent 6 weeks trying to get the couch fixed or replaced, finally got the couch replaced and got the new one, in April the new couch from them broke, have been on the phone with them 2 months to get this one fixed or replaced and still getting the run around. Went as far as calling corporate and the district manager wont even return my call. I paid them off and guess they got a big profit from me but I will never buy anything from this trip off again!

These people are very nice and will go out of their way to make your purchase exactly what you wanted. I wont go anywhere else when I need anything for my home.

Just got a phone call from farmers furniture in scottsboro asking me to come in and pay for the furniture I just bought o ly one problem ice never even been to this place I think its a scam
