I am satisfied with the way they handled my frames. I got them around 6 months ago and they suddenly break while i was putting them on after shower. Went to them (called too many times but noone answered so i directly went to the office as my eyesight is quite bad.), They checked my name and gave me the same model new glasses in minutes. Thanks so much.
I did a walk in to purchase a new pair of glasses and my service was great. I had all my questions answered. I was helped efficiently and I learned some new information I didn’t know. I am very happy with my purchase and all the help I received today! I would encourage everyone to come here for eye exams, glasses, etc.
Visited the place since moving here and it was close to where i lived. The doctor was okay, he did a detailed exam although he was a bit too busy with his computer and some of his answers were more on the dodging side, like he didnt want to give advice.My problem is more on the eyeglass-selling personnel side.Since it was close to where i lived i tried to buy my glasses from there as well. I was charged over 200$ after insurance (i kind of get it, my eyesight is bad) but the glasses they gave me was so BAD the first time. Even though they took measurements and I showed them my old glasses they made the focus so bad that the bottom part was thicker than my finger. I went back and asked for them to change it, they did after a bit of talking since it was bad. I showed them my current glasses (for the 3rd time! To get measurements and make it accordingly) Now I got the new glasses. The thickness is better but they probably messed the focus AGAIN bc i have DOUBLE VISION AND A TERRIBLE HEADACHE RIGHT NOW. I will try to either return the glasses altogether and try somewhere else or try to make them change again. This is a nightmare for me bc I cant do without my glasses and it is heavily affecting my daily life.Update: i have been contacted and told they were going to help me with the issue. Hoping it will be resolved soon 🙏Update2: I was told it would take 10 days for them to renew my order but it has been 3 WEEKS and they still didnt get it. They even claimed I came at a later date than i did and the order was not ready :/ i need my glasses, they are very important to me.Update 3: finally got my glasses. Heres to hoping they will work
I love this office but I ordered glasses over 3 weeks ago I called Monday and asked if they were ready I was told they were in but they were not ready so I called yesterday and now they are closed I just wish I could have my glasses that I paid a lot of money for
We visited Dr. Todd Pereira out here and our experience was not good.He was a lot busy with his laptop during the appointment time which gave us very less time to interact and ask our questions or explain issues to him.When we tried to ask him, he replied back very rudely telling that the appointment time was over. We also tried giving the feedback to the main office but they were also not helpful.After the appointment my wife had an eye emergency for which we called his clinic and left him a message. Neither him nor the clinic called back. They just did hold the grudge of the feedback i gave them for the services. Me and my wife had to sort out the emergency on our own.I would not recommend him.
My experience at this office was great. My exam was fine and I received a lot of help selecting glasses for reading. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Glasses were ready in a week.
I have had multiple issues with doctor pereira and him misdiagnosing me and then dragging his feet to fix the issue, i have been dealing with a gashed cornea that was actually iritis for 10 days now i cant drive or do most normal things because of light sensitivity and he will not return my calls or help, his communication is really bad and he does not foster a comfortable environment .i finally got a second opinion and couldnt be happier they fixed me that same day and for faster and cheaper then this office. If you need glasses this place is fine if you need an eye doctor go far away, Update i now have permanent partial vision loss because of his negligence, this borders on malpractice
I used this office because they are close to my house. The Doctor, I feel, gave a through eye exam. I will say the staff is courteous. However, the customer service is not customer friendly. 1. They quoted me a price and when I went in to order the lenses it was a higher price and when I asked why they were not sure nd said they would call me an d let me know. I waited over a week for the return call and they did not call back. When I called them they did not honor that price. 2. They said they would expedite my lenses and would call that week. I wanted a week and no phone call, so I called again. My lenses were not in. I asked if they would call me back and let me know how much longer it would be. Again, a week passes and no phone call. I called and asked if they were in and was told yes. 3. Today I pick them up and can see, but the problem is the progressive bifocals are horrible. I cannot see to read. I went back in after an hour and asked if the manager was there because I wanted to discuss the issue and my frustration. I was told shes not in you have to wait until til Friday. The only other option was to sit and wait in between customers to see the Dr. If the place was empty I would have waited but it wasnt and I had an appointment to get to.I guess Im stuck waiting until Friday... Ridiculous.
Everyone at the office was extremely nice, helpful, and personable. They have late afternoon hours, and weekend hours as well. Looking forward to continuing with my eyecare there in the future. :)
Pros: Office is clean. Convenient location. Staff is friendly.Cons: Numbed my eyeballs *twice* in the same visit without checking that the tonometer was fully charged and operational. (It wasnt, and so my eyes were numb for no reason. I never did receive the tonometer glaucoma test.)Wont dispense PDs for customers seeking to buy their eyeglasses at another location.
