I love Starbucks as a whole. The mocha that I ordered today was really good. That wasnt the problem. Not sure why the drive-thru was operating very slowly but it was too slow. Perhaps its just an experience inside Im not sure. The young lady at the window was very nice and Im not disappointed with my beverage.

Normally Starbucks at the Watt Street location is great, unfortunately they closed at 2pm on a Saturday, without updating their hours. There were lines of cars waiting in the drive thru, I only noticed their new hours cause I tried to go inside and they were posted on the door. No sooner did I inform the drive thru people and they left, then another line of cars pulled in to order. Maybe they need to post their hours on the drive thru speaker, if they can’t update their hours on the app or online. I unfortunately had to go to the Dunkin next door cause they were open.

Employees ill behaved this afternoon. No customer service... they will stair at you and not offer service when you come in as if youre coming to make your own coffee. After a while someone might come from inside and ask what you want with mediocre attitude

I love this location, usually, but yesterday I ordered the new apple macchiato and it smelled like spoiled milk. I honestly am not sure if that’s just how it usually smells, or if the milk was bad? I did not drink it, and went to a different location and got something else.

Ordered the strawberry acai sparkling refresher. Was delish but the price was ok

Literally love the baristas here they’re so sweet! Also I have never had a problem or compliant about anything from here or person and that’s rare. Only thing I hate there always a line in the morning 😭.

Some times the drive thru is long but they very nice and its Starbucks ..

Friendly staff. Great accuracy. Extremely long wait time and terrible drive thru line/set up. Every time I visit the line is out to the road and people are trying to squeeze in. Wish there was a better solution to the overflow. Also they run out of items fairly quickly at this particular location I noticed.

It’s been 10 years since I’ve had caffeine. I ordered an decaf ice coffee and received a regular coffee. For the next 5 hours I felt horrible.

Used the app to order ahead. Was ready on time. Drinks were great, food was nice and hot.

Everything in our order was correct. The frappucinno was delicious. Service was fast. Good overall experience for a drive thru.

Unfortunately I have to give this visit three stars. My mocha was less than hot. Otherwise it was ok. Staff were pleasant but as usual but gave priority to the drive thru clientele. Only positive point is that I am using a gift card so I didnt spend any of my own money.

They always are working hard and doing their best from an old barista to the current ones please know that I appreciate you!

I like Starbucks but I dont understand how there is no uniform way to make a cold brew with sweet cream foam. Its never the same -even when I return to the same store-let alone different stores. The Starbucks in Target at northway mall is the most consistent.

They were more focused on moving the drive thru than attending to the customers waiting inside the store. They have to multi task better

Pretty inefficient. Mobile order was not ready when promised. Store was not updated as to what was sold out so food that was ordered was not available. Still good, but disappointing.

Fast friendly staff serving sweet and plain hot and iced coffee drinks. Amazing banana bread and other sweet rolls for breakfast. Options for protein bento boxes w hard boiled eggs and fruits or small sandwiches. Cold drinks and cake pops. A fun experience for a covid safe drive thru!

Everyone that works here is great. (almost) everyday I come in here for two chocolate crossaints and the quality is very good. super friendly staff and very clean store. Im fairly new to Starbucks but I can say with confidence that Im going to be a regular at this store :)

I wanted to thank Sarah the supervisor, she is amazing. I have a lactose allergy which was making it hard to have my Iced White Chocolate latte, she did everything to figure out how to make it work and she did a great job. That is huge for me. She showed her staff how to make this for me, so that I could continue to enjoy my Starbucks. For that I am very grateful. She deserves so much credit for being such a shining star. Thank you for being an amazing employee. If not for her I wouldn’t have returned to this Starbucks.

This is hands down the slowest starbucks ANYWHERE. Cars waiting forever blocking traffic flow. Plan on waiting sometimes 15 or 20 minutes to get your order. If you are in a hurry or expect even a typical waiting time avoid this location like the plague.

Don’t bother going in, they prioritize the drive thru anyway. Standard Starbucks drive thru experience otherwise. Relatively fast via car.

The cash register wasnt working the last time I went there so. I was prepared to pay exact amount (or slightly more) but the barista made my day and was giving the coffee away. Thats right! Free coffee. Merry Christmas to me ( and anyone else who wanted just regular coffee). She is always pleasant but that was my best experience so far.

Thank u Starbucks for the free coffee for essential workers like me a transit bus driver.Usual prices are to high. The products are usually delicious.Choose for yourself if the price is worth it for the delicious taste.

The workers are unprofessional and rude. Go here if you want to spend 15-20 mins waiting every time to just find out they made your drink wrong and are out of items you ordered. Horrible experience, I’m never going to this location again.

The renovation is nearly done, and the shop is really starting to take shape. The staff are fairly quick for Starbucks standards and do a nice job of actually listening and making your order right the first time. Where they lack is not really the fault of the staff but more the slow construction progress, but this shall surely change in the very near future.

Unprofessional and rude. worker flirted with my bf and wrote things on his cup saying he’s hot/cute. unprofessional this is your job act like an adult and be professional.

Recently I have been greeted with more casual but upbeat people at the drive through. Like being greeted by a friend or that the server is having a good morning. The positivity is infectious. I love it. Starts the morning off on a high note.

Seating here is not optimal for anymore than two to three people. There are a too many people working on their computers solo to make it a fun vibe, its like being in a library. The staff and drinks were very nice and very good.

Stopped in here for a few minutes. Obviously the drinks and food were exactly what you expect from any Starbucks. The staff was pleasant and I really liked the layout, it seemed large and open. Only reason for 4 stars is the parking. The parking lot is small, its super hard to get in and out of there if youre driving. But other than that a good spot to grab a coffee when needed in Schenectady.

Very friendly staff! My iced coffees and lattes just always come out WAY too light. Looks and tastes like a cup of milk with ice. If I wanted that I could’ve just gone to Dunkin for half the price.

This shop never gets things right. I just dont understand how every other Starbucks Ive been to can comprehend how to do a mobile order, but this store just doesnt.Most of the time, they just dont make the order. So I go in, wait 10 minutes, eventually realize they arent working on it, and ask. Then they realize they didnt look at the mobile orders and make it for me.Today was the first time in months my order was ready, so I grabbed it and got back into my car. 2 miles down the road I go to take a sip, and it turns out they made something completely wrong. I ordered a plain black americano. Pretty simple right? A few shots of espresso and some water. But no, they decided to also add some foamed milk for some reason. I dont want foamed milk, or I would have asked for it.Ive been at the end of my rope for a while now, but this does it. Even though this store is directly on my travel route, Ill take a longer drive to go literally anywhere else.

I work for the company that sends the milk for this customer to use, garelick farms and Tuscan and their local distribution center is always returning trucks to us with lots of shrink wrap, cardboard, cups, syrup, bottles, and very rotten and stinky milk in the cases. For a company that sells great products for upwards of over $6.00 a piece in their stores, they fail in their distribution centers everyday with the quality of work done in their loading of our trailers, I should expect 5 star quality from these guys but I must give this company 1 star due to their workers in their distribution center!

An otherwise 5 star place, but fed up with how this drive-thru works. Staff is nice and my order has always been correct. But allowing one car to wait at the window for 10-15 minutes for one order is unacceptable. Ive waited in longer lines at other Starbucks locations and am still in and out quicker than it took for that one car to get their order.

Drive thru staff recognize me and remember my complicated order. Inside is clean, well maintained.MANAGEMENT OF THIS FRANCHISE NEED TO CONTRACT FOR REPAIR OF THE TRASH ENCLOSURE AND TO HAVE DRIVEWAY AROUND THE AREA ALONG THE ORDER WINDOW CLEANED UP ROUTINELY .I must say they have had repeatedly repaired/replaced damaged order board as needed.

This location has never gotten my drink correct on the first try. I’ve tried 3-times with extremely simple drinks. When they do finally get it “correct”, they act like I’m the problem and it still doesn’t taste quite right.Staff is not efficient enough to handle the drive through volume.Wanted to give them 2-stars, but always taking another lap through the drive through and waiting longer than I should each lap is too much.

How come theyre STILL not permitting anyone to come inside and order?? The drivethru lane is often so full you end up stuck in the road and when the lane is full like that, you cant exit going left because its blocked, you can only exit towards 7, which is horribly inconvenient if youre supposed to be going the other direction.The employees, servers, are wonderful though. Extremely friendly and courteous. I know its not their call to remain in ridiculous lockdown mode, especially considering theres almost no ACTIVE cases of CoVid in Schenectady. So while the company is deserving only 2 stars, the employees deserve 5, AND a tip every time I go there!

Most of the employees are young, they are constantly moving, they are always very busy and they often have to put up with not the nicest of people.

I had previously had a less than pleasant experience at this particular Starbucks and I was hesitant to return. However, on this trip the barista was SUPER friendly; best personality for the front register. My drink was great too.

This is a good location. The renovation last year was such a great addition to the store. It opened up the cafe area much more so it is more comfortable to sit in and work or meet people. The drive through is busy when Ive come to the store, and I dont believe Ive ever had a problem with my order. Either this is a corporate issue or just this location, but the staffing is not there. Typically when Ive visited their are only 3-4 staff members working. Definitely not enough to properly run a store this busy.

I havent had an issue here yet and Im glad. I really like Starbucks, but it is pretty expensive 😂 When I want something good to drink I know where Im going though! 🌟Starbucks 💲

Great bakery items, my favorite Vanilla Scones

My husband and I went here each day while visiting my parents over Thanksgiving. They pretty much messed up our order every single time. Whether it was putting whipped cream on a drink that was clearly labeled no whip, heating up a muffin wed asked for not to be heated, or just straight up giving the wrong drink (ordered an iced Chile Mocha, got a hot latte), they just couldnt seem to get it right the first time. It was actually kind of comical how consistently they messed up. Im glad this isnt my regular Starbucks.

The service at this location is great and the inside is very clean. Would definitely recommend for grabbing a quick bite and a coffee. However, they could use a larger parking lot for the volume of customers they get every day.

One of my favorite locations! My advice, go inside if the drive thru is full. Order ahead on the app and pickup inside. They are super friendly and efficient, even with a long line youll get out of there pretty quickly.

Nothing is made fresh except for the coffee and they never have what you want. Every time Ive ordered from them they have messed up my order I will not go to them anymore.

Who doesnt love starbucks? We all know its expensive but the place is always clean and the employees are the best. Also every beverage Ive had tasted good.

Pricey, but most of their stuff is awesome! Sorry Dunkin (Ill always add Donuts), but you cant put a patch on Starbucks pants, & put glass doors on your dang donut shelves to keep out the flies...but I digress. Treat yourself once in awhile if youre like me & feel its pricey. Try the mocha frappuccino! And vanilla bean too! And dont forget the whipped cream!

I LOVE MY STARBUCKS. Almost everyday I go here and order the same thing. Theyve screwed up a couple of times when bringing on new staff members but the manager and asst manager have always taken care of us, they even created the drink recipe I choose and added it to their menu - the pricing is a little off the charts for a family & daily customer but I respect it because the quality evens out. Will never stop going! T

Went into this Starbucks and thought Id just walked into a refrigerator; clearly they dont want you to stay and spend any time here. It was colder inside than on the outside and it was 60 degrees out. Never coming to this Starbucks again.

Friendly staff and usually not a long wait in drive thru. Great selection of drinks and food. Free wifi. Restrooms. Cozy atmosphere. And best coffee around, of course.

Mostly clean, nice atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. Several tables were dirty when I went to sit. Also, there are limited power outlets.

So slow, they always do the drive up first even if you have been waiting inside if someone pulls up to the drive up they do them before you . I have waited 20 minute for a latte. I dont go there much because I cant always wait that long ☹️

The young man, worker there at Starbucks, this morning, about 6:20 JUST WONDERFUL, HE WAS A BEAUTIFUL BLACK MAN WITH JUST A BRIGHT SPIRIT and he had some difficult orders this morning and people and he handled it with EASE AND WAS JUST WONDERFUL HE IS A BLESSING TO STARBUCKS ACKNOWLEDGE HIS HARD WORK PLS and all the other staff was good too
