I went to get my new lenses put in my glasses. The woman adjusted my frames that were perfectly fine without asking me. Now they are so uncomfortable leaving marks on my nose. I went back twice to get them readjusted and they still are uncomfortable. Ill never go back there. I couldnt be more annoyed.

The staff, especially Mr. Louis Schwartz, who provides excellent and efficient service. Not only did he assist me with picking out phenomenal frames but my order was done in a timely fashion. I love everything about Walmart Vision & Glasses, from the selection of vision wear, to the service, to those that serve the customers!

I dont go there but my friend told me that place is very helpful i like to people help another because helping people very nice and god love these people so I love and I like this place

They are the nicest crew over at this store and the Dr is the best highly recommend this place if you need eye assistance.

My daughters glasses broke & even though they were purchased in Latham, Rotterdam is closer to my home so my mother brought her there. They super glued the glasses until she can pay for new ones, if they would have looked in their computer they would have seen they were purchased in December 2015, making them under warranty. Because they didnt do this I had to make another trip after a day at work. I dont shop in this store nor do I get my glasses or my daughters glasses here because the doctor is not kid friendly at all. Next time I will surely take the longer trip to Latham for better service all around.

The woman who is working there was nothing short of nasty rolling her eyes at me and instead of trying to help me understand what the problem was she belittled me and talked to me like I was a child.
